I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Very organized boarding and good communication from not only crew and pilot but appreciated the email updates the airline sends letting you know gate # in advance as well as boarding times. Both flights were short ones so food/entertainment N/A . But connection was extremely well managed ( again with email alerts regarding gate number and boarding times.) Luggage arrived like clockwork! Very smooth take off and landing too. Great experience.
The flight was overbooked by 40 people. We waited for 2 hours after the flight to get news of rebooking. No communication from the ground crew.
Had to fly standby with 15 other passengers from JFK to Madrid because flight from JFK left late. Charged me 4 euro for a cup of coffee! Bad customer service!
There was a delay and none of the crew was able to explain what was happening. Instead they played with their phones.
The BA staff at the rear of the plane were extremely helpful and professional. Very unfortunately for me, I had developed a cough prior to flying, and when a couple of passengers complained they handled the situation very professionally and did not make things in any way awkward for me. Would most certainly recommend BA/Iberia to my friends for future travel.
Sitting in the middle seat in economy for 7+ hours the OKAY score is very generous.

His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine."

We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. Entertainment in business was from the last century - no individual screens. An Ipad was handed to us resulting in a bunch of cables surrounding us through the entire trip."

When it finally was time to"board" we found ourselves getting into a packed bus where we needed to stand to get to the actual plain. They never anouced it as such, elder people that night were struggling without previous notice. Very unprofessional and insensitive airline. Never again."
Ưu: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Khuyết điểm: "Not on par with competitors when it comes to the technology on the plane. No tv, no phone charger which is common now and this flight had neither."

Ưu: "Entertainment was non existent for such a long flight. Crew could not speak very good English and weren't attentive at all."

Seat assignments split us up, including our children When we were finally able to be seated together it was 3 in last row an one in 2nd to last where attendants kept bumping into seats, making noise etc. 9 year old son's monitor didn't work after we bought headset. Took many hours and multiple requests for assistance and refund. Crew left 9 year old son off of flight manifest resulting in his detainment by homeland security st JFK."

Ưu: "That I arrived safely. That it was cheap. Being fed twice in a short amount of time was a surprise."
Khuyết điểm: "Plane left much later than it should have. Cramped, uncomfortable seats that barely had much padding. The worst part were the other passengers—about 30 or more kids (late teens or early twenties) who talked loudly throughout the entire redeye flight. Sleeping was impossible. They were never asked by the staff to quiet down."

Khuyết điểm: "On the shorter trips between Madrid and Barcelona, you have to pay for your own food and drinks. I didn't like that they did not even offer free soda."
