The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

That all FREE!!! I travel pretty light but it was great to know they don't Nickle and dime you for bags or anything else for that matter. Staff looks amazing and treats you first class even when your in economy. They are so polite and really genuinely want to give you a above and beyond experience. And they over achieve at it! They meals are great and very satisfying. The planes are big and roomy even in economy seats. On our return flight we had a brand new plane which had a sleek touch screen monitor and controller. There mad tons of media available (articles, language games, games, movies, tv shows and more) with USB ports to charge devices on each seat. Plus 10inch personal monitors. Earbuds were included free of charge, aswell as socks toothbrush and tooth paste. They have is two big meals on our direct flight (awesome that they have direct flights). Plus, they offered free snacks too and gave us a full can of soda vs. a small cup. They come through several times offering coffee, tea, water and snacks. All free of charge. This was my first time flying Singapore Airlines and I loved it!!! I wish Everyone was this amazing! Norwegian Airlines was the opposite as far as charging for everything! Had to pay each stop for any luggage ($100 per checked bag). No meals free or charge. They wanted money for everything! And yea a skimpy sandwich was $9.00 :(."

This is ridiculous given that we should have the same as UA or SG."

Boarding was NOT good enough. Our cabin luggage was pushed back to check-in in the pretext of packed flight. But eventually there were empty seats on the flight. Also, we booked seats on exit rows... But seems something got changed and we got same seats alright, but they were no longer on exit row (& that was empty eventually). Flight claimed to have a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes, but it took around 2:20 minutes (seems Indigo has a different clock). 😂

The airline makes you pay for water, which is simply inhuman - at least cattle in transport are given free water from time to time. It was a five-hour flight at night but we couldn't put the seats back to relax - the exit row was behind us and they've got the seats crammed in so tight together that they don't give the exit row any extra room to accommodate this, like most airlines. There are ads plastered all over the storage compartments. Recorded announcements threatened us with dire consequences if we stole the life vests (is that a thing people do?!). Everything looks cruddy, dingy and old. It feels like a cheap city bus, but in the air. At the end of the flight the crew walked through fumigating the cabin with spray cans of who-the-hell-knows-what and we had to breathe THAT in. We won't even consider Air Asia again unless there are literally no other possible choices. Just awful."

Making such changes on Tiger Air was so much easier and intuitive. I'll never fly Air Asia if I can help it."

If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy."

They wouldn’t check us in thru to Siem Reap when we were in Luang Prabang, so when we tried to go through transit in Bangkok, the Air Asia agents sent us back to enter Thailand. We had to go through passport control, go up to arrivals and wait in the huge, chaotic lines ( why does AA always have chaotic limes?) and check in again. We then had to go back through immigration and security inspections. Even the immigration and exit officials were questioning why we didn’t go in transit! Took us two hours and lots of extra walking. I only fly Air Asia when I have to, and always think they will have gotten better, but they never do."

They acknowledged my request and it's been 2 weeks with no follow up when they said they'd would with in 24 hrs. I am currently disputing the charges bc I never flew."
Ưu: "The agents came and helped us get through the lines at Krabi Airport. Since Thai airports are awful, and never have enough staff, and don't manage queues, it was good that the agents came to help us cut in front of other poor souls who were waiting for later flights."
Khuyết điểm: "The seat I was as in hardly fit my legs. As soon as the lady in front of my leaned her chair back, my knees were painfully crushed. I'm thin, and only 183 cm tall, which is perfectly average. It's a crime that Air Asia can't even provide me a seat that fits me."

The person behind the counter was very rude about it as well. This also happened to the flyer in front of me in line for luggage that was 18kg. He was very upset as well. Neither of us had prior knowledge that the oversize baggage fee was extremely extremely overpriced. I met another frequent traveler on the plane that said because of the service at the counter and on the plane he would never travel with AirAsia again."

If you add a laptop, you get a free additional 3kg. Can someone please explain the logic of that? The airplane cabin was freezing cold the whole flight, colder than the older, smaller plane I took on the previous flight. If the Boeing 777 is so advanced, why is the atmosphere less comfortable? To add insult to injury, I was unable to bring adequate warm clothes for my flight to a tropical destination because of the low weight allowance. Lightweight travelers don't want to check bags because of the additional hassle and potential for lost luggage (not to mention the fees). They wear backpacks small enough to fit into the overhead compartment, but getting under the ridiculous 6kg limit means eliminating anything extraneous. 9 or 10kg is more reasonable."

After arguing with the manager, and then having to call AirAsia Thailand, I realized they were both incompetent and rude. Kayak never allowed the option to pay for baggage when I booked the flight, and AirAsia didn't believe me and wouldn't even respect their online fee chart. I will never fly AirAsia again, and I will also dispute the charge with my credit card company, as it is unprofessional if not illegal."

My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and can't travel without checking a bag with medical supplies. In the US, the charge is usually waived. On this flight, not only did we get charged, but we got double charged for not booking the checked bag ahead of time. In addition, nothing was for free on the plane. It was a terrible travel experience."
