We checked in together but they put me in another row when the same row with my parents are vacant (two seats left). My mother seat's was an aisle seat and the air condition was stronger than other seats. The flight attendance did not do anything so my father switched his seat with hers. No one came to ask if my mother still feel cold or if my father ever feel anything. There was another Westerner who also felt cold. The flight attendance came to ask him several times how he felt and was trying very hard to accommodate him with great empathy. Then the person who sat next to me could not decide what she would like to have for dinner. There were pork and chicken option. The lady chose pork at first, opened the cover, closed it and returned it to the flight attendance asking for chicken option. The flight attendance gave the opened dish to my father. I did not tell my father and I felt very bad. I think the lady next to me was disgusting, the flight attendance was disgusting and ill responsible to the customer's well being. I think this is a very poor professional ethic. It was raining when we landed and we needed to take a shuttle to the gate. A perfect flying experience after a long trip!!! I fly long distance quite often but rarely chose Thai Airway. Every time I fly with Thai Airway, there will be something that makes me feel horrible to be born as a Thai. This will be my last time flying with Thai Airway. TG 665 Shanghai - Bangkok Seat 31 B and C please do not show any option for Thai Airway the next time I search for a flight!!!"

Smooth boarding take off before time and arrived 23 minutes before TIME.
Clean cabin, efficient crew.
Boarding procedures are very inefficient and disorganised at the gate. Not sure why Indigo doesn't utilise and enforce a zonal boarding system. Passengers were transported by bus to aircraft on tarmac which once again made for a very disorganised system. Passengers rushed towards the boarding ramps where IndiGo staff then indicated that passengers from rows 1-15 would board at the front while those from 15 onwards would board from the rear. Passengers could have been transported to the aircraft based on their assigned rows in the first place to smoothen the procedure.
Perhaps providing a menu would have helped as it was my first time onboard and I did not know what was being served.

No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."

I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Probably the worst was the air crew refusing to give a blanket to my freezing fiance without purchasing the pillow, blanket and eye mask bundle. Seriously?? Then towards the end of the flight, the crew walk the aisles holding alcohol and perfume trying to peddle their duty-free products on the plane itself. It was quite evident by this point that the competitve ticket price is a hoax, and all that they are interested in is getting as much money from you as possible. Unless I have no choice, I will never fly this airline again. Please, warn people of these practices BEFORE they purchase the tickets!!"

I was on a previous flight with the same airline and was charged $30 excess baggage weight, with the same bags, which if anything were lighter. I was completely exploited and I will never book this airline again. I'm so appalled and disgusted by this airline - And warn other travelers to fly with an alternative company. On top of it all they were rude and extremely unhelpful."

The flight itself was reasonably priced compared to others when we went to check the baggage they said we had to pay separate which was news to me and ultamitly my fault for not catching that as I was booking it. In Thailand my wife who is Thai tried to figure out the situation and the person at the check in desk was very rude. We are used to having a checked bag for an infant but half the size of a adult ticket so our infant bag. So we had 10kg bag for my daughter then the rest of our luggage at the 15kg weight. We ended up having to pay for 900baht per checked bag up to as many adult tickets. But they counted our first bag as a adult ticket so at the end we had one extra 15kg bag at which they charged us excess baggage fee of 400baht per kg... They would not let us switch the order of the bags so the smaller of the bags would fall in that category. So our baggage price was much more expensive then the initial flight itself. It would not have been that bad but the guy that we had to deal with was very rude on top of all that sudden news. If the customer service was better and more polite it would have been much better to deal with."
