Ưu: "I was surprise that even it was a short 2/3 hour ride there was still food being served. A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Khuyết điểm: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

Ưu: "the ANA folks at the departure check-in went out of their way to get me on my flight. You see, I got to the airport right before boarding. Their response? They literally escorted me through security, waited for me at the immigration checkpoint, and brought me to the boarding gate! I love ANA! :)"

The food was quite bad, normally I would choose the Japanese meal, however, both the Japanese and International options were poor. The staff seemed unorganized and did not follow a set protocol."

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

People queue up, then they swivel the pole round so I'm in the wrong queue now. Try to move, lose place in queue, they swivel it back the way it was... Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

Khuyết điểm: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

It in baggage claim, the Turkish airline representative could not help or prove de a phone number for me to contact somebody indicating although she has the Turkish airlines uniform she works for swissport. 90 minutes later they said they might send the stroller to my house if found and that I may have to cover the cost as Turkish airlines will not....... terrible service terrible experience and I will never fly with Turkish airlines again"

Ưu: "Turkish was the only airline I've flown that actually did not give the impression of nickle and diming but really made clear and concerted and well executed efforts to exceed expectations on all fronts, even food and drink. A huge accomplishment. They really put most of their competitors to shame."
Khuyết điểm: "Only issue was that the videos kept freezing up, though they did remedy that problem. And I wish they had a foreign hub further to the west. Much as I loved the airline, I would only fly them again to Turkey or further east. It took me 22 hours door to door from Venice to Portland, Maine, when it shouldn't have been much more than half that. It's just too Far East to be a very practical option for visiting Western Europe from the US."

They ran out of a food option and forced a selection on everyone in the back of the plane. The person sitting next to me even had a dietary restriction and her meal had been given to another passenger. The boarding process was a mess without clear directions from the staff, it was a giant mob trying to force its way onto a plane."

We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

It's a long story but we didn't get the bag for a week. We called multiple times and got very little help. We finally got the bag, but had to buy new clothes to get by in the meantime."

Khuyết điểm: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."

Ưu: "Fast boarding."
Khuyết điểm: "No air conditioning.no help with making connecting flight/customs. Staff could not speak english."

Ưu: "Fast and clean. Smooth ride."

Ưu: "On my return flight to the United states, I got to fly with Iberia airlines. After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."

Ưu: "Flight time and efficiency was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "BA doesn't give food. Must purchase... No problem!! BA doesn't accept USA or China CC or debit. I was starving! After using on earlier flight, I knew I could use Apple Pay. Old, dumb, inconsiderate, rude flight attendant wouldn't even attempt trying alternative payment. She humiliated me. I was uncomfortable, embarrassed, hungry, and furious the entire flight. Never ever again! British Airways is incompetent!"

Khuyết điểm: "Spacing was impossible for someone 6'2" or taller. It was incredibly tight for everyone. Extremely uncomfortable to fly for 3 hours like this."

Khuyết điểm: "Tight quarters, I'm 6'2". No free coffee options."

Ưu: "Loved the gluten free meal option."

Ưu: "The plane is so outdated, the seats feel like they are made of wood. I can hardly believe it is safe to fly such an old aircraft. There is no entertainment, no wifi, no power. Certainly no TVs that worked. But most importantly was the uncomfortableness of the old seats."
Khuyết điểm: "So uncomfortable and outdated. 12 hrs on a flight with no entertainment and hard seats was brutal. I paid $45 for a seat assignment and then got moved to another seat!"

Ưu: "Multiple beverage services and some occasional snacks. (The flatbread pizza was really good and we had ice cream at one point). They had a big celebration coming into Miami for the pilot who was on his last flight before retirement. I thought it was nice to share that with info with the people on the plane in both English and Italian."
Khuyết điểm: "Very old plane. Shared movies. Could not see most of the time because of people in aisles. The beef with mashed potatoes was so salty that it was inedible. No USB. We had 4 beverage services over 10 hour flight. I had can of bloody mary mix, an orange juice and 2 glasses of ginger ale. When I ordered that second cup of ginger ale (a cup mind you....not cans), the flight steward told me that I drink a lot of ginger ale and that its bad for me and that I should drink something else."
