My flight got cancelled and chat deals and the japan airlines failed to notify me. I had to book another flight last minute and pay double what I had originally. Bad customer service from both chatdeal and japan airlines. Never will use them again. Waste of time and money
Highly efficient and great service
Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.
I really JAL! Will use again. KAYAK is excellent as well.

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

They literally discriminate the families flying with children. We had five tickets and they did let us carry only two cabin bags though the bags weighed only less than 10 lbs. very rude. They asked us to put all laptops together in one bag and check in rest of them at the gate in dallas. They asked us to check in one more bag at the gate in doha for our connection because the cabin bag with laptops is heavy. We were family of 5, traveled with one cabin bag to our final destination. I have been using qatar since 2014. Won’t fly with them again.
The staff lied to me all day long. No one informed me that my flight times had changed. I’m still sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. The worst experience I have ever had flying. With this level of incompetence and lack of compassion I can’t imagine how the airline business will survivor. This experience has encouraged me to stop traveling. May god have mercy on you and your customers. Not sure I can handle to be lied to my face anymore . Sleeping on the floor in the middle East with no hope of getting home
My luggage was delayed because the flight arrived late and I almost missed my connecting flight to Atlanta. My luggage was delayed and it took 3 days to receive my luggage once it arrived in Atlanta. The baggage department is horrendous and non-existent. I did not get a call, I had to go to the Airport and wait for manager to board a flight, waited 3 hours and then they got my luggage for me. I understand staffing issues but there should be a better process for baggage services.

Flight got canceled due to weather. Stranded in DFW with my elderly father. Will flight again with AA out of necessity but they offer a terrible service.
The flight departed from CDG on time and was almost one hour early arriving in PHL. The on board cabin service in business class was mediocre at best. Make sure to pre-order your meal before travel because two selections were not available during flight. Quality of food is basic American with no creativity or imagination for the route of travel. Glad to use Global Entry on arrival at PHL; it did not take too long to wait for luggage in spite of several other overseas arrivals at PHL at the same time. Airlines should do a better job of staggering the departure times of international flights so that they do not all arrive at the destination at the same time. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines traveler (who paid full fare), I did not receive any special recognition before, during, or after my flight.
Worst airline experience of my life, depending on how the rest of my “customer service” experience goes I may never fly american airlines again.

Hard to believe, but then eventually said he found something by way of Lax to AZ to MIA & then KIN that would arrive later that night. We quickly took it because it was getting late to check in for TSA for my flight, only to find out later that the ticket he printed was for arrival the next night - not at all what we agreed upon! What a waste of time, as if the money we spent on this vacation didn’t mean anything, and when I called to get compensated, I was told to write in to AA. Write in. It’s 2018. Who can I speak with to get compensated for our time & money being wasted? I understand it may not have been within AA control, however, I would have liked for them to have cared that we were inconvenienced as paying customers, instead of being told, in action & in words, that the inconvenience we were being put through (to no fault of our own) was no big deal & we should just suck up the money we are loosing as a result. Very disappointed ☹️"

Ưu: "Just about everything was wonderful. Flight crew was great, infotainment centers are always a plus, and the seats are better than I remember (don’t get excited, slightly)."
Khuyết điểm: "This was considered an international flight, as we discovered when we were directed to the international terminal. It was also a 6 hour flight so... where was the food?! We could pay upwards of $10 for 3-4 options, none of which were 100% kid friendly. What’s up with that?"

Khuyết điểm: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Khuyết điểm: "Claiming baggage at LaGuardia was an hours-long process for everyone on the flight leading to raised tension and lots of tired folks on what was already a late (and delayed flight)."

Khuyết điểm: "The fact that my original seats were not given. The other issue was that Alaska wasn’t my airline but American was. They didn’t even tell me until I got to the gate, moved over to another and then got transferred over to my gate."

Ưu: "It was nice having 2 seats to myself, although there was a 45 minute delay in leaving, we still arrived nearly on time."
Khuyết điểm: "We had a delay in leaving. People were told they could move around to a different seat because there were so many open. Then they allowed more people on so they had to get people to move back. I stayed in my original seat but others were upset and it was too much confusion going on."
Ưu: "On time, good food, good entertainment and comfortable seats."
Khuyết điểm: "This agent spent 30+ min to check us in through a connection flight to Seattle. He couldn't find my wife's reservation, when it should be in the same reservation as me. He tried 5 times, and still failed. Later we found out at the gate that he was using the wrong name (same last name, different first name). Luckily the American Airline agent at the gate was more than competent and efficient to correct the issue in 5 min."

Ưu: "Brand new plane. Every single airline rep was so happy and so pleasant."

Ưu: "Great entertainment my second leg with personal TVs and great selection of movies and games. Also got great exit row seating for no additional price!"
Khuyết điểm: "The plane was almost two hours late leaving. That being said, I think it was weather related and it would have been nice to know the reason for the delay."
Khuyết điểm: "I was supposed to be in stand by and the screen continue showing I could go to the counter and get a seat and I have to wait till the end so that I was going to be given a middle seat. I said forget about it, to pay 75 dlls for a change of ticket and you make me wait till the end to give me seat u want, forget it, I know this is stand by ticket but I dont like the attitude of the people, they dont help you at all really bad service you should learn from other airlines giving at least if you are delayed an apology and sometimes miles reward, not just food... Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

Ưu: "Flight was pretty much what you'd expect, pretty basic"
Khuyết điểm: "For a 5 hour flight I woulda been nice to have more than just two cookies for a snack. Luckily I brought me own. Also there's no entertainment except for 1 magazine, so again, if you're flying American you better supply yourself with whatever you'll want before boarding"

Khuyết điểm: "Small plane. I had to gate check my standard size carry-on bag because the plane was so small. Waste of a first class flight. How and why is there even a category for entertainment? There is no more entertainment unless provided by yourself. Even the free wifi is bullshit! I was given a warm beer! First class is not worth the money."
Khuyết điểm: "Their check in was ridiculously slow-15-20 min per person at times. How is that possible? The flight was said to be 90 min delayed. I asked about getting on another airline. They said no. Finally this 1 hour flight was 3 hours late to Lima & I missed my international flight. Never again Avianca."
