Khuyết điểm: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."

This was my third time flying with Singapore Airlines and I hope not the last time. The big plane flew so quietly, it was a wonderful flight."

On the flights to and from, even though he was on he aisle side seat, it was very difficult for him to have enough room for his legs, thus making my space that much less. In the future, I think we would benefit from booking either the seat behind us for him that had more leg room, or the seats in front of us that were the first seats of all rows."

I was able to move back to my original seat once in the air, but there was no forewarning of this even with advanced purchased tickets. Just a hassle since this flight was long and all I wanted to do was get some rest."

It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Khuyết điểm: "Was on flight QR 743 Doha to Boston. The pilot landed as if it was an afterthought In good weather, it sounded as if the pilot used the computer to land. The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding this flight consisted of minimal organization on the crews behalf, the Gate's security machines were off, people scattered everywhere with not enough seats to fit everyone. When entering the gate (with security machines turned off keeping in mind everyone has already passed general airport security and is only trying to enter the gate. Staff would direct passengers towards an attempt at creating a boarding queue. Once passing the gate doors and walking towards the queue directed by staff, it seemed to be a normal occurance to have another staff memeber shout at you and redirect you another way. Getting scolded by gate employees and requested to remove all electronics turn them on and being requested to remove most clothing items at the gate while everyone is watching with security machines off while only selecting a few passengers seems to be a regular occurnace in Doha & with Qatar Airways. People standing all around, no queues were initiated by staff, instead staff would push through passengers to get to the front instead of propretly annoucing the boarding through an intercom. No matter how loud staff was screaming their sounds were drowned out by the passengers which turned boarding a full translatlantic flight into a chaotic scene. Once on the flight I noticed the headphones provided were broken, I politely requested a new pair...from 3 different employees...which took over 20 mins to replaced. Qatar Airways prides itself on quality unfortunately as an economy passenger I have yet to experience any of that other than when it comes to good on flight entertainment."

Zero interest by the airline helping. We found a flight on Turkish but paid an extra $500. Zero interest in helping. Last time sensitive ever on Emirates."

When the flight was taxiing after landing, people had already got up from their seats and were trying to take their bags. Despite many announcements, pax did not care. Hats off to the crew who patiently handled it."

Khuyết điểm: "My seat was about 70% of the size of a normal one. It gave me back pain and shoulder pain as the wall encroaches into the seat space. Do not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take the window emergency exit seats. They charge you extra but don’t warn you that they are tiny. I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

Ưu: "I flew round trip on their flagship Airbus 380 from Toronto to Dubai, about 13-14 hours. Crew was great, plenty of food and drinks, about 3x meals, lost track of how many drink runs, maybe 5x. It was almost too much food & drink! The in-flight entertainment was great, touch screen was fantastic, USB port, even power outlet, on back of seat, plenty of entertainment choices from movies, to video games, to trivia, I even got a kick out of all the camera's mounted on the outside of the plane with all the flight tracking details available on screen, plenty of bathrooms. Its such a big plane it didn't even feel like you are flying. I'm 6'4" so I always choose an aisle seat so i can at least stretch one leg out, the crew was even mindful not to bump my elbow or even my leg when it was extended out into the aisle while i was asleep...which was more than accommodating to something I shouldn't have been doing! Overall Excellent, I wish every airline was like Emirates. They're bringing back the old school service and class airlines used to be like. I know people don't dress up while they air travel anymore, but I'll be dressing up the next time I fly Emirates! ;)"

Khuyết điểm: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."

Also, I understand the food isn't from a 5 star restaurant but the lamb I ate was over cooked and felt very rubbery. As the crew members went around aking if you want Tea or Coffee, I said I wanted coffee. The coffee was cold so I couldn't even drink it, i know I can ask for another one but I felt so disappointed that I'd rather have nothing. My monitor had lots of weird lines on them as the colors were so off on some areas and good on other areas."

Ưu: "I was okay till got to sit on their tight sits for 15 hours they could have done better. After 15 hours flight no one cared enough to guide us to rest place, because the next flight was not to the next day, was hoping to let us stay on the hotel. This was a disaster planning by the airline."

An announcement was repeatedly made that the final boarding call for the flight had been issued, and suddenly the entire assembly of passengers waiting before the gate stood up en masse and moved toward the gate, where we ended up standing for twenty or so minutes while the passengers were boarded in sequence according to seat assignment. I'm certain that Emirates has a protocol for gate announcements, but one of their employees certainly didn't know what it was."

Ưu: "Turkish Airlines offers an experience much better than your average two-hour plane hop in the U.S. There was a full meal served, staff were kind and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extra stuff to you, and there were many choices for in-flight entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "Unfortunately, the children on the plane were really poorly behaved and loud. In addition, the flight was delayed by 1 full hour and when we arrived in Vienna our luggage (and the luggage of many other passengers) had not been sent with us. We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

Khuyết điểm: "They purposefully do not update their delays, which are frequent and widespread. They do this so their percentage on time looks better. Both my flights were over an hour delayed but Turkish Airline refused to update the status of the flight. They both came up as “on time”. My driver at my destination therefore waited an additional hour for me and I was charged 90 additional euros. The flight said it was on time online and at the gate it also read “on time.”"

