I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Horrible experience both there and back and don't think I would ever take Asiana again."

Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."
Ưu: "The airbus had plenty of storage room in addition to leg room. The compartment underneath the window was big and allowed two big purses to fit with additional space left. Plenty of space between seats in front even when reclined. The crew were friendly and ready to assist. So far, this has been the best airbus I've flown in."

Because I wanted to save $50 (Air Canada was $1,050.00 through Travelocity at the time), I had to pay $1,400.00 for Air Canada ticket 3 weeks later. I will never fly ANNA or deal with travel one. Even though it is a little more expensive I will only deal with reputable company such as travelocity."

It arrived after 18:00, boarding was suppose to be at 18:40 but by the time I was able to get on the rail to the main station it was 18:40. Luckly a crew member had a sign and was calling out "HCMC". Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."
Ưu: "There was no water bottle provided during about 5 hours flight after the dinner service. Although the fly attendants are always ready to help, I hope the Asiana Airlines would cater more to customers' needs and think more considerably."
The flights are all packed full and the overhead bins are full of things like purses, stuffed animals, and other lightweight bags instead of putting them under the seat. This makes it hard to get actual suitcases up there. The new hook thing for setting your viewing device on is a nice touch though.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Quick boarding was great. Seat cushions are hard and painful. Did not eat anything. Disappointed with the nonexistent masking policy. No snack options caused allergy poisoning. Bottled water would not spread the virus so easily
The air above my seat wasn’t working & I sweat the entire flight, not to mention the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. The crew was amazing though, I hate that they had to keep reminding folks to sit down & pull up their masks- two things that should be common sense by now. They’re great!
Khuyết điểm: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

Khuyết điểm: "After choosing seats through this website we were kicked out of all of them and was separated from my partner. Every single flight we took was late and we missed a connection due to a late take off. The low cost was not worth the extreme effort and connecting flights."

Khuyết điểm: "Had to lie about forgetting my phone charger in the waiting area to get off the plane & give my niece a hug who arrived early on a neighboring flight from NY to RNO as we switched off to take care of my dad who just had a triple bypass. If two people are past security - there should be NO ISSUE with them meeting - we have already been screened & a hug or anything else should not be a crime."

Very inefficient process as there were still people trying to board at the same time - No in-flight entertainment"
They did not have food service. Said flight was too short. Same flight on Delta & they had food service! 🤷🏼♀️
It was a pleasant trip, the space was good enough to stretch the legs and the front seat had at least a screen to see where the plane is flying, would definitely fly again with United Airlines.
No snacks but everything else was great.

Luckily, Kayak had notified me about the cancellation and we immediately called United to take the next flight out. The earliest was at 5:50pm and we didn’t get back to LA till 7:50pm. The 5:50pm flight was late and therefore push everything out..."

Khuyết điểm: "I've flown with United before, and I've only had nothing but trouble. Decided to give them one last try, since their flights were a few bucks cheaper. Big mistake. They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Khuyết điểm: "I don't like when they leave me at the gate in my wheelchair. I don't like it even more when they take the wheelchair. I feel really uneasy when I am left at the gate. So I have the wheelchair pusher let someone know from the gate that I am there and will need assistance. Once again being sexually assaulted going through the metal detectors. Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."

On top of that, due to cancellation had to stay in hotel without my luggage and my pills that I have to take daily. Worst experience ever!! I need compensation for all this mess!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was over one hour late in leaving and while I appreciate that is beyond the control of the flight crew, one steward was quite rude as we were quickly trying to board as she prioritized serving the first class cabin rather than get us all on the plane. At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."
