The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

So having no access to water was not great (or planned out on their part). Also, no random sweeps of the aisle by the stewardess from time to time, to check on comfort. My seat kept being pushed by passenger behind me. Flight into Istanbul two weeks prior was great all around. This knee was filled with too many negative moments."

I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

The crowd became very angry, some people even started pushing, yelling and becoming violent. I feared for my safety. I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed one hour and 23 minutes so that affected my connection from LA to SFO. My bag couldn't reach back to SFO and I had to run to catch my flight in LA after a 12 hour flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."
Ưu: "Very uncomfortable seat from Iberia Airline.The cushion was almost down to spring. Need to upgrade. Crew are not very helpful. Service is not good. Specially at the Airport, speaking English is very bad. I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Khuyết điểm: "Seats were cramped. Boarding process did not follow the assigned group numbers. No drinks or snacks were offered. Checkin window assignment in the airport was not made until 2 hours before flight time and we were forced to check in the carryon boxes."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was laugh out loud stupid. Worse than cattle. No announcements. Looked like the entire process was run by high schoolers. They wouldn't let us board till the last because we hadn't booked a return on BA. Among the worst flights ever"
