Since a new policy of TSA according to them, you cannot take your computer with you in the plane. This means that working in your way back is very hard and you will be loosing the day which is very uneficient. But what was even worse, is that they didn't allow me to check my bag in the last connection gettting to the US, instead they made me check it from my original destination which made me loose almost two days of work without giving me a logic response on why I couldn't check my bag from my inbound flight to the US. By the way, this protocol from TSA is terrible. No internet in their flights No chargers plugs in all of their flights (including the ones that take you more than 4 hours) Lunch in their 15 hours flight is mediocre, everyone was starving since they only gave us one mini empanada."

Khuyết điểm: "When making a review, I make comparisons with other airlines. I was expecting that Qatar Airways would be better than Emirates. It is my first time to fly Qatar airways, just to see if it's worth flying with this airline since it was the Best Airline in the world for 2015. But Emirates improved so much better that they overtaken the throne of Qatar Airways.. When you promise 5-star comfort and luxury, it should be what is promised.. Key points: 1.) Beverages should be served more than just twice during this 9 hour flight. It's a bit sarcastic that you flash a reminder on the screen that says "Keep Hydrated" but beverages were served only twice. I always had to ask for 2 glasses of water, overall 4 glasses of water on this 9 hour flight. And I can say that I got dehydrated. 2.) No hot towels for sanitary before food is served. I had to go to lavatory, wash my hands and put some alcohol before eating. Which is kinda hassle.. Sanitary is very important. 3.) I spent 8 hours layover in Doha before my flight to Milan. No complimentary meal. (Emirates provide complimentary meal if I have long layover in Dubai) 4.) I don't know if it's due to bad weather, but this flight, QR 933 was the roughest flight I have been on, not just short turbulence but long hours, maybe 3 hours. I was so dizzy and couldn't sleep. I signed up on privileged member club because I'm looking forward that Qatar would be the best choice for Airline. This review is just one of many reviews that should be looked at. Considering that you should continuously develop and aim to bounce back on the top. Do not settle for "okay", do not settle for second spot. Be the best, and compete for the first. On that trip I did a review and gave the whole trip a 1 out of 5 stars. That trip was the trip from hell, with delays, waiting on the Tarmac, deplaning, almost cancelled, more waiting on the Tarmac, wheels up in Reagan, wheels down in ORD, and then more Tarmac waiting for a gate. So I was already more than perturbed when this trip had similar outcomes."

It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest."

When there's weather it should be all hands on deck until the effected customers get to where they need to be. Otherwise it's an aggravating and nearly intolerable experience. Commercial airlines have been around for 60+ years - figure it out already."

Customs was a breeze but the walk from terminal to customize to the next terminal had me winded, luckily my connecting Air Canada flight was late also . And this was the better part of my experience. My flight to Athens was miserable ( lots of screaming children spread out through the plane). And when I thought it was over my luggage was separated and lost for 3 days. I should send you the underwear as a reminder of my experience"

The crew were unprofessional, i travel enough and this crew was the worst I have seen. On top they offered No hot beverages. It is great that he is giving me an alternative but he can simply appogize that he has not made any coffee and be sincere about it. TERRIBLE service all together. We all in the plane have appointments that now we are late to, crew showed no concern."

Good idea and intentions to help clear bags, and can be improved. Overall the Montreal to DC flight (with the exception of the awful Montreal airport and the long delay) was excellent."

I had to upgrade myself to first class to keep my roller on me. I had things that I couldn't part from my carry on. Cost me $500 US dollar and then she said to me. What ever thrills you. Wow. I am star alliance gold with two airlines and I have never ever been treated this way ever. I will never take air canada ever again. The 1800 customer service isn't any better."

I purchased a ticket on this flight because I absolutely needed to be back in New York City by 2:30 pm today - otherwise, I wouldn't have left. When I attempted to use the kiosk to check in, my booking reference number couldn't be found, despite repeated attempts. When I approached a customer service agent to check in manually, I was simply told that I could not - I was not offered any reason other than that I was "too late" and not offered any alternative. I asked to speak with a supervisor who attempted to clear me for check in seeing as I had no bags to check and have a Global Entry card, but was told by the agent that I spoke with that the flight was over booked and so there were now no longer any seats available. I asked to speak with the supervisor in person, and was told she was on her way, but 15 minutes later she was nowhere to be seen and time was ticking. While the first agent was completely unhelpful, and never offered to rebook me on another flight, another agent helped me by giving me a boarding pass for the next flight and told me she was putting me on standby for the flight I originally purchased the ticket for. I got to the gate in plenty of time to board my original flight, but was told that I wasn't on the standby list and there were simply no seats left on the flight - even though I purchased one which should have been held for me until 10 minutes before departure as is the policy for every other airline as far as I am aware. I am beyond frustrated that due to Air Canada's overbooking the airline used the excuse that I arrived 58 minutes before my flight to give the ticket I purchased away to someone else, with no consideration for me as a customer. The extremely poor customer service I received only added insult to injury. I am completely stumped as to how Air Canada could possibly be the only airline in North America with a 4 star rating when I have consistently experienced overbooking, flight cancellations, and abysmal customer service, including 30 minute wait times to speak to an agent, an inability to check in online for international travel, topped off by poor in flight service, when traveling Air Canada. I have never before complained but am doing so in this case because today's experience truly put me over the top when the airline's blatant disregard for my circumstances and needs as a customer and overbooking practices went beyond causing annoyance and inconvenience. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the ticket I purchased only to be bumped off the flight I paid for."

Updates were supposed to happen every thirty minutes but more than three times they were longer than thirty minute intervals and at one point more than ninety minutes without an update. The representatives at the Chicago gate told us we were all set then the rest of the passengers boarded the plane. The pilot said they were waiting on maintenance paperwork to print off but then we waited an extra hour at the gate on board while we could still hear very loud tests of the hydraulic system. Once we finally left the gate and headed out on the runway for takeoff we stopped just before takeoff and the pilot said we were waiting on PAPERWORK AGAIN! This was another 30 minute delay and we finally took off. We were supposed to arrive home at 10:00pm and instead arrived at 3:00am..."
