Luckily, the Passenger Services Agent was reactive enough to check our boarding gate with her handphone and wrote the gate number on our boarding pass. It was a mad rush from where we alighted from the van to the gate which was at the extreme end of the terminal, coupled with stairs up and down, and carrying our hand luggage. Anybody with a weak heart would have collapsed. What more when we are both senior citizens! The time to change plane was incredibly short. That was a torture. One more hour would have been just right."

Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

Denied boarding inspite of reaching 1.5 hours before departure
It was a typical indigo flight.
Boarding procedures are very inefficient and disorganised at the gate. Not sure why Indigo doesn't utilise and enforce a zonal boarding system. Passengers were transported by bus to aircraft on tarmac which once again made for a very disorganised system. Passengers rushed towards the boarding ramps where IndiGo staff then indicated that passengers from rows 1-15 would board at the front while those from 15 onwards would board from the rear. Passengers could have been transported to the aircraft based on their assigned rows in the first place to smoothen the procedure.
Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.
On time flight, baggage came out fast. Overall good experience

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Yes, water. -constant (and unnecessary) updates on PA system -often attempted to sell AirAsia branded paraphernalia during flight while everyone was trying to sleep -sprayed an unknown substance into the cabin to "sanitize" just before we landed (insecticide?!). We were given a warning literally 10 seconds before they sprayed it."

Plane was not cleaned and emptied of rubbish before we were boarded. Most shocking of all, the plane was being refueled while passengers were boarding. All in all, pretty appalling. I take budget flights 2-3 times a year and this is the worst experience I've had with budget carriers (including the European budget carriers with dirt cheap fares and sometimes non-existence customer service)."

Even worse, each leg of the flight (due to a layover) required payment. In addition, paying for the seat, paying for peanuts and water?? Probably the worst was the air crew refusing to give a blanket to my freezing fiance without purchasing the pillow, blanket and eye mask bundle. Seriously?? Then towards the end of the flight, the crew walk the aisles holding alcohol and perfume trying to peddle their duty-free products on the plane itself. It was quite evident by this point that the competitve ticket price is a hoax, and all that they are interested in is getting as much money from you as possible. Unless I have no choice, I will never fly this airline again. Please, warn people of these practices BEFORE they purchase the tickets!!"

It was a short flight, so no real damage was done."

The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor."

I realize there's no reason to be frustrated with a crew as they're just doing their job, but the airline as a whole is a little archaic and very strict."

For couples who bought tickets together, seats were assigned at different locations even though the flights were not full. This happened on all four flight segments for us. And it was not just to us. It happened to many other people on our flights. When I asked at the check-in counter at Singapore airport to change the seat assignments, the agent lied to me that there are no other seats available. In reality, there were many empty seats on all our flight segments."

Ưu: "What more can you ask for? The flight was on time and seats were decent at good price. Flight staff personally took us to boarding gate to ensure we got on the flight (because we transited in Bangkok to HK) They didn't check the weight of carry on luggage so it was good!"

Khuyết điểm: "I tried paying for checked baggage while checking in online, but the website would always ignore my checked baggage selections no matter which option I select - it just wouldn't add the checked baggage payment to the checkout. Then, when I was dropping off baggage I was charged $72 per small bag!!! This is offensive and ridiculous to charge $72 per 10Kg bag when their website isn't even allowing to prepay at a lower rate. This may have been OK if this was a low-coster with $50 flights, but this was a $500 ticket and I did not expect to pay another $144 for checking in bags. To make matters worse, we had 3 small bags and intended to check all 3 in, now we did not want to pay $216, so we took one of the bags with us and of course had to part with the christmas presents that we wrapped for each other at the security line. We also paid for "hot seat" - this is yet another rip off. Hot seat does not add extra legroom, no extra comfort, just an earlier boarding time, so that you can spend more time in the stuffy cabin. Food and entertainment was not even present on the flight. You had to pre-purchase food to get any and none was sold on the flight, the didn't even offer a glass of water, not even for a fee."
