I liked the crew and how responsive they were. The entertainment was nil as the headphone connection was poor which resulted in NO entertainment for the 12 hour flight. I am 6ft.2in and do not fit in the Q suites well for sleeping.

My experience at checkin counter at Amritsar airport was not good. The lady at the desk didn’t allow me to carry 1 kg extra in carry on trolley. In 15 years of flying experience with different airlines, trolly weight was checked for first time. Looks like Qatar Airways has different rules based on the countries.
I like the flight from Philadelphia to Doha but after that it goes haywire.They purposely overbook flight and then force you to checkin your carryon luggage. Same thing happened on my way back from Amritsar to Doha.I had my kids change of clothes,Medicines, Fragile articraft packed in carryon bagand the ground staff at amritar again forced me to checkin my carryon bag.She said we have a full flight and there is no overhead storage to store my carryon.we were 3 passangers with 4 checked bags(allowed 6 bags) all our luggages were 4 kg underweight .The lady still found a way to harass as by saying our carryon was 1 kg overweight and we have to get it checked.I refused after almost 10 minutes of argument. To make it worse she put my minor son on seat away from me and my daughter on the Doha to Philadelphia flight.As soon as we got on the flight my son spilled whole water bottle on himself accidentally and within first 6 minutes of the flight i have to change his soaking wet clothes.just imagine if my luggage was checked what could i have done.No change of clothes in cold, almost 4 hour long flight. Qatar ground staff at Amritsar to doha and Doha to Amritsar has been forcing and harassing ppl into getting their carryons checked.My family of 10 ppl traveled all from Usa to Doha and Doha to Amritsar between june 8th to august 18th faced the same issue on different dates/flights of Qatar Airways. The food was good and cabin crew was great in Doha to Philadelphia flight and Philadelphia to Doha. Qatar Airways, worlds one of the finest airlines can certainly do a better job on their smaller connection flights.

I had an exchange ticket from Qatar airways, which meant I had the boarding pass for the Alaska airways flight. It took 40 minutes to get me and another passenger onto the flight because it didn’t have us listed as a passenger on the flight.
Recommend Qatar Airways to everyone! Service, leg room, and food are all great.

This caused inconvenience to me and my family to wait 7 hours for the connecting flight to Johannesburg from Doha. When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.
Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

Khuyết điểm: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

The movies are only on loop so when you take off and are finally allowed to turn on the tv, the movies are 25 minutes in. All around a waste of money. Will never fly BA AGAIN!!"

Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Ưu: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Khuyết điểm: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"

They did not assist him in rebooking and we had to sleep in the airport to catch an Easy jet in the morning as all hotels were fully booked. This is about the worst service I have ever encountered and I would like a full refund Thanks Charles"

Khuyết điểm: "Couldn't say as the flight was cancelled on arrival in LHR. Took 5hrs and 8 seperate question to discover what was going on and to be offered a flight to Glasgow as an alternative. The flight to Glasgow also took of late arriving at 2310 local. Europecar were great hired a Mercedes E220 with a gps to complete the journey to Edinburgh, at a cost of 600GBP for 3 1/2 days including fuel. Arrived 8hrs late, seriously affecting sleep patterns and ruining an already tight schedule. BA could have met us exiting ac from LAS in T5 explained situation, new boarding cards etc, total fail, should have booked flight with Lufthansa to EDI via Frankfurt for 600USD less. BA Staff comments such as " I'm sorry I haven't been trained for this situation, I can't help you after 40 minutes" etc Total lack of staff available and able to assist, super poor knowledge, massive queues not moving."
It was delayed 4 hours for a flight of 1h its ridiculous!!

After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive ."

