The Etihad plane was small, 3 by 3 seating configuration. No screen on the back seat. Had to use phone to stream movies for free from their entertainment system. Food was ok. Just get 1 meal. Getting water or a drink is slow and the cabin crew take numerous time to respond to buzzer.

The crew knew that we were going to be waiting in the security area for many hours, even peanuts and water bottles would have been welcomed after the six hour delay."

Etihad's "Transit Travelers" service is one of the WORST customer service desks I've ever been to. I waited in line for 2 hours. Passengers were urging to be served so they can make it to their connecting flights not knowing they have been already selected not to board those plains. Voices were raised and demands were made to speak to the supervisor. It was chaos. I made it to the agent shortly after the gate to my flight had opened. I was shocked by how the agent lacked empathy when he informed me I won't make it to the connecting flight because it had been overbooked. Not an apology or even sir! I was forced to be rerouted which stretches my 25-hour trip to 33 hours. Then the connecting flight gets delayed more than an hour resulting in missing the second connecting flight. Now my trip has become a 41-hour trip, I missed a day of work that's worth more than double the value of the voucher Etihad gave me and lost one day of unscheduled vacation. Etihad even damages my bag that had servived more than 10 flights. I will never fly Etihad and strongly recommend against flying with Etihad."

Finally, I was cramped into a non reclining window exit row seat even though I had explicitly stated in my Etihad preferences that I preferred aisle. A most uncomfortable journey after a long wait. Almost decided I'll never fly your airline again. Just almost..."
Denied boarding inspite of reaching 1.5 hours before departure
It was a typical indigo flight.
Clean cabin, efficient crew.
The boarding flight is painful experience, starting from entering the airport (poor training to staff to verify the identity and ticket details), standing at the counter to check in the baggage (extremely slow). Once boarded, it’s a pleasant experience. The crew is polite and patient.
Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board."

There are ads plastered all over the storage compartments. Recorded announcements threatened us with dire consequences if we stole the life vests (is that a thing people do?!). Everything looks cruddy, dingy and old. It feels like a cheap city bus, but in the air. At the end of the flight the crew walked through fumigating the cabin with spray cans of who-the-hell-knows-what and we had to breathe THAT in. We won't even consider Air Asia again unless there are literally no other possible choices. Just awful."

I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Ưu: "Cabin crew were proactive, hard working and super friendly. Upgraded to "hot" seats at check in without charge. Wide range of food and beverages available despite being a short 1.5 hour flight. Aircrafts were clean and well maintained. Both flights landed either on time or early despite weather issues."

I tried to use the app to check in and pay for a bag, it didn't allow me and I had to pay the much more expensive fee at the airport to check the bag. App in general didn't work well at all, it never showed the return leg journey so I couldn't make any amendments to the booking. Check in process took ages in Langkawi, only two desks open for all of AK's flights. None of the self service kiosks were working despite being advertised as functioning."

How do they dry their own hands? Is there a single person on earth who thinks that flimsy facial tissues are an appropriate way to dry hands? Put paper towels on your planes!"

If my bag were over 15 kg but less than 20 kg then price would be 50-60% higher. I did not even ask how much I would pay if my single check in bag were over 20 kg. Obviously, if you have any check in bag you pay at least a double price for your flight. Leg space is designed for slim and trim Asians, all others who don't fit this description have problems."

After arguing with the manager, and then having to call AirAsia Thailand, I realized they were both incompetent and rude. Kayak never allowed the option to pay for baggage when I booked the flight, and AirAsia didn't believe me and wouldn't even respect their online fee chart. I will never fly AirAsia again, and I will also dispute the charge with my credit card company, as it is unprofessional if not illegal."

I tried to get a hold of them for a week prior to our flight to get it moved back a month but there was no way to reach a representative. I'm sure there would of been a fee but with the doctors note I was hoping they could give us a little break and just reschedule the flight. Even if they charged a fee I would of been fine with that but I wasn't even able to get a hold of someone to discuss that option. I just had to eat the ticket and rebook it later at twice the price."

Ưu: "Worst airline I've ever traveled on, their baggage fees are excessive their flight was a disaster it was delayed they didn't give us any information checking in was horrendous they were very disorganized. Their seats are tiny I am 5 feet 6 inches and I barely fit comfortably. Honestly I will definitely avoid AirAsia in the future I I traveled on many other airlines and found this to be the worst."

Khuyết điểm: "It was an extra 900 baht for checked luggage. We were shuttled to where the plane was during boarding, but had to wait in the shuttle while the previous flight was unboarding. The cabin was not cleaned between flights and they came around collecting garbage as if it was our garbage that needed to be thrown out."
