At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests."

Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."

They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

Instead I was offered what appeared to be a lurid pink yogurt, coupled with fluorescent orange 'juice', together with the Indian vegetarian option. The accompanying 'muffin' appeared to consist of the following ingredients: flour, oil. Suffers from the "African flight's don't matter" syndrome when it comes to level of staff and entertainment. I was expecting better from Qatar - back to Emirates I go!"

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

We spoke to a flight attendant about it early on in the flight, spoke to the kids and spoke to the parents. Then spoke to the kids and parents mid flight. And then spoke to them all, including a flight attendant towards the end of the flight. The issue was never resolved. We asked to change our seats but could not. We asked for the parents to trade seats with the kids and they would not. It was the worst, most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken. And I fly regularly for work and for pleasure. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I was actually in tears on the flight because I was so tired, uncomfortable and frustrated."

The LONG lines (crowds is a better word), makes the connection in Istanbul completely unacceptable."

Ưu: "First time I've had a gift in economy! Very minimal, but nice! Food was very good - especially for airline food. Crew all very nice, and pre-flight in SFO was efficient and pleasant."
Khuyết điểm: "I'm a wheelchair passenger, which was a DISASTER in Istanbul!. It took nearly an hour to get to off and to passport control. And on the plane, it was very uncomfortable because of so little leg room. To get out of the window seat to go to the toilet was as bad as it gets, because of row in front with reclined seats - only possible to scoot across in sitting position. Not easy....!"

Ưu: "The crew was very helpful and kind, but the food was superb (not what I've experienced in the past on other flights). Those gift packs of a toothbrush/slippers/ eye mask was also so wonderful! That eye mask and ear plugs saved me during the flight and during my entire trip"
Khuyết điểm: "While we took off/ landed softly, I felt that the overall noise that the plane had while in flight was loud, almost too loud to fall asleep without headphones."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was canceled 4. in this year. 17 passangers is not good biznis for TURKISH AIRLINES"

Khuyết điểm: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"

Ưu: "surpassed our expectation"

Khuyết điểm: "The plane wasn't very full and my wife and I had 3 seats each to lay down and sleep on the long transatlantic flight"

Ưu: "Transit was okay."
Khuyết điểm: "Food was not accommodated - no vegetarian food provided."

Khuyết điểm: "Announce too early boarding time, 50 minutes late for boarding."

Ưu: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

Ưu: "The flight was fine, the crew courteous and everything was ok until I got to my destination."
Khuyết điểm: "It turns out my checked luggage never made it to Budapest and the people at the airport did nothing to help with the fact that I had nothing on me because of that. They took my information to deliver the suitcase but since the luggage would not reach me for at least a week they did nothing to compensate for the fact that all I had on me were some books and my computer. I had to buy all new toiletries and since I am travelling for work basically had nothing to wear for my meetings. This was a really bad experience"

Khuyết điểm: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."

Khuyết điểm: "We were placed at an international gate, had to wait for stairs (for the rear of the plane) and then a bus to the terminal. We arrived early but by the time we had waited for steps, bus etc, we were late!"

Ưu: "Crew was friendly and professional, food was quite good as far as airlines go, chicken korma not bad at all."
Khuyết điểm: "The premium economy seats are hard, and you really notice that on a long-haul flight. It was at least spacious and offered a reasonable degree of recline. WiFi was expensive and unreliable."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed more than an hour due to mishandling of baggage - was at runway for takeoff and was called back to the gate because a bag was loaded that should not have been."

Khuyết điểm: "It is ridiculous to have elderly passengers made to carry heavy luggage up and down multiple steep stairways. This happened in Dublin, Edinburgh and of all places, Heathrow was the worst. There is no excuse not to have level walkways and Entrances to these large planes. Totally unacceptable given the prices we pay to travel."

Khuyết điểm: "I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that 1) I was seated at the emergency exit, 2) that as a result, I would not be allowed to have my carry-on at my seat. Communication would have been appreciated."

Ưu: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."

Khuyết điểm: "CSD was rude and not nice to his fellow staff member in economy. Small delay but not a common thing"

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this."

Khuyết điểm: "We were late to our outbound flight due to our other flight being delayed from weather. We went to the ticket desk area, which was closed and were directed to another help desk. Once at the front the attendent refused to help us and sent us to another desk at the other end of the terminal. After waiting in another long line, the attendent told us we had missed all flights to Edinburgh. There lack of staff and customer service caused us to miss all flights and trains into Edinburgh. On top of that, we were notified our flight back to London would be cancelled because we missed our outbound flight and that she could not provide us with any credits or refunds that we would need to call customer service. We lost the money we spent on our Edinburgh hotel and had no way to get to our vacation."

Khuyết điểm: "We had a carry on and were flying business class. They made us check in the bag but it was clear that it could fit. They said it was a busy flight so we had to give our bag up to check in. We arrived on the plane and there was plenty of space to put our luggage. It was not a friendly experience especially paying the premium to fly business. They were very direct and non forgiving. Crew on board were nice though!"

Khuyết điểm: "Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Will never go through this site again, rate it poorly and not recommend. Thanks, Vickie Varney"

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding crew from Edinburgh did not allow me to bring my carry on despite it being very light and within size restriction. They said this was because the plane was already full with others' luggage and could not handle my bag for safety. Had to shove my things in a Tesco carrier bag and in my daughters small backpack on wheels. The backpack broke later as it was not made to carry more than a few books. And to top it off, the suitcase I was made to check never made it on my connecting flight to Chicago. I am still waiting for it to be delivered 36 hours later. This suitcase is virtually empty. Well, it's actually carrying a pair of sunglasses and my phone charger. totally inconvenienced and the crew saved the plane from being dangerously overloaded by an empty suitcase. Absolute nonsense."

Ưu: "Efficient at boarding gate all electronically monitored, photo recognition boarding a little confusing but help was on hand."
Khuyết điểm: "The fact that we had to pay for something as basic as tea and coffee!!! Very disappointed in BA, their standards have dropped, not sure if I will continue to fly with them in the future."

Khuyết điểm: "The queuing process was not efficient, the packing of people on a shuttle bus was dangerous with the number of people squashed onto the bus and then we had to wait on the bus for quite a while for the determination to be made that the flight was ready. Once on the flight, the hanging flap that separates the first class from economy, was loosely hanging and rattled fiercely and on lift-off swung back toward our faces. We had to pay 4 pounds for a coke and weird coffee. Then we had to circle London while we waited to land because of the IT mess in London."

Khuyết điểm: "I was shocked to learn that my ticket did not include any check in baggage allowance. Plus the charge of £60 per bags for our travel party of three was just rude. I was also disappointed to Learn that BA would not honor my One World Saphire status in anyway and give me a free checkin."

Ưu: "Clean plane, efficient cabin crew, very slick boarding."
Khuyết điểm: "Nothing to make it stand out from the other providers(Flybe, Ryanair, easyJet) as all complimentary offerings have disappeared."