Interestingly, my daughter in Minneapolis knew before we did that our flight was cancelled. Poor communication. My son who was traveling with me was able to get help from Fatima on the "white phone". She got us to Winnipeg on a midnight flight and we then booked a $1400 Delta flight to Minneapolis from there. We needed to be there by 10 am to attend the legal adoption ceremony of my daughter's infant son. It was very close but we made it. Sorry to say but flying is no longer a pleasurable, exciting experience. Janet Davis"

Attendant was courteous and helped me, but stated that staff "doesn't do it any more" because of safety issues. No help will be given in the future. Plane left two hours late - I missed my connection. Was given a stipend for an overnight stay, but no explanation was given about the delay. Staff couldn't tell me if my checked baggage was on the plane the next morning. I probably won't fly Air Canada again."

Ưu: "I really like how friendly the flight staff was. The women and men were always smiling and courteous! They loaded the plane quickly and easily all while being helpful and smiling. On my flight from Moncton to Montreal I needed several vomit bags just in case some of my cousins wedding drinks wanted to come up. The stewardess quickly grabbed several for me and was very kind. Luckily nothing came up and I felt great at the end of the flight!"
Khuyết điểm: "I don't fly as often as used to, but I've noticed that flight services have definitely gone down hill. Flying Air Canada was refreshing, so I don't have anything negative to say except I really wish I'd won tickets for my family and I back to Canada on Air Canada, hahaha!"

Khuyết điểm: "multiple incorrect a/c notices by email containing incorrect information. Started with the confirmation of the original flight booking. It had the origin and destination mixed up but had the correct cities. That's impossible with the corresponding flight #'s. Called AC, they said; oh well. Then multiple notices in email of changes to times of depart/arrival/gates. Showing these email changes to A/ C Gate Staff, they said each of those 8 notices for departures or return flights was wrong info and they concluded; "oh well". They don't care, and they weren't interested in reporting the errors to IT people."

Khuyết điểm: "Captain's announcements were inaudible from the wing seats. Seats very cramped - I'm only 5 feet tall and barely had room for my legs. Also, unable to see safety demonstration as the seat backs were too tall for a short person to see anything but the back of the seat in front of me."
Khuyết điểm: "Our flight originating in Halifax was 1.5 hours delayed and we knew there was no way we would make our connecting flight in Toronto with a 40 min window to pass through customs, US immigration, and reenter security into the US bound F gates. We requested to be rebooked for early the following day to avoid being stranded in Toronto. Acknowledging it was unlikely we could make the connection, the staff told us that because the computer didn't list it as a "missed connection", they could not take any steps to rebook us. Of course, we missed the connection and were stranded for an entire 24 hours in Toronto with two small children."

Khuyết điểm: "Old plane, showing its age. No seat back entertainment (just streaming) which wasn't on the whole time. But since there were limited outlets for power, which didn't work the entire flight, it was difficult to use. Very warm, no individual air. Reading lights not pointed at the right seats and very easy to turn on accidentally. Beverage service only at meals, which was served half cups so dehydrating. A couple washrooms were out of service, so always crowded. Aside from the meal, which was fine, and the package "breakfast" (a piece of banana bread) felt like a very discount domestic flight."
Ưu: "The staff and crew were generally helpful but not all went the extra mile. I asked for a payment receip in order to get reimbursed from work and one staffer (NY to Montreal) claimed it couldn't be done (not true)."

Second, the fact that United was the co-share should be be more prominently stated on the tickets to avoid arriving at the wrong terminal. Last, the flight numbers should be "shared" as well to help passengers can look up flight information."
Ưu: "I liked the streaming entertainment I enjoyed the friendliness of the crew I was pleased with the Canada air app allowing check-in and tracking of flight"
Khuyết điểm: "The comfortability of the flight was poor. Both my wife and I were too uncomfortable to be able to sleep on out more than 9 hour flight. Leg room bad, seats uncomfortable."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding at the Toronto airport was an absolute mess. One of the "gentlemen" scanning tickets was moderately rude to people waiting to board. Which I mean, I get it, it's a rough job, but dude. I don't wanna be here any more than you do. Stow the attitude and scan the ticket. The food was eh, but that's all airline food. There isn't much space between seats so you're bumping elbows most of the ride, and during a 13 hour flight, that gets old real quick."
