Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

Is this Boeing 787 specific? The selections on the movie list were too small."

I think that I would rather have paid a little higher fee for the flight and have some of the things built into the ticket than have to keep paying out money for all the different things."

But, I was very disappointed that they only know and follow the rules in their book. Dumping the luggage and wallet on the floor and then asked me to put everything back was not gonna help you find anything. They need to be bit smart and have some people skills. I mean a car salesman is smarter than this custom officer. I walked in for random screening with great respect for those officers but walked out with zero respect and maybe worse experience of my life. If you mistreat a innocent person just have a courtesy to say sorry or give them a stuffed canadian bear. We can understand!! One last thing for custom or border officers, treat the people the way you wanted to be treated."

Person says delivery company has it and gives a phone number. Call delivery company and they have no idea what i'm talking about say to go back to the airport. Bag finally shows up 12 hours after expected without a single call or update. Never flying air canada again!"

Our flight was delayed for 5 hours due to multiple different mechanical issues including that the bathroom would not function during the entire flight, the wing flap had issues and the door would not seal correctly. The flight immediately preceding ours to Minneapolis was also delayed by over 4 hours. Surprisingly the flight before that also had a bathroom malfunction that prevented customers from using the bathroom. If this was the exception we could understand, but looking at the history of our flight, it's only on time 23% of the time. The poor customer service people must hate their lives. Something needs to change."
