The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."

Both my flights were over an hour delayed but Turkish Airline refused to update the status of the flight. They both came up as “on time”. My driver at my destination therefore waited an additional hour for me and I was charged 90 additional euros. The flight said it was on time online and at the gate it also read “on time.”"

Ưu: "I like the food in the air craft it was good, but the crew seemed not wanting to speak inglish The are more willing to serve turkish speakers, They were not even able to solve seat problem. that I and my next seat guy decided to solve the issue by offering our seats to them so that they can sit together, the crew spoke poor english and we were held up by that seat problem, ask that crew member they will tell you what happend, After we gave up our saets to random girls who were also angry about turkish airline, we were able to take off for nairobi And yes the coffee store by the cafe nero and nearly all business refused to give us a wifi And turkish airport offers wifi to only those who have a turkish phone number that is so very low Shame on turkish airline for treating us the give us a free rides we are their bussiness and we will make sure that we stop giving our bussness It looks like they took their customers for granted and we will just tollered it but I will not and many people whom I know will not It is simply desaster... 0% service from the time you come to the airport untill boading time I had to ask about 5 deffrent men to tell me if where I was terminal. One but none of them know what i was saying And at the time my flight was sopposed leave 7:50 so I was freaking out And no one helping at that crtical moment I finaly got the delay flight info after running somany times up and down the road"

Ưu: "The staff are friendly the food is great and their are lots of options, there is nothing to buy, everything is included in your ticket price (entertainment, games, movies, food, snacks, drinks, including alcohol) as well as a complementary travel bag with a sleeping eye mask, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. I couldn't be happier. I will seek out Turkish Airlines now every time I fly!"

These people lost my luggage, were at least 30 minutes late for each of 5 flights on this trip and that includes the one that I was forced to take after this flight took off late and after landing they couldn't find a parking spot for their plane at the largest airport in their home country. Obviously I missed my connecting flight back to JFK. I was stranded in Istanbul overnight and forced to buy a temporary visa just to go to the hotel they offered for causing we to miss my connecting flight. What legitimate airline is so disorganized they can't figure out how take off on time, to de-board passengers, and park their planes at their main airport?"

The flights were changed (not a big deal) and I was told I was due a refund. After three 1-1.5 hour calls no such refund has come and both agencies says the other is due to provide. I am furious and will never use Kayak or Justfly again."

There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Khuyết điểm: "Boarded late, taxi' around for 3 and a half hours, deplaned as flight was canceled, waited 3 hours for next flight which was then cancelled. All understandable until the announced that the flight was reinstated only to be followed by an hour of the clerks unable to put people back on the flight which caused it to be cancelled. Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"

Ưu: "The Iberia plane had a new interior, and possibly was a new plane. The new thinner padding on plane seats was not a problem at all. The crew was friendly and let me switch to a different seat that had an empty one beside it so I could stretch out more. A great flight."

Khuyết điểm: "We waited 3 hours to fix a water problem on the tarmack and were seated in the middle of a large group of school kids. Would have been happier without those 2 elements."

Ưu: "We ended up being on a BA flight which was fine. Ok service, check in from London much better than USA. In flight entertainment good."
Khuyết điểm: "Nonchalant crew on the way back, I asked if they had any snacks half way into the flight as I didn't eat dinner, I went to the galley and the head of customer service heard my request, looked at me and just carried on reading his paper leaving a flight attendant to offer me a small bag of pretzels , which she had to search for. Very poor"

Ưu: "As always, BA did an excellent job with my evening flight from JFK to LHR. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Khuyết điểm: "$100 for your second checked bag and then another $100 if it's overweight. I think this was criminal for an international flight, and I will not fly Finn Air again because of this. Also you have to pay 25 Euro for your seat after already booking the flight. Additionally the leg room is average at best."

Ưu: "The crew was amazing. It was a long flight and they kept bringing us drinks and snacks for 10+ hours."
