Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."

I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

Most unpleasant to sit for 13 hrs. behind large man whose seat did reclione and mine could not. 2 yrs. ago I flew to Niger on TKA and I found the food better back then. Please keep the delicious Turkish food I fear a down grading for economical reasons. Don't do it."

Khuyết điểm: "The food was not up to standard this flight, mostly passable, but our pasta inexplicably tasted chlorinated, as if the noodles had ben boiled in pool water. It's a mild complaint, though. Plane food isn't always sterling. The true problem, unfortunately, was in the form of other passengers. Despite having an excess of available space to stretch out, our seats were surrounded by utterly out-of-control children. Crying babies is understandable, it can't be helped, but if your children are running up and down the aisles [including during the landing], sitting on other passengers [myself in particular], and lying down in the aisle to sleep [and the flight attendant had to ask multiple people whose child that one was because no one wanted to own up, apparently] they have no business being on a plane. I don't even care about the annoyance at this point, their behaviour was inherently unsafe and the parents just didn't care."

Most flights seem to be deplaned are boarded using transit busses - didn't really care for that - but the international terminal was pretty spectacular. Though there weren't enough places/outlets to recharge electronic devices and finding free WiFi was tricky - finally found some in a nice little cafe! Overall, I'd rate IST 4 Stars outta 5..."

In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Horrible, if that's how AA treats their dedicated service members!"

Then I missed my flight. Then they offered NO support. They would not pay for a hotel and I'm presently sleeping on the airport floor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES AGAIN."

She commented she did not like to work for Uunitd because they were demsnding and demesning. This united rmployee csme back 4 times as we werr behind each other when we deplaned. Twice he szid,"L'm dorry but....." finslly he adked fpr her nsme. Tsking out hid isdues on another employee was unvslled for and unprofessional."
Ưu: "Even though the flight was delayed the captain and crew made great effort to get everyone on and off as fast as possible. Crew was very nice."

Khuyết điểm: "Not giving me my seat number because my ticket was not a standby ticket and I seem to think that the agent thought that I was on standby but I have to go to him several time to make him understand that my ticket had a confirmation number and I did a reserve and I needed a seat number it was not on standby when he checked it he said okay and I also explained to him that I was a military personnel ... The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution..."

Khuyết điểm: "Instead of beginning to board the groups the agent decided to hold up the lines to fix or maybe even find a passengers name. I know how that push off is and it seemed that we were past our boarding time and I actually had a connecting flight at my arrival destination."
Ưu: "United covered my hotel room and gave me $30 in meal vouchers. Would have rather been at my destination though."

Khuyết điểm: "Gosh---no feedback on delay of takeoff . Didn't seem like they tried to avoid the turbulence which lasted the entire 4 hour flight . And to top it off the landing tossed us around in our seats because it was so rough. No apology and no sign of pilots when we disembarked very odd"

They had to hire a bus to take us to Houston, once I got there, I realized that San Antonio crew lied to me and had not booked me a ticket on the flight they told me, then they sent me to talk to Air Canada, then back to United. They had booked me for next day, but was able to fly as stand-by the same day."
