Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.
Again, lots of space, bug seats, plenty of legroom -served me dinner after I slept through the meal service.
Flight from Tokyo to Dallas pleasant. One Stewardess offered 1 type of breakfast fried noodles. While another one thought no one approached me but asked if I want noodles or eggs for breakfast. In other words..not same offerings. Upon arrival in Dallas..no wherlchair assistance. Had ro walk from tarmac to terminal, to Immigration, Customs then baggage claim..no help.

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

To add insult to injury they did not credit me with ANY of what I had purchased for my previous flight since I ordered through Kayak. I am 100% dissatisfied with ANA and I am asking kayak to rectify what they have done. I have already emailed ANA upper management and will be taking this to social media, the news, and any other outlet I can find. I had to pay for a hotel, miss 2 days of work and pay for a 700 dollar "premium" seat ticket since that was all they claimed they had. I find that last part funny, since I saw about 12 empty seats on my flight. I am hoping to hear from kayak so they can explain why they do business with a company that clearly does not care about it's customers."

Our row and the back row was affected and we could not watch anything on the screen for a good 2 hrs of the flight. Boarding was rather disoriented. The ground crew did not give clear instructions to control the crowd."

When we arrived at Dubai I was told my name was not on the list for assistance even though I had been taken to the flight in a wheelchair and informed check-in and flight crew. The Emerates assistance people made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by assisting us,made us stand around waiting for a buggy then for the train at no time did they show any respect or compassion for the people they were supposed to be assisting."

They should be the standard for service on all flights. Excellent job."

Ưu: "The woman who helped us at the desk by the gate was possibly the single most helpful, kind Delta employee I’ve ever met. She wheeled me down the jetway and upgraded our seats. I wish I knew her name. She has very curly dark blonde hair and is petite."

Khuyết điểm: "Why do parents with infants choose to sit in First Class. Crying babies are not appreciated when I’ve paid a lot of money for a First Class experience. The parents in the sears behind me had a child who cried & cried. It was a real spoiler for me. I enjoyed eveeeythinf about the First Class experience except that."

There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at 6:30. It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

Khuyết điểm: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

Khuyết điểm: "I asked for an aisle seat to provide relief to my right leg. I was given an aisle on my left. This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Had I been given the requested seat, I would not have the sore neck and back I now have from leaning for 2 hours."
Ưu: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."

I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."
