Khuyết điểm: "The movie selection was just mediocre...other airlines have much better (wider selection) & newer films. Also the flight attendants never woke me up for my 2nd meal, even though I very clearly used the sleep-mask provided that said "wake me up for meals" written in all over the front. I don't understand why this system was set in place if your cabin crew aren't going to use it...? Also did not like the mango custard -- was a bit weird. I'd recommend just plane/vanilla custard -- these flavors are much more widely appreciated by everyone. Mango is too quaint, even for those requesting hindu-vegetarian meals."

Khuyết điểm: "The seats were a little tight with not much space to avoid touching your neighbor. It really made the 13 hour flight uncomfortable to sleep. On a shorter flight it wouldn't have been as big of an issue but this overnight trip it was rough."