Khuyết điểm: "I was first seated next to the two largest people on the plane, a couple. There was hardly room for me in the seat. I had the aisle seat. I asked the flight attendant if I could be reseated and she said the plane was full and there were no open seats. She eventually found me a middle seat in the back of the plane, which was so cramped I could harpy move. For a 10 hours flight, not good. I have gold status on Star Alliance, which got me an upgrade from Bishkek to Istanbul, but didn't help on this flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I was told in Vienna that I would be allowed to carry my Kindle onto my flight from Istanbul to the USA. I was not able to and had to wait in a very long line both in Istanbul and in the US. I understand the change in regulations, but it is important that all employees of Turkish airlines are aware of the change. We also waited one hour on the runway in Istanbul. Additionally, there was a small section of the plane which received food roughly an hour later than the rest of the plane. I was on this section, and was uncomfortably hungry by the time I received food."

Ưu: "Took Turkish Airline from New Delhi to San Francisco. The flight is at 6:55am from New Delhi, so a little early start - but the connection in Istanbul is excellently timed. The aircrafts were 777-300ER on both legs, and rather new. The entertainment is great and the TV screens are 11inches. Could not complain at all. Food is fine, standard fare, and there are some snacks available through entire flight. Istanbul is a reasonable airport for a short connection. Turkish allows 2 bags of 50lbs free - yet another reason to take it along with the reasonable fares."
Khuyết điểm: "The luggage delivery at SFO took forever! The flight landed at 4:36pm and I got my luggage at 5:40pm. This is something I have noticed on Turkish Airlines multiple times. They really need to work on their luggage workflow."

Khuyết điểm: "At 6'3" I was a bit jammed up in Economy Security was a bit overdone. Initial screening X-Ray carry on bags, thru metal detector. After landing Zurich--Istanbul, again thru xRay and hand screening, then again at gate complete screening again. I guess better too much than not enough."

Ưu: "The food was delicious. I have never had better airplane food. The movies were super new and interesting. I did not have time in the 11 hours of flying to watch all the movies I wanted to. The flight was also incredibly smooth."
Khuyết điểm: "There were a few small things that could have been better (Which I'll mention), but the worst thing about the flight was the airport. Ataturk Airport is a mess. After the attempted coup, they really upped security, forcing all international flights to go through a second security screening after transferring from another airport. It's understandable but the line moved at a molasses-like speed when I had only 25 minutes to make my connecting flight. The security personnel were rude, as well. Also, when I went to make my connecting gate in Cairo, there was no one at the gate after the required boarding time (Because security had held us up), forcing some of us to board the plane without having anyone to show us onto the plane (Very scary). The flight boarding was chaotic, and no announcements were made about what we were supposed to do. Besides the lack of boarding gates, the only other serious complaint I had against Turkish Airlines (Because it really was great overall) was that the pilots and flight attendants were very hard to understand. I have taught ESL for the past 5 years, and I still had a hard time as an American understanding their English. Also, they frequently didn't understand or misunderstood questions that I would ask them. I've never had a hard time understanding flight attendants on an international flight, but I only understood about 20% of what anyone said over the loud speaker in the plane. And it's nice to be able to understand when the pilot says, "We are experiencing some turbulence and would like everyone to buckle their seatbelts until it passes." Two small things remain: 1. The bathroom trash cans were full on every flight (A small thing but makes everything feel "trashy"). 2. The flight attendants seemed unhappy, and they definitely seemed unhappy to be serving us. I can only assume they are that way because they aren't treated particularly well by their bosses."

None of the airline personal will help you find the hotel desk you need to get to, but if you keep asking around you'll find it eventually(in arrivals next to the starbucks). Shuttle service to and from the hotel. The hotel was fine(I mean not great but it was descent)."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants aren't super nice and if they don't understand you they kinda just move on. So that was sort of annoying."

Ưu: "Friendly smiling faces, smooth boarding, clean and fresh seats, excellent in-flight entertainment, delicious food and timeliness of flight. THY is always on the top!"

Khuyết điểm: "I am a vegetarian. I did forget to order vegetarian meal. When I said this at lunch time the response was "sorry, we do not have any extra vegetarian food." Not even attempting to see if they can substitute with any fruits, chocolates etc."

Khuyết điểm: "There is no free Wi Fi on Ataturk airport. They claim 2 hours, but it doesn't support Croatian 385 country access nr."

Ưu: "It met and exceeded some expectations. I guess part of it was having read so many reviews about other people's bags not making it. I am glad all my bags arrived in one piece"

Ưu: "The crew works very hard to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. I appreciate it very much. The food service is quite good and the entertainment is excellent. The price is excellent for the service you receive. I agree with other reviews that a tall person will be very uncomfortable with the leg room. I am 5'7' (170 cm) and my knees hit the seat in front of me when the seat was leaned back."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane arrived to Mazar e Sherif 8 hours later of the supposed time. As result of this delay, I couldn't get my next flight connection, and I have to stay over night in Istambul. Boarding in Mazar e Sherif was terrible and has to be organized in a better way, as is done in other airports - by groups and so on. The last two trips previous to my were cancelled and no one inform the passangers about it."
