The worst airline to travel in India. Not at all customer service oriented. They don’t give a damn about passenger comfort and services.
No one seemed to bother about the pandemic and moreover no one checked if the passengers are fully vaccinated or not. Not a single pandemic rule is being followed.
On time flight, baggage came out fast. Overall good experience
Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

Khuyết điểm: "When you people send a copy of the E Ticket you place a picture of a fake credit card at the bottom of the page. There were three of us travelling independantly through India and each time we presented the appropiate copy of the E -Ticket they wanted to see the credit card pictured on the ticket. Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice."

Khuyết điểm: "I am a senior citizen & was issued boarding pass for Gate no 26 in Kolkata. I received a SMS that Gate changed to Gate no 18 & then Gate No 19. I was not only harassed but under stress if the gate is going to change again & I should not miss it."

I understand it's a cheap airline and that happens, but would have appreciated telling us ahead of time. Also couldnt get boarding passes online. Will avoid this airline in the future."

IT COST ME ABOUT $67 USD ONE WAY BUT IT COST MY BAG $87 USD TO BE CHECKED IN. Another cut rate airlines that charges for everything extra--soon th toilets!"
Ưu: "It was delayed by 1 hr. There was also rats and mosquitos in the airport and only one option for food and drink that wasn’t very good. But aside from that once one the flight everything was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."
