I love everything about Singapore airlines excepted fact that you cannot reach a person to speak with anything with on the phone that is the only reason I may not use a Singapore Airlines again I tried many times to call someone and cannot speak to a person about some specific problems that I need to speak with an individual about

Khuyết điểm: "I Booked a flight that stated that it only had one stop in singapore, then direct to SFO after arriving in singapore i was told that i had to go to a transfer counter, that there was a problem with my ticket. after arriving at the transfer counter they took my boarding pass for my dircet flight to SFO, & told me that i now had a stop in hong kong, that the direct flight to SFO was over booked!! this is not right i wouldn't of booked this flight if they had been truthfull about the extra stop. i will never use singapore airline or kayak again!!!"

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Ưu: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Khuyết điểm: "There's only one down side of this flight. The Lucknow international airport terminal is downright embarrassing. There are four or five desks to handle passport control. That's fine, but none has a label on it as to who should be at which. NonIndians should go to the extreme left one. Then they have one xray machine that all arrivals have to put their carry-ons through while the previous flight is trying to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the Gulf). Then there is a small, rickety belt with everyone crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And to top it off, most of the luggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Amazing and embarrassing when arriving from any terminal almost anywhere! Lucknow, you have a lovely domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

Was refused to Thai Smile flight, was explained that they serve only customers which arrived to BKK with Thai airways. Lost my money and had to buy another ecpencieve flight from Malaysia airlines because couldn't stay in transit zone more than 12 hours and couldn't get visa on arrival. Later coldn'd find that stupid transit policy ether on Thai Smile or Kayak. If that policy in place why not publish that BEFORE people spend their money for service not provided? Very unsatisfied"

Ưu: "We boarded etihad for the first time and the experience was not good at all. Have two major complaints. The boarding area was very strict with the carry on laggage items size. My wife and I have the carry on bags, with which we boarded multiple domestic and international flights and never got a complaint from any carrier, but to my surprise, etihad staff mentioned that my bang is over sized in length and width and I need to check in. And second complaint is on Food. We selected Hindu meal, and the food was not good in taste and the options as well. We felt Air India, Qatar, emirates, Cathe Pacefic etc were better comparatively than Etihad. Staff were all good and supportive all the time."

She rarely would make eye contact with anyone while doing, "her service" and acted like it was a major inconvenience. It was a long flight but the crew on the way to New Delhi on Jet Airways were exceptional and made the flight as pleasant as possible. The Eithad crew lacked this attitude."

We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."

When I tried to get a hold of Kiwi I got no response. Also, the airline wanted another credit card number which was not mine. It was a very frustrating experience at the counter. Kiwi has questionable practices"

Kayak didn't inform me of how to claim my eticket which they had booked thru 3rd party "Kiwi" in Brno, using a credit card number not my own. Had to show my pre printed invoice to claim my "E"-ticket. Stress-inducing, not relaxing, but not a catastrophy."

He was drunk and unnecessarily charged us for baggage check in when clearly our tickets stated that no extra baggage charges are applicable. The third party through which we booed our flight generated 3 PNRs and Anoop claimed that he will charge us for baggage check in. He was impatient, rude and drunk."
