Ưu: "Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!"
Khuyết điểm: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!"
Khuyết điểm: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."
Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Khuyết điểm: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Khuyết điểm: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Khuyết điểm: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?

Landing was pretty rough

American service was horrible especially in DFW

Only sad part is one bathroom worked in entire aircraft! And one Barbie sized bag pretzels 🥨 doesn’t cut it

Ưu: "Non stop flight. Excellent departure time."
Khuyết điểm: "Understanding the COVID situation but they can give more than a bottle of water (3oz) and a bag of pretzels 🥨 (50 grams) and yet they charge full fare prices and worse extra for any bags!!!!"
Ưu: "Crew was awesome...love AA crew! Always and this time superb!"
Khuyết điểm: "Leg room gets worse and worse...boarding sucked since they took our bags and we felt like it was only us that were singled out!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I had a woman way too large for her seat crowd 6 inches into my seat which I paid extra for and she did not. She also had a baby which ended up with its head in my lap and she spills formula on me. My body was so contorted I couldn’t sleep the whole flight and it was a 14 hour flight. Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"
Ưu: "Relatively quick embarkation process despite having to walk outside. Got us safely to destination."
Khuyết điểm: "Those old turbo props suck big time. Not only everything looks dated but the engine drone and especially the vibration are unbearable. I have flown turbo-prop in Europe and they didn’t seem so noisy and transmitting so much vibration."
Ưu: "The crew was very friendly and accommodating. The food as usual just snack type food for purchase as expected. The entertainment system malfunctioned and we could not watch the movie they offered. However one flight attendant was very nice and gave my kids special cookies. Nice touch!"

Khuyết điểm: "I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! That experience was horrible and ruined my liking for AA"

Khuyết điểm: "AC was not working. Bathrooms were inoperative for the second time. They also didn't work when flew out of EWN to start our trip. American Eagle aircraft must have some major maintenance issues!"

Ưu: "I am very grateful for the pilots who quickly turned around and immediately flew for us. Even though they weren't the ones scheduled to pilot my plane, they did and had a good additive about it."
Khuyết điểm: "There was a lot of turbulence in the flight that had no warning at all. I was walking in an aisle when it started and almost fell and would've appreciated more advanced notice. It was a bummer that the flight was delayed, but that happens and I understand it."

Khuyết điểm: "There weren't any screens in the headrests for individual movie-viewing."
Khuyết điểm: "The captain announced that the flight crew exceeded 9 work hour per day due to the takeoff delay so the passengers were forced to sit and wait in a stuffy stationary aircraft for 2 hours prior to takeoff until a different crew could arrive to service the flight."
Ưu: "Like I said before the crews were on time. The seats were comfortable and big enough. Everyone on the crew were very nice and made sure we were informed of procedures."

Ưu: "The flight was cancelled and they refused to pay for my hotel and food. They finally paid for the hotel but not food."
