This was the second time I fly with Air Canada Poor staffing that caused sever delays. 12 hours of delays. And they don’t even care
Airplane arrived late at the gate. Staff was not prepared to board a passenger with disabilities. Boarding was long. Crew member treated without respect a passenger that was worried about missing a connection. It took longer than expected ro get a gate at the airport.
Flight delayed by four hours
Small seats means other passengers thoughtlessly take up your space. At least it’s a short flight.
There are no free snack. They used to have those.
Khuyết điểm: "Delayed. 3 hours on tarmac, no AC, then disembarked. Had to rebook another flight. Arrived to Vienna 9 hours late. The whole family lost one day of holidays. Will ask for compensation"
Khuyết điểm: "I didn’t like anything about this flight, except that we arrived safely. I had the last seat, next to the toilet, and that container or whatever it is, was dirty. Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!"

Khuyết điểm: "No power plugs in a 4h+ flight is not acceptable. That should be standard for every passengers. Unclean seats. General abrasiveness from some of the staff."
Ưu: "Pretty smooth flight overall. That being said, I don’t mean nd turbulence, the air pockets really get to me. Great service though"
Ưu: "The crew was excellent despite the fact that we were delayed 3 hours due to a broken fuel pump. They were also nice enough to give us a free dinner due to the inconvenience, and let us come off the plane to stretch our legs while we waited. Overall, excellent job handling something that was out of their control."

Not sure how far ahead they knew it was broken, but if they were able to tell me my flight would be delayed 3 hours earlier, I could have extended my vacation. Additionally, the selections on the Air Canada entertainment app are far worse than the Westjet ones."

Ưu: "We had a very kind crew! We traveled with an infant and while boarding was a mess, the crew on board was kind and helpful and did all they could to make it a good experience."
Khuyết điểm: "Air Canada Rouge operated our flight rather than Lufthansa or other similar airline. This meant that there were no tvs on board, which means the nearly 9 hour flight got very long. Boarding and check-in were also disorganized and many people from lower zones boarded before zone 1 and those with children, m among we had to stand on the ramp for a very long time holding our baby."

As a result, I missed my connection and had to spend the night in an airport hotel in Montreal (which Air Canada paid for). These things happen, and they were very professional and sympathetic about it, but under the circumstances I can't give it more than 3 stars overall."

Khuyết điểm: "I received a boarding pass in AMD for all my flights, when at the gate in paris the agent said we have to give you a new boarding pass and seat. I had window prior, now it was the MIDDLE SEAT!!!! They said they couldnt do anything about it because Air India changed it and they couldnt do anything about it. Especially since the flight was also full. Not Air Canada's fault, but the expererince of middle seat is TERRIBLE."
Ưu: "Air Canada Cancelled the flight, which would have been ok, but their representatives left the airport instead of sticking around to help people reschedule. Their phone line was flooded with so many calls that you couldn't even stay on hold. And their email service takes at least 24hrs before you get a response. So effectively the entire airline was unavailable, even after canceling many people's vacations. I'll never fly AC again."

Khuyết điểm: "Ugh. Delays of 1-2hrs each on 3 of 4 flights for one trip. Missed connecting flight in Toronto. Baggage was a disaster. No communication between staff, was told something different by each person I spoke with. Flew to London & didn't get my bag for 3 days. Flight delays put me in to London a day late, wearing same clothes without access to my bag & lost 4 more hours of site-seeing time following day calling the airline & trying to meet up with courier delivering my bag. Then on my 7hr midday flight back to the states our plane had no screens at all for in flight entertainment. Security and Customs check process was ridiculously long. Waiting in line after line, and the automated kiosks processing passports were fickle delaying lines & leading to further follow up by staff. Very confusing and overheard several passengers talking about missing connecting flights. I highly recommend not flying Air Canada until they become more organized."

Khuyết điểm: "Both dinner and breakfast were so bad as to be a joke. Tasteless chicken on pasta with a miserable little salad for dinner. Breakfast far worse, the 'continental breakfast' being a slice of banana loaf or something similar in plastic film and a pathetically small yoghurt. Crew didn't even serve pour row coffee or tea, totally overlooked us. My next flight was with SAA to Johannesburg - infinitely better food and attitude. Not that I expect this eeview to make any imnpression on Air Canada. THey are beyond help and frankly I don't care as I won't fly with them again."

Khuyết điểm: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

Ưu: "I was not expecting much from the small aircraft, but there was so much leg room that my very tall husband actually fit in the seat and his knees didn't touch the seat in front of him like usual. And, there was an in-flight entertainment system, also unexpected. Kept the kids happy."

I was unable to download the Air Canada app before the flight due to very weak airport internet, and then was unable to rent an iPad because only credit cards were accepted: not cash or debit, or even VISA debit cards. As for boarding, the departing gate kept changing and being removed from the screen before the flight; also there was a 30 min boarding delay."

Ưu: "The Boeing 777. Boarding went well because rather than heard us into Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 they went 1, 2, OK everyone get one now. Ah reminded me of the old days. Also the crew was quite pleasant and very helpful. Seeing them run up and down the aisle bringing plastic bags and cardboard boxes to the passengers (food option) looked somewhat better than dealing with the cart."

Khuyết điểm: "Very long transfer lines to get to my flight to Philadelphia because in a different country. Food was distributed first to pre-paid passengers, hinting that there might not be enough for all passengers to buy."
Ưu: "There were some pretty recent movies and some older ones that I remember watching when I was younger. Both options were good."
Khuyết điểm: "Despite there being both new and older movies, there seemed to be a limited number of movies and shows. I feel like there could have been more, but it might be just me."
