I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

I booked the flight with Emirates because of their better service even though Price doesn’t matter, but I didn’t expect this bad. No rest from Last 48 hours due to HORRIBLE experience with emirates and Flight delayed. I am surely looking for some king of refund in the ticket since it was really bad experience. It took 48 hours to reach from JFK to AMD (It supposed to be 20-22 Hours). Do you think Should I fly with emirates Again? If yes give me One reason. Thanks. Any feedback appreciated."

Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."

Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Khuyết điểm: "They canceled the flight after 5 hours of us sitting on the plane. They sent us away and told us to check back in in the morning. There’s been no communication since. I’m still at the airport. It’s been 16+ hours."

It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."
Ưu: "Brand new A350 business class was excellent - far better than tired old BA planes. Great IFE and food and beverage service. Excellent cabin crew aervice. Overall, thoroughly good from start to finish (Finnish?)."

Boarding was a bit of a mess as they did not let families board first and were not very accomodative of families with small children, though I had a 9 year old, but there was a family with two very small children and they were not very helpful to them."

Ưu: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

Khuyết điểm: "not enough leg room. and i have to point out that I am a petite 110 lbs, 5'2" woman. as soon as the person in front of me reclined their seat to either sleep or lounge, I had my food tray on my chest and the small tv screen 8 inches away from my nose. Thankfully Im small but the man sitting next to me was rather tall and had to turn into a human pretzel to fit in that seat and space allotted."

Actual departure 1:30 AM I reserved a center aisle seat in a row that was completely empty a day or two before departure, hoping to get the whole row. Didn't work out. Just before we closed the doors a couple arrived at the row and took up three of the seats. Darn it. But I still got a good nights sleep. Wish there was an option to check N/A on several of the options above. I didn't speak to a crew member. I didn't eat or drink anything. I never turned on the entertainment system."

What made me very frustrated and angry is that when I contacted Finnair to reschedule the flight I was told the flight was managed by British Airways and I would have to contact them When I contacted British Airways they said it was a Finnair flight and I had to contact them. I finally had no recourse but to buy another ticket through another airline. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my Finnair ticket from London to New York! I paid for a flight I never took. (The Finnair flight from New York to London was fine.)"

The decoration of the plane looked old and worn. The crew were more interested in getting the job done quickly than properly."
