The same was done with the duty free. The plane pressure also felt very strong and cause discomfort for the wife. The movie selection was solid (but badly organized) and the TV show selection wasn't terrible. It should all be better. Come on ANA! Contact me for recommendations."

Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

They called "final boarding" at 6:35, just as we were wrapping up. I believe we were the last to board at about 6:35 or 6:40. Once we were on board the plane pulled away and departed a full half-hour before schedule. The early departure was welcome, but unexpected and made us feel more rushed than necessary without prior notice."

I have a hard time believing it was the weather, but who knows? There were absolutely zero gatw agents there to offer any helpful information. They eventually gave us food vouchers, but it was about 5 minutes after 90 percent of the applicable restaurants closed. Everyone on the flight was forced to eat at dairy queen, which quickly ran out of everything anyone wanted. I will never fly Vietnam Airlines again."

Once we arrived in Hanoi we were informed of 2 more delays in our departure. I am traveling alone with 3 children all under 12 yrs &I make a concerted effort to book flight with the shortest layover possible. What would have been a 10hr door to door travel time turned into 16 hrs. Needless to say, I will not fly Vietnam Airlines by choice again."

My group was given a 2hr delay notice by email. Once we got to the airport and checked in the plane was further delayed. It was the last flight of the day. What was originally 7pm flight turned in a 1230am flight, 5.5HR delay. Arrived into Siem Reap airport at 130am, which was pretty much closed. Hotel tax and regular taxi/tuktuk didn't come out at this time. We were stranded at airport and was at the mercy of overpriced hustlers who charged 3x the normal price for a riding into town. They charged $10/person and put as many people into a car/van as possible. Are vanpool had 9 people, $90 for the van in total. The airline should have arranged transportation for us to correct the situation. The hustlers didn't give receipt, this we cannot make any claims. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT CAMBODIA AIRLINES!!!!!!!!!"

The airline drove another group for a different flight to their gate but the 14 passengers on our connecting flight were left on our own to run to the gate, only to watch the plane pulling away as we ran up. The airline service desk was unapologetic and did very little to help. Since my son and I had already used our one time entry visa into Vietnam, we were not able to join the rest of the group at a local hotel. We instead had to purchase additional tickets for a 1am red-eye. Our wait in the area outside passport control had no food or water and even though we asked they would not bring us anything to eat during the 7 hours we had to wait to get our boarding passes for the red eye."

I was scared once I had boarded. The condition of the plane is poor. Overhead bends were duct tape to stop from open during flight. The list goes on. Thank God it was a short flight."

But he used to covered himself. With these kind of treatments and attitudes, one day you will get beat by your competitors. I know you are arrogant right now. But as Vietnam continues to thrives in tourism. There will be better airlines coming and will provide better services. Even the airport in Ho Chi Minh City is horrible. Cambodia airport have amazing lounge and services. I love Vietnam. But your AIRLINES ruined the experience."

When an attempt was made to contact the Vietnam Airlines office in the USA NO ONE ever picked up the phone! At this time I'm unclear whether or not my refund is being processed. I ended up having to book a totally different ticket with another airlines (of course). First and last time I will ever attempt to fly with Vietnam Airlines."

They wrongly denied boarding to one of the passengers, claiming he needed a visa that he did not need (as confirmed by Vietnam Airlines transit counter later in Ho Chi Minh city and by the Vietnamese Consulate. This resulted in us buying a brand new ticket for later time and applying for a visa, given there was no ground staff from Vietnam airlines who could help."

Khuyết điểm: "Airasia is a budget carrier which will nickel and dime you. Carrie-on lugguage is very restrict on weight. The regular seat have little legroom. So it won’t be comfortable to anyone with size. Which leave leaves you with their HOT SEAT option. Even on international flight everything is al la carte, no free soft drinks. The price of checked lugguage can increase if not purchased at the time of booking. If you can jump though their hoops maybe no issue for you."

Ưu: "This airline and lion airways make their money on baggage charges. On their site, they offer the ability to prepay for your baggage and significant saving over paying at checkin. This option was not offered since I bought through kayak. When I got the gate they told me my bag was not included in my ticket price ... wtf!!!!"
Khuyết điểm: "I paid 65$ for my check in bag and had unpack a bunch of stuff from my bag at the checkin counter which was then confiscated at the security check. Awful experience and expensive."

Khuyết điểm: "Least amount of leg room of any flight I have ever take. Being over 6 feet tall it was very uncomfortable with absolutely no room for my legs. Also no free meal or beverage service of any kind. You had to purchase food from the flight attendant crew if you wanted anything. First time I have ever been on flight where they did not offer at least free beverage service. You even had to purchase water from them. Would have been nice if they made announcement advising so you could at least bring your own. Obviously no entertainment system on aircraft."

