He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers."

I received no information and ended up having to book a new flight for the next day. After my flight had already left Turkish Airlines posted on their website an alert. There was no entertainment (the wifi was not working) and no food service - just cookies or pretzels. When we arrived in Boston the bridge to our plane was not working and it took some time to be able to deplane. When we got to Boston our bags were not there and the person who put in our claim for lost baggage said we would have our bags delivered in 24 hours and 72 hours later we still do not have them and no one from AA has contacted us with an update!
Boarding was a mess - the agent basically called every group in rapid succession, so there was no organization at all. The economy seats are a joke, and main cabin extra seats were sold out when I purchased my flight. As such, I was locked in the same position for four hours. Being 6’6”, it was impossible to get my bag out from under the seat in front of me, and I couldn’t have used my laptop even if my bag were accessible due to the minuscule seat pitch. Also the wifi was broken. American is a joke - can’t wait until they merge with Spirit.
No food did not use entertainment system at all. Just wish that offer a snack with some coffee. Just water and orange juice is not the best options.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Rough on the edges staff both at the JFK terminal 8 in NYC and then on board - they all seemed uninterested and quite passive aggressive in their demeanor. I fly Delta and JetBlue often - several tiers above AA in every aspect. The plane was in good shape with nice leather seats - but they couldn't make up for the "unpleasant crew" on board.

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was over booked, at the point of boarding there was no room left on the flight for any carry on’s so they wanted everyone to check bags one particular lady at the gate snatched my husbands boarding pass out of his had and threw it back at him so it landed on the floor. She came back with a checked bag ticket, this bag could have fit under the seat. We would have preferred not to check the bag because it had everything in it we needed access to like medication, ear buds, book, tablet, it also contained my Jewlery and various other things. The lady was extremely rude when I told her I prefer not to check the bag, she said we could take everything out of the bag we needed but that would have been 70 % of what was in the bag, where was I supposed to put all this stuff? My small purse was already full. my husband was upset at her treatment and said something to her and she told us we where welcome to book another flight. I paid a hell of a lot of money on this flight alone plus upgraded our seats with extra legroom. Once on the plane the seating was so crammed, uncomfortable and no legroom. My seat reclined but my husbands did not. I will never fly American Airlines again."
Ưu: "Sat in the upgraded seats or I would have not enjoyed it as usual. I am very tall and flying is never pleasant. The 737 on the way out was terrible and shouldn’t be used on flights more than 2-3 hours. On the way back a much more comfortable 767. But again, upgraded seats only made it bearable."

Not much different than any other airline today. None are “good” any more. All about squeezing more people in smaller and smaller seats."

As the last few people were boarding the gate agents announced there was not more overhead space and we would have to check all bags from now on. I’ve seen this done before but I was very irritated because it seemed as if the gate agents were a little rough with the newly checked bags. As I felt like I didn’t have a choice I checked my bag reluctantly knowing I had a gift for a friend inside and continued boarding. As I boarded I was highly irritated to see more than 5 available overhead spaces for carry ons. I asked the steward why they made us check bags when there was still space and she barely stopped to answer and just said they have a monitor up front that tells them when it’s full. Clearly the monitor was wrong and common sense would lead me to at least take a look before LYING to paying customers. I was very hurt to see the gift I had just bought for my friend was broken when I opened my bag at baggage claim."

They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? We got boarding group one but by the time all the families with kids, first class, and frequent flyers went ahead of us they called all remaining groups together. Forget about overhead space left over, we had to gate check carry on. Seats were very uncomfortable, no room under the seat because of a big metal box for power outlets. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

Having to pay extra for seat choice and then getting a tiny with no leg space or side space, again the BA plane on the way out was much better"

Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall."

I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."

I can understand the situation on my first flight because San Juan was a mess after the hurricane but when they flight me to Madrid on October 1st they never mentioned that they were planning to cancel my return flight. The next week, when I was supposed to return, I called to reconfirm my flight just before checking out at the hotel when the say to me that my flight was cancelled. The other surprise was that they decided not to flight again to San Juan until March of 2018!!! She suggested that they can flight me to La Habana, Santo Domingo or Miami and then It was up to me to buy my way back home!!! Can you believe it?! It's the first time I've had an experience like that with an airline. I'm finayon San Juan a week after I was supposed to, thanks to the bad planning of Air Europa. I believe that the least that they can do is reassuring that every passenger that buys them a ticket can return home as planned."

Khuyết điểm: "Every flight was at least an hour delayed. We were insanely late for our connection flight due to a totally unnecessary delay at the first airport. We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."
Ưu: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Food (I only ate breakfast) was less than appealing. Movies were all old. Seat was so slim, every time we touched our tv or pocket, the passenger in the front seat was upset."

Khuyết điểm: "In Barcelona, we waited for between 60-90 minutes for our luggage. Nothing was lost, so there were no additional complications. But it was not clear that why it took so long. The delay was so extensive that even the electronic board and our luggage station no longer showed our flight. The only saving grace is that we see other people's luggage were still coming out."
Ưu: "The crew were very helpful once boarded in assisting with overhead baggage."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight had major turbulence without any communication from the pilot or crew as to what to expect and having been on 8 flights just this week I am not a first time flyer, but have not felt so uncomfortable with noises of what what sounded like ice hitting the plane. Just looking around it was clear I was not the only one who felt this way. I understand that the pilots did there best to navigate through the weather but for the future it would be great for them to communicate that we would be hitting some turbulence. The landing as well was one of the worst I have experienced. I will not be flying or recommending air Europa to anyone. Just checking in to receive boarding passes was a nightmare as they informed me the plane had already closed even though it was an hour before my flight left. I was then directed to customer service who then sent me back to the counter where I finally received my boarding pass. Running through the airport and to security was awful and when I arrived at the gate the gate was still open and people were still boarding. It seems as thought air Europa is more concerned with how many tickets they can sell than customer service."

Khuyết điểm: "The staff was not professional and extremely rude. After the flights were delayed and canceled...they were not accomodating and staff barely could speak my language English. It was very terrifying not being able to get help all alone in a foreign country."

I am 6 feet and about 4 inches tall, therefore flights are never very comfortable. However, out of many airlines I have used Air Europa provides the least amount of leg room. The flight was very uncomfortable. It lasted nearly 12 hours, but I never came close to being able to take even a short nap. This was the worst flight experience I have had. There should be an advisory to warn tall individuals like myself."
