Ưu: "My husband, my baby(14 months) and I took the flight from Hanoi to New York which was transferred in Korea. The flight from Hanoi to Korea got delayed so we have to fly with Asian Anna instead. The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly."

I was injured and in a wheelchair and this was not only a major inconvenience it was also poorly handled for someone who needed additional help. It was every man for himself. I was very disappointed"

Ưu: "I am very impressed with this airline since stumbling upon it by chance last year during our first trip to the Philippines. We were greeted with a bottle of water, slippers and toothbrush w toothpaste, a blanket, earphones on our seat. The food is excellent and they feed you often. What was most impressive is the level of service provided by all Korean air staff. The stewardesses take great care of the passengers, always smiling and looking sharp in their uniform even though it's 3am and they have also been up the same time as you have!"

the worst trip ever, never flight again with american
I kept hearing so many horrible things about the airlines and especially flying internationally. I was nervous but all of our flights to and from Rome were on time and as expected. When we got home to KC one bag didn’t make it, but is located and will be delivered within 24 hours!
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
The gate agent at the Shreveport airport whose name I believe is David was phenomenal. Fun informative courteous and just all-around awesome! Give him some kudos or a raise or both!
The gate agent (when I got off my flight from Lexington to Charlotte) had dismissed the person who was supposed to wheelchair me to the next gate I waited 10 minutes for her to call for another wheelchair assistant After 25 minutes of saving I ask her to call again as no one had shown up She was too busy talking to a friend and then left and went up to check on the next flight while I sat there I personally flag down three people asking for assistance Finally one of them told me that a person with a clipboard type device would be the one to help me I explained I had had nothing to eat in Lexington my way there because the restaurant closed due to some kind of flooding or other plumbing problem before my order could be brought to me I saw a person with a clip for type of device is actually help me get to the restaurant where I waited in line to get a table This person stayed with me as long as she could before she was called to assist another customer I was able to get something to eat then had to walk to my fly and barely made it onto the flight I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this situation I have a new knee and was in a lot of pain and was hungry I would like someone from American to contact me and indicate what Itgey will do id to compensate me for my time, trouble, and inconvenience as well as pain in his poor treatment of a customer
On both legs of my trip, going out and coming home, the flights were delayed. I had to run through PHX to get from Term A to B because the delay left me with <20 mins to departure. Staying consistent, the departing flight was late and I made the flight. Seems that a schedule is just a suggestion on American

Khuyết điểm: "Passengers were not wearing the mask appropriately and the AA crew didn’t do anything about it. The flight was so packed that was not space for social distancing. As a healthcare professional I just feel that AA is not really concerned with doing their part to avoid the spread of the virus and minimize the number of deaths from the actual pandemic. As a professional that has been in the frontline to combat this pandemic I don’t feel safe traveling in the AA flights anymore. I don’t feel that AA cares abouymy well-being and health to keep going where is need to fight this cause. I’m sorry I’m very disappointed and frustrated after this experience."

The customs checking process was a joke! We barely made to our flight running thru that entire airport pushing my mother in a wheelchair. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Seat in front of my was broken and in a perpetual state of big recline, the bathroom light was broken in one bathroom and door on the other. The plane looked old and disgusting. Cracks in window, grafatti on seats. Will try desperately not to fly American Airlines in the future."

I was sitting across the way, so, perhaps they didn't hear me say no thanks. The entertainment system was awful. You had to go through all the steps again and again every time you tried to simply check flight information. Annoying. When we arrived DFW customs, one of our bags was missing. Still in London. No surprise. LHR is awful. We would not see that bag again for nearly 4 days. They gave me some thing about a belt problem between T5 and T3 in LHR. We went from T3 to T3. No excuse. Probably fell off somewhere. Chocolates were a bit melted and chip bags burst. Whenever it was, it sat in heat."
