My personal TV's touch screen wasn't working so I complaint to stewardess, who asked her manager, Ms Jacky to come, she resent the system which worked and then stopped again. I again complaint but by the time Ms Jacky came the system started working again so she said "I did not know how to use touch feature. I was touching it too hard."
Ưu: "I am frequent air traveler that logs about 100k miles a year and this is the first time I felt like writing a review about an airline. I traveled with my 4 year old son on this trip. Excellent service, high quality food options and flight amenities. I really enjoyed the food as did my son. My son left his backpack behind on the first leg and the airline staff retreived it and delivered it to the lounge in less than 15 minutes. I was astounded and had almost given up on seeing the bag again, given my experience with other airlines in the past. This is going to be airline of choice for future trips!"

Simple request for water took forever to arrive. Did not like meal so requested a cup of noodle instead but the noodle never arrived. It is stated in their menu that snacks like cup of noodle is available through out the flight but only when you stand up and get it from them. Very poor service. I will never fly Cathay Pacific again. That will be the first and the last."

All I wanted for food was no meat; I didn't expect it would have no ice cream and no real food. I should've, could've taken one of the options on the food list and push away the meat myself."

The moat important thing about the flight is there was just one restroom in the center of the flight and obviously its always occupied. So most of the times you end up walking to the end of the plane to use the rest room."

And you will be in big trouble if you take a window seat and you need to go to the bathroom because then you must be a contortionist to get out of that seat when in flight and everyone has their seat reclined, just horrible!!!"

After I paid the driver extra money to make the time the flight was delayed almost 3 hours and made me miss my connection from Hong Kong to Newark. I had to the spend the night in Hong Kong which was extremely expensive for both transportation and food and received no compensation for it. I also missed my train that I had booked and had to pay a price difference of 90 dollars for the change. This was one of the worst flights I've ever been on."

My luggage was not delivered along with my flight and I had to file complaint to get it delivered. It caused lots of hardship as I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I had arrived and was safe. They were all worried when I didn't come out of the airport at Hyderabad in a timely manner since I traveled alone due to an emergency."

However it should not be the case 2) the cafe items are not marked for special meals. they ran out of vegetarian items by the time they reached my seat. as a result i had no food at snack time at all."

Also chick peas without spices and rava kesari can be served with breakfast."

Compare with Emirates, a screen 10x the size, much higher quality, and over 3500 selections. The seats had little padding - a mediocre experience from an airline that should be able to do better."

Khuyết điểm: "No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

Khuyết điểm: "Since 1st flight was extremely delayed due to stupidity of staff unable to get head count of passengers, the BA system rebooked my 2nd flight which should hve not happened because I made it to my original flight prior to gate closing AND that flight was delayed anyways so I made it in plenty of time to make it yet my seat was taken from me and then boarding started. And I have to state WHY this BA flight was delayed - because they "had problem getting the catering on board" thus missed runway time. Anyways, since I was rebooked I went to my new gate, waited many hours to hve another issue, where they couldnt find my new seat in system and changed, and again flight was delayed this time due to having a flat tire... Common BA, seems your quality dropped 99%."
Ưu: "I liked everything about the flight, very comfortable seats (Club World), great staff who were very thoughtful and helpful with our situation (disabled person). The check-in personnel at Chennai were very considerate and helpful, much appreciated. The wheelchair arrangements at Chennai were excellent. The food on the flight was very good and accommodated our dietary restrictions. Entertainment choices (movies) were quite good, too, and managed to get some pretty good sleep as well. The lavatories had green/red light system for availability, visible from our seats, which was very helpful. The lavs were quite well maintained and clean. The flight was on time. and it arrived safely, which is the main thing."
Khuyết điểm: "The transition from the flight to the terminal at LHR was not optimal, though the staff were trying their best. The "jetty" ramp way for normal deplaning was broken, they said, so they brought a set of steep aluminum steps instead. Navigating these steep steps was not possible for some passengers (difficulty walking and with steps), so finally they called a mechanical lift device (like a fork lift) to help those passengers, many in wheelchairs, who couldn't manage the steps. We had to wait for at least 30-40 minutes on the plane for the lift to arrive and stand outside on its platform up in the air, waiting to be ready to descend to ground level. This was pretty uncomfortable and it made our connection time very short. To compound matters, once on the ground, there was a wheelchair available for only one of us, though 2 had been requested, but as on other flights through LHR, there was unfortunately not enough staff to push it through Term. 5 to the connecting flight. So, I had to do that myself, along with managing my own luggage, which was a bit challenging, as I was tired by then. Our flight connection time, already much shortened by the deplaning situation, was evaporating steadily. Fortunately, there was an excellent staff member from Heathrow, who had been assigned to push someone else's wheelchair, who guided our group of wheelchairs, complete with hand luggage and children, though the maze of Term. 5, through very busy security and finally to our gate. We would have gotten lost and even if not, would almost surely have missed the flight without this guide facilitating this trek. We made the connecting flight with barely 5 minutes to spare."

As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."
