Khuyết điểm: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Never made my flight due to the delay at SA
Delayed original flight multiple times. Then rebooked us on a flight from Miami. Sat thru an hour and a half taxi ride through rush hour. During check-in none of the terminals worked and all passengers had to wait in huge lines for manual processing. Once aboard the plane we waited for two hours for mechanical issues. Finally they tell us to leave the plane walk to the other end of another gate in the airport for a few plane only to discover it isn't scheduled to leave for another hour. I never would have purchased this flight. Because of all this I missed dinner and I have dietary restrictions that eliminate most food available in an airport. Other health issues keeping me stressed and up this late for a red eye flight will almost certainly trigger a migraine ruining my vacation. On top of all this I'm still paying full price!
People need more than soda and pretzels on long trips and planes should be properly fueled before allowing people to board.

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

The safety instruction was a mess, first it was on the big screen, totally black, only sound, then the crew started a discussion in the ail if the would do the safety instructions yes or no...in the end they did it without explanation what the were doing and in 2 minutes. Al three of them just did something. Rude and chewing gum crew, the dropped a salad bowl but not one of them was thinking about cleaning it up. The entire flight everybody walked over it in to the carpet. Friendlynes and service are two words that does not apply to this crew. From the first flight till the last flight AA made a mess out of it. Canceled our flight in JFK, no help or service, you are on your own when AA cancels a flight, after rebooking our flight we had a 7 hour stopover at Dallas, again no service, no voucher, no nothing. Then today with our return flight AA could not find our ticket numbers, turns out that when they rebooked our inbound flight they forgot to take over the return flight...cost us 2 hours and 10 minutes to check in at LGA Never, ever again with AA, even easyJet provides better service then AA does on intercontinental flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants were rude and short. They were not welcoming and an attendant asked if I could "just pick the meat out" of the food considering I am a vegetarian. That is unacceptable and overall they just seemed annoyed that they were working on that flight and did NOT go beyond to make the 13+ hour flight comfortable."
Ưu: "Except for comments under what I didn't like. AA experience was O.K."
Khuyết điểm: "The restrooms needed cleaned better. Big airplane lots of people, needs cleaned before, during, and after. Had to pay for the Wi-Fi, that I used for 30 min, basically for E-Mail."
Honestly I didn’t like this trip back and wish I stayed with Iberia. The counter person was not friendly and she did not accommodate me to get a window seat and then told me I had to pay. And if so I had to do it at the connecting flight counter. Over there they told me they don’t do changes of seat that I should do it at the counter. Seriously I was confused and went back and she changed me to an aisle seat instead of a window. I ended paying 140 online to get a window chair. The food was horreoundous and salty… only the cake was good. The crew has an attitude when passing the food… I feel AA is no longer the type of airline I liked … also I could not connect to the wifi.. just not a good experience.
Very organized boarding and good communication from not only crew and pilot but appreciated the email updates the airline sends letting you know gate # in advance as well as boarding times. Both flights were short ones so food/entertainment N/A . But connection was extremely well managed ( again with email alerts regarding gate number and boarding times.) Luggage arrived like clockwork! Very smooth take off and landing too. Great experience.
Upgraded to business class - excellent service
The flight was overbooked by 40 people. We waited for 2 hours after the flight to get news of rebooking. No communication from the ground crew.
It was great. Glad to be going home!
Covid test in airport expensive and lengthy

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.
The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.
The BA staff at the rear of the plane were extremely helpful and professional. Very unfortunately for me, I had developed a cough prior to flying, and when a couple of passengers complained they handled the situation very professionally and did not make things in any way awkward for me. Would most certainly recommend BA/Iberia to my friends for future travel.

Khuyết điểm: "I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Ưu: "They took invalid information from my travel records which resulted in my passport from 2006 being on my ticket for 2017. Aside from not helping me getting on the plane, and or another connection, they proceeded to tell me after the fiasco that they are in no way elligble to refund anyone and are a 3rd party, therefore not liable. $700 and its not there fault. They just pushed all the paperwork"

Khuyết điểm: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Khuyết điểm: "Worst flight I've had ever. Plane was badly maintained. No soap in toilet and faucet did not work. Seats were extremely uncomfortable and absolutely no leg room (I'm not tall, only 5'10") The steward and stewardess talked with each other the entire time very loudly. The entire plane could hear. They laughed and giggled. Several people asked them to stop so people could sleep. It's a job not a date!"

Khuyết điểm: "The internet was very, very expensive! $35 for very very slow internet that didn't work half of the time. Also, before I departed from the US, the customer service rep at JFK made me purchase a refundable plane ticket for $2500, and charged me a non refundable fee of $35 for booking the flight for me ( I asked how to do it via the Iberia website on my phone and she refused to help me, and the website makes it extremely not obvious how to book a refundable flight). She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing."

Ưu: "I was in seat 38L and was very pleased to see that it reclined fully. I hope that is always the case as I will endeavor to book that seat regularly."
Ưu: "This was a long international flight so we got dinner, snack, and breakfast included. Food was decent, service fine, and entertainment selection was good. Also, since it was not a full flight, there was extra room and therefore a comfortable flight."
Khuyết điểm: "My ticket said operated by British Airways so after an hour of standing in line - why there were two agents baffles me-- I was told to go stand in the Iberia one. I went to a kiosk and it didn't recognize my flight, so I finally got ahold of someone. The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

A large crowd was allowed to clog gate access, and no announcements were made regarding boarding procedures therefore as a preboarding family with toddler we had to push through the crowd to accessential the gate. It seems boarding status announcements could have alleviated the boarding tension."
Khuyết điểm: "They forced us to check our bags at the gate even though we had an international connection to make in London--to continue flying to Chicago. As a result, we had to go through customs and security in London, and would have most definitely missed our connecting flight back home to the States if not for a woman in customs at Heathrow who let us cut to the front of the line. I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint."

Khuyết điểm: "Very poor customer service at Iberia check in combined with a very large airport with no info on my receipt from Kayak telling me which terminal I was in resulted in needing a full three hours to get from arriving at the airport to getting to my gate. Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."
