Boarding process could be improved by breaking the process into smaller batches in a organized manner. Discourage passengers from crowding the boarding area. Meals could be improved . Received identical Meal items on both flights - Diabetic
It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

Boarding needs to be managed properly
The only thing that really bothered me was an obnoxiously loud and annoying child sitting next to her father, who had headsets on and made no attempt to discipline the child. I thought maybe the staff should have said something to him in a polite manner

I always book an isle seat, especially for long flights (this was 12 hrs.), so that I can get up and stretch my legs etc. The couple sitting beside me were upset that I did not take the window seat. When it came time to sleep, the wife stretched out over her husbands legs, who was sitting beside me. This meant her feet were coming on top of my legs, and her legs were forcing her husbands legs into my space, touching my leg - I had to put a pillow between my leg and his leg. I asked the Qatar hostess if she could please ask the couple to change their positions, so that my seating space was respected, resulting in no body touching. The hostess replied that she was not permitted to ask the couple to change their positions and be more respectful. Fortunately there was another unreserved isle seat and I was able to move. Due to the fact that airplanes have become cultural melting pots, thousands of feet in the air, I think it would be peacefully beneficial too all, if a very discreet announcement could be made at the beginning of each flight regrading seating etiquette, respectfulness towards others etc. this could also be printed in the flight magazine. Thanks in advance."

No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. Fly Turkish if you can. Fantastic service. Fantastic food. Istanbul airport is one of the nicest I have been to. Really nice business lounge too.
It was a pleasure to travel with Turkish Airlines. Excellent food, entertainment, and staff, not to mention the little pouches with basic necessities for the flight and the safety bags. It really gives you the feeling that this company cares for the comfort and safety of their clients.

In the US, I would have been put on the next available flight fee of charge. I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."

This mimics our experience flying from Dalaman to Istanbul when our flight was canceled and we received no notification. However, had we arrived within the suggested window and found out it was canceled we never would have been able to reschedule to a connecting flight that still got us to Madrid in time.When checking our bags, the clerk tried to tell us that a backpack and small purse were too big to count as personal items even though they had been fine on ALL of our previous flights. I pointed out that individuals in other lines had larger backpacks that were being counted and he finally acquiesced but with a lot of attitude. The plane was then an hour late. The sign for boarding continued to tell us it was on time up until 45 minutes AFTER we were supposed to have boarded when it finally updated and said 'delayed'. The crew stood around laughing and providing zero updates as we all worried about whether or not we would make our connecting flights. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL"

The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Khuyết điểm: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ưu: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Khuyết điểm: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."
Ưu: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Khuyết điểm: "With skyteam elite status cannot select free upgrade from economy to premium economy unless it is 30hrs before boarding for this code share which is actually a KLM flight"
Khuyết điểm: "Airlines had no record of our pets flying with. Missed our flight even though we were there over 3 hours prior. Ruined the last day of vacation. Now we are waiting for the promised help in Amsterdam. No one is here. No one knows anything. Feel like crying"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was very delayed. We sat on the floor because there was not enough seating. We eventually had to squeeze into buses and drive around the tarmac to find a plane. We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."
Ưu: "Excellent crew made this flight very enjoyable. A lot of information during the flight about the route, arrival times and clear explanation of the departure delay. Very friendly and attentive."
