The warmth made it hard to sleep, which is a big problem on an overnight flight. JAL does not provide individual air vents to passengers seated where I was. I understand the reason for this, but I wish there was some way to get more comfortable. The seats were standard airline economy seats, roomy enough and with enough legroom for my sub-6-foot frame, but not the most comfortable."

The food can be improved for this sector. The food was a very far cry from EVA Air flight also on Premium Economy. Before this flight we took we took BR9 from Vancouver Canada. The Ground Agent at the boarding gate wanted us to check-in our carry-on baggage which was well within the measurements specified in the EVA Air website (23x36x56cm). My wife and I had only one carry-on each. The reason given the flight was full. I did not understand this since I could see there were lots of passengers who had carry-on baggage larger than the 23x36x56cm and more than one piece carry-on. Not sure why this female Ground Agent picked on us when there were lots more violations within her sight. Also, she was rude when we refused. Once inside the aircraft with all passengers boarded, there were lots of empty bins for carry-on baggage. The more I was not happy about this Ground Agent picking on our carry-on baggage. The more I did not understand why!"

I’d recommend EVA Air’s Premium Economy. The seats were wider and leg room was excellent. The amenities were great especially the entertainment part. TV Screen in front of the passenger (installed behind the seat in front) was very clear. it was the same as if watching movie on an iPad."

I had a wonderful experience and when I return home I will not hesitate to book with EVA again for any of my international flight needs."

I would guess the aircraft was running at 70 to 75% capacity. However, there was no space for our carry one. The passengers who go in earlier had put their bags flat and horizontal thus taking maximum room in the bins. The airhostes did nothing to control this or direct the bags. I repeatedly said that I could move the bags around to crate room. They took no heed. There were also a number of partially empty bins that had been closed early , and the air hostesses did nott allow me to look in to. Finallymy partner and I had to cross over to thebother side and place one of ou carry ons 19 rows in front of our assigned seats, and the other smaller bag in the seat on front of us. For a 6'3" man, this was very uncomfortable for 14 hrs. The rest of the flight was fine, but the boarding was extremely inefficient"

Ưu: "From the moment I entered the plane, I was greeted by smiling faces, smooth jazz, and a perfectly air conditioned temperature. It was at this moment that I knew I was in for a treat. There was so much leg room, I closed my eyes at one point and felt like I was laying on a beach in Hawaii. The plane had a fantastic movie selection and great cuisine. Even the crying baby in the row over was such a delight!"

Khuyết điểm: "As we landed 15 minutes early we were forced to wait 45 minutes on the plane because our gate was occupied. after we finally got off and went through customs we waited another hour to receive our luggage. When the luggage finally came out the crews luggage was the first to come out. So we all watched as the crew gathered their luggage which took another 15 minutes. Shouldn't the paying customers be first?"
Ưu: "Boarding was organized. Food was excellent. A couple of complaints from fellow passengers were handled very professionally by crews. Leg room was not an issue for me as I am an average Asian height but for medical purposes - there should be a policy for them to separate sick-looking passengers from older passengers and children."

Flight got delayed for almost one hour while trying to dock because there was no assigned hangar station for the plane! How can an international airline company allow themselves to be treated like that? The crew looked overworked - what are these airline companies doing to these young professionals - treat them like slaves? I'm not surprised - that's the Philippines companies ways - pay them just enough so they can come back the next time to work."
Ưu: "The staff is always hospitable. I was pleased that they left a snack for me even when I was sleeping because when I wake up I was hungry. I also like the disposable toothbrush and paste provided. And bathrooms on the flight were clean, unlike some other airlines."

The first flight was delayed multiple times for over ten hours due to weather (which was fine) and "waiting for a customer to board." The second return flight was again delayed. The worst was baggage: it took over two hours from parking at gate to me retrieving my check-in baggage from the baggage claim. This airline was horrible. Even though the flight crew was decent, I will not return. This was my first and will be my last time flying with this airline."

After when I was taking to the end of the jetway she wouldn’t let me take it and said she had to do it” the whole situation was handling poorly and I watched her be rude to people prior to me. Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

I also did not like that the passengers had to take a bus to the airplane and we’re shoved like sardines in a can in 95 degree weather."

Waited 20 min only to hear a bunch of lies about how they asked the flight attendant to look but she couldn’t find it - should have just walked back on plane to do it myself. Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!"

I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."

Khuyết điểm: "I arrived to the airport Two Hours early. I had checked in online and obtained my boarding pass. I checked into Japan Airlines since this was the airline I chose. I get to the counter and I was told that I had to check into American Airlines. I rush to American Airlines and I was directed to check my bags in electronically. There was mass confusion, because people had no clue on how to operate the system. As my turn approached the system failed. By then I had 45 mins to board. I talked to a clerk and she directed me and the other people to the Custumer service desk. I waited my turn and time to board was approaching. They told me not to worry because the flight was delayed one hour. By the time I got to the counter, It was too late to board the already delayed flight. I spoke to a clerk via phone as i was at the counter and I wsa told I was to receive a refund due to the fact that this was not my fault. You caused a financial loos of money and time. as of yet I have not received my refund."
Ưu: "I love that there is a direct flight with no connection to get to Key West. The flight leaves at a reasonable hour, and gets to KW in time to still enjoy the day."
