Khuyết điểm: "The issues was the ordering of tickets. Purchased through ANA but flight was handled by American. 1. Seats for 5 tickets were scattered all over the plane 2. All seats were middle seats and cost more to have an isle seat. Cost extra $500 to change so family was together. 3. No communications that flights were American Airline flights leaving LAX from American's Terminal, not Bradley. Only found out when calling ANA to change seats. 4. ANA could not change seats so had to call American. All-in-all this was a terrible experience in ticket purchasing."

Khuyết điểm: "Dinner was not provided, only 1 bag of pretzels & 1 drink. You did have the option of purchasing a dinner, but why would I purchase a plane meal that was supposed to be free to begin with? The flight was from 3:30pm - 8pm."

Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."

Ưu: "Check-in Staff were friendly and efficient. Undersold flight, so they reseated several people to give them an adjacent vacant seat, so I got to sleep curled up. Great on an 9 hour early morning flight (7am check-in, up at 3:30). Boarding and flight staff were great too."

Khuyết điểm: "We arrived late in Denver and had to sit at the gate and wait for the jetway person to arrive and connect the jetway to the plane. I also didn't like the fact that I had to buy Economy Plus because my wife and I were not only not assigned seats together after booking, we were not assigned seats at all. When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Khuyết điểm: "I have NEVER flown on an international flight and NOT received a complimentary meal or two...When I'm flying for 8 hours. On top of that the seats were very small and uncomfortable. I shouldn't feel a person grabbing a magazine or pulling down a tray when I'm sitting in the seat in front of them. There was one younger African American flight attendant with a light brown, long curl wig that didn't look like she wanted to be there. You can tell by all her eye rolls, sighs and not responding back to numerous thank yous given to her. I couldn't consistently watch a show or movie for 3 minutes thanks to the wifi and or app on MY Samsung tablet....it's SO sad that you guys couldn't have them already installed like other airlines. This airline is already in hot water, I expected MUCH better customer service. I will do my best NOT to use them again and tell others to do the same."

He said United wasn't connected to Air NZ star alliance. Also wanted to charge $35 for extra bags when we were flying business class from LA to Auckland. We are both currently Gold elite with Air NZ Cant use money to buy glass of wine or buy food. On way from LA to Rochester , 2 stages nite lights didnt work so couldn't read as window passenger pulled the blind down, it was night time."

When the seats are put back by passengers ahead the tray tables become a implement of further reduction of comfort. Most passengers attempt to get up just to relieve cramping, but thr aisles are so small it is difficult to find relief. It is more than discomfort it is painful."

Ưu: "Everything went well with United at LAX. Baggage check-in and boarding were very easy. Interesting and fun entertainment options made the flight go extremely fast. Crew was very polite and accommodating."

Ưu: "Seriously the only complaint I have is that they didn't have check bags before people got on the plane. That took a bit of time once people got on and there were no more compartments for luggage and they had to send them back out to get tagged and checked. I rated the food low because I only had the snack mix and I would rather just straight pretzels but it was not horrible. And the flight attendant gave out full cans of sofa! Awesome! Definitely enjoyable and the free movies and shows made the almost 6 hour flight go super fast. :)"

Khuyết điểm: "We rushed skipping a planned meal during our expected layover to the second leg of our journey only to sit waiting for the second delayed flight. The delay included a prolonged wait of about 20 minutes on the tarmac AFTER departing from the gate. During the accelerated dash to LAX, the flight attendants didn't have time to serve beverages to the entire cabin. Less then half of the cabin were served leaving the rest of the parched passengers unserved including myself and my companion. The flight attendants were good doing the best they could under the circumstances. As with the first leg of the flight, I couldn't figure out the entertainment system and couldn't download the entertainment app from the Apple app store (I couldn't get the store to open on the onboard wireless system to download the app)."
Ưu: "Being emailed changes in my flight. Before the airport would even make an anouncement. Very fast notification system of changes in flight....really all the reminders and info from emails were so helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "My card wouldn't register when I slid it to purchase entertainment on my flight from Denver to Houston. I was all the way in the back. 38A...the card reader doesn't work...or it was operator error. But I tried a lot. Even got out plastic and receipt paper to try those tricks..."
