And the other passengers on board were not so nice either.. there was a grown man that was maybe in his 50's and i am a 22 year old 5 feet tall and this man shoved me back into my aisle and one of the flight attendances saw and said nothing to him."

From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."

Ưu: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Ưu: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"
Ưu: "Free snack and drinks. Good service."
Ưu: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Ưu: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Ưu: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."

The flight was delayed for hours then canceled, because they couldn't find a captain to fly the airplane!!! On the next day they kept postponing the boarding from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM and when we finally got on-board we had to wait for almost 2 hours for the catering to deliver 50 trays of food and the utensils!!! Unbelievable...
Allowed last minute early boarding due to medical issue. Food? Really? Good movies
Crew were non responsive no drinks served for four hours except one quick round 30 mins into flight! Luggage lost! Crew insisted we check bags as flight they claimed was too full for groups 789 to have room for luggage this turned out to not be true! We only had a 45 min layover not e ouch time for luggage to be loaded! Just annoying to be honest! Anyway we have a choice of airline so we can find another!
At the boarding gate i was informed the airplane suffered a downgrade and therefore my business seat wasn’t available anymore. The company wasn’t open for conversation and simply changed my business seat for a coach seat. After boarding the whole experience was terrible: the food made me throw away 1h later, when i felt sick i called for assistance and nobody showed up, the flight attendants were rude and hit me 3 times without apologizing. Never felt so humiliated and disrespected during a flight.
Rough on the edges staff both at the JFK terminal 8 in NYC and then on board - they all seemed uninterested and quite passive aggressive in their demeanor. I fly Delta and JetBlue often - several tiers above AA in every aspect. The plane was in good shape with nice leather seats - but they couldn't make up for the "unpleasant crew" on board.
Flight Miami São Paulo was amazing but São Paulo to Recife was not. The airplane had not AC before it take off and when asked about to turn the AC on the flight attendant was rude and told me to wait for it to be on in the air. Totally disrespectful with all the crew who as tired after a international flight.
Standard flight. Could be better by taking off and/or arriving at scheduled time.

Khuyết điểm: "Everything. In a flight from Miami/Orlando (full of families) you are not allowed to choose seats, at the gate (where you supposed to change seats) the staff was rude, inside the plan people make their own changes and it gets a mess. Terrible experience."
Ưu: "Friendly crew, meals/snacks/beverage service all excellent, and great movie selection! Return flight slightly delayed but we got notifications in advance. Would highly recommend the DFW to Rome nonstop flight."

Then he yelled at an AA employee in front of all of the passengers boarding and kicked out from behind the desk."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid $70 for a seat upgrade, and it showed on my boarding pass as “EXIT” (exit aisle) with 6 inches of extra legroom when I purchased the upgrade in London. By the time I arrived in Dallas, the “EXIT” indicator on my boarding pass disappeared. When I boarded the plane there was no extra legroom and row 16 was not an exit row: rows 14 and 15 were. I endured a less comfortable trip, and now have to go through the pain and effort to get a refund. Good luck to me..."
Khuyết điểm: "I missed both meals because I was asleep. I usually get woken up by the flight staff, but this time I just missed them. The first time, I woke up on my own to see everyone finishing their food, so I asked for a meal and I got one; the second time, I woke up to see the trash being collected, but never got a chance to ask for my meal because no member of the flight staff passed me again. I landed in LA at midnight and was starving."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

The head phone jacks did not work in our entire row & nobody cared, so we were not able to watch the monitor or any entertainment. Seats that didn’t have to pay extra we’re working. They skipped our row when offering drinks & snacks, when my seat mate asked for some of the biscotti the attendant questioned her asking if she was sure she hadn’t already already had one. Final small thing was the latch on the try table was not working correctly. In a nut shell, not worth the extra money that was paid."
Khuyết điểm: "They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed"

I ran in order to make it and then instead of offering me information on the next flight they left me stranded with instructions to find American. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will think twice before booking a LATAM flight again."

Khuyết điểm: "Due to two flight delays, I traveled an additional 24 hours, on top of my 20 hour original flight. Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

Once it was solved my chair was broken and could not recline. It took them 3 hours to get this fixed and were rude to me the entire time. I told them I had never been treated so poorly on a plane."