After reading the confirmation email also saw nothing about it, only some ambiguous message about checking with the airline. THIS IS IMPORTANT! WHY WOULD YOU NOT MENTION IT AT SOME POINT. If I need to go to the airline to "check" that YOU didn't forget to tell me something then what the hell is the point of using your service?! I had to pay 144 dollars, more than a single ticket!"

Khuyết điểm: "There were many additional charges for luggages. The most annoying thing for me is their seat assignments. For couples who bought tickets together, seats were assigned at different locations even though the flights were not full. This happened on all four flight segments for us. And it was not just to us. It happened to many other people on our flights. When I asked at the check-in counter at Singapore airport to change the seat assignments, the agent lied to me that there are no other seats available. In reality, there were many empty seats on all our flight segments."

Seats are small and cheap made (even though we bought economy comfort seats). Flight attendants weren't friendly, poor manners. Won't recommend them at all, won't fly them again for sure,"

Khuyết điểm: "Kayak is typically great but not when you purchases Airasia services. There is no customer service for the Americas. The app changed my flight date and I need to get a refund. Nothing. I contacted twice with 24 and 48 hrs using their form. Nothing. Don't use air Asia from the states. There's no phone number for customer service. They acknowledged my request and it's been 2 weeks with no follow up when they said they'd would with in 24 hrs. I am currently disputing the charges bc I never flew."

The only way to know that was going to the airline website link on the confirmation email-very back door. Also on the flight not even water was free-you had to pay for everything. Add all that to the fact that the tickets were more expensive than other Thai airlines. We weren't all that happy with Air Asia!"

Khuyết điểm: "We didn't even get to take this flight. My wife ended up having to have emergency surgery. I tried to get a hold of them for a week prior to our flight to get it moved back a month but there was no way to reach a representative. I'm sure there would of been a fee but with the doctors note I was hoping they could give us a little break and just reschedule the flight. Even if they charged a fee I would of been fine with that but I wasn't even able to get a hold of someone to discuss that option. I just had to eat the ticket and rebook it later at twice the price."

The hand bag that fits in every single airlines that we have been on... Wont fit in air Asia. So basically they made me pay extra fees and then let me take the bag. It was such a disappointment on our vacation. Never air Asia again."

I would not suggest anyone to fly with them."
Ưu: "Worst airline I've ever traveled on, their baggage fees are excessive their flight was a disaster it was delayed they didn't give us any information checking in was horrendous they were very disorganized. Their seats are tiny I am 5 feet 6 inches and I barely fit comfortably. Honestly I will definitely avoid AirAsia in the future I I traveled on many other airlines and found this to be the worst."
Ưu: "I want a refund on this flight and I will be taking measure to complain at the highest level at the company on the way I was treated and the $900 baggage charge they tried to charge me, then agreed to $450. I was on a previous flight with the same airline and was charged $30 excess baggage weight, with the same bags, which if anything were lighter. I was completely exploited and I will never book this airline again. I'm so appalled and disgusted by this airline - And warn other travelers to fly with an alternative company. On top of it all they were rude and extremely unhelpful."
Ưu: "Check in was very quick in Phuket, From the start to finish, it only took about 5 minutes."
Khuyết điểm: "This was a short flight from Phuket to Bangkok, a non stop, and the airline managed to lose one of our bags. What truly irks me, is that they charged extra for the extra baggage, and then when we arrived, they could not even track the bag to tell us where it was. When I asked what their procedure was, I was informed, they would search for the bag for 7 days, and then if not found, they would search for another 7 days. Sounds like 14 days to me...Then if they did not find the bag, we could file a claim. Fortunately, they did find the bag after about 1 week. To find out that they had located the bag, we had to keep calling them. Not at any time did they give us a call to inform us, or give us an update. With so many other airlines flying this route, we have decided it would be better to choose another airline"

My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and can't travel without checking a bag with medical supplies. In the US, the charge is usually waived. On this flight, not only did we get charged, but we got double charged for not booking the checked bag ahead of time. In addition, nothing was for free on the plane. It was a terrible travel experience."

Khuyết điểm: "90 minutes delay leaving due to late arrival of prior flight. Little communication from the staff as to the expected departure time. Complete CF at the airport. But once we were on the plane, it was OK. No food, no drinks, not even any water. Minimal space for the knees. No baggage at all include with the fare. I would have paid for bags in advance, but website make this impossible unless you become a "member", which mean giving all sorts of personal information that they don't need. After queuing for 30 minutes to drop my bag, I then had to wait again in a different queue to pay the bag fee."

The reservation agent refused to give me my ticket back until h the excess baggage charge was paid. I boarded the 1/2 empty plane along with many, many chinese passengers carrying 2 or 3 bags, but as a foreigner, the company rules were enforced on me only."
