The flight staff was friendly and courteous and had a smile throughout the flight. The lighting was so much brighter than with the first and second legs of my flight and the plane was very clean, to the point where one could eat off the floor. the in-flight entertainment, clothes rack, charger, and remote controller were all right in front of you instead of being tucked in by your side. The food quality was savory and refreshing. I should have asked for a second meal as it was that good even for a short economy flight."

Scrambled to reschedule my next earliest flight out of chicago. --- I advise Asiana ground agent about my situation and agent couldnt do anything for me! No hotel? Or apologize? Was very upset. It was a 14 hour flight and past 10 pm, I was tired. Asiana could have booked a hotel night but they chose not to. Lack of accountability and service! United at least rebooked me for their next morning flight. Charged extra for my carryon"

Khuyết điểm: "If you look my itinerary, I left Flint to Delhi with my wife-Rita Bhatnagar. She did return on October 25th but I was suppose to return by Nov. 24th. Unfortunately, my wife injured her back while liftin gher luggage at Flint air port on October 25th and few days latter she end up in ER Hospital. I had no choice but to return back home, so I called Etihad customer service for reschedule my trip back to Flint. They asked me so much money that I had no choice but find another flight (cheaper) from United Airlines. So, answer to your question is that I didn't travel from Delhi to Flint on Etihad Airlines."

Additionally, crew was unable to manage noisy kids, and a request for ear plugs was ignored. Recommend Etihad provide affected travelers with ear plugs to manage the noise, and that the crew undergo training to better manage problematic parents w/kids."
Khuyết điểm: "They took close to one hour to check us in and give us boarding pass. Once it was delayed, with no time to get things in time for security and boarding we had to rush with two kids. Although there was one checked bag allowed for infant according to the reservations they charged us 100$ for additional bag. Despite them delaying the Check in process they said if I don't pay for the checked bag I will miss my flight. This is becoming more and more of a problem with American Airlines and looks like Etihad cares less for this and they simply told me in Chicago that it was American Airlines issue and not theirs! This is totally frustrating and I will avoid American Airlines connections And future flights with Etihad as well. International travelers watch out for connections with American Airlines."
