Khuyết điểm: The cabin was so hot it felt like there was no air conditioning. Please turn up the air conditioning (make it colder). Passengers feeling cold can use a blanket to stay warm. Passengers feeling warm have no solution. I was wearing just a T-shirt and was feeling so warm. Thank you

Ưu: The cabin crew was excellent -- friendly, always helpful, energetic.

Khuyết điểm: We requested a seafood special meal. The food quality was satisfactory, but most of the items tasted very bland. The accompanying dishes were unimaginative -- raw vegetables (salad), steamed vegetables, pickled vegetables. One exeption was a smoked salmon bit with capers -- this was the tastiest part among 8 meals over 4 flights.

Ưu: The attentions to the passangers are much more friendly than the ones offered today by the american and european airlines, which are today getting more and more cold and unfriendly.

Ưu: Crews were friendly and helpful. I never had economy seat that goes as flat as theirs. I liked the safety instruction video.

Khuyết điểm: They seemed to run out of food options quickly. Wasn't a problem for me. But, they should know better.

Khuyết điểm: Terrible service. It’s a nightmare to fly with. And I have a baby with me that even worse to fly with Eva.

Ưu: I used my miles to upgrade to Laurel so the experience was great! EVA is always a good airline so not really many complains

Khuyết điểm: What could be better would be even more improvements to the cabin. The layout and decor feels a bit dated and the seat orientation and layout can also use some modernizing.

Khuyết điểm: Seats in economy are very tight and I'm thin. The movies were not as current as advertised. The crew was not very friendly.

Ưu: Clean facilities, polite staff. Hits the right notes on a trip to Korea or connecting to other Asian countries.

Ưu: Plane loaded quickly and departed on time. Beautiful clear day for flying.

Ưu: Crew was great and economy seats have above average legroom.

Khuyết điểm: 1). Didn’t have enough food so only one option was available 2.) seats cramped like a budget airline 3.). Pilot made a harsh landing.

Ưu: The crew was amazing. The seats were good. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full meal on a two hour flight.

Ưu: Korean Air was amazing. Very comfortable, hospitable, and punctual.

Ưu: Food is great. Crew are very nice.

Khuyết điểm: A330 business class seats ate almost lay flat. Seats are older and don’t fully flatten out anymore

Ưu: good service, on top of it i have been upgraded during the longer oversea flight. i like the companies doing that often

Ưu: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.

Khuyết điểm: Too cold on the plane, air is very dry, seats are very uncomfortable. The seats are hard. No cushion. No foot rest. Cup holders don’t work properly and my drinks tilt and spill. Bathrooms are dirty. Not baby friendly. Food is poor quality. I didn’t get a drink during my meal. I had to flag a flight attendant down to get juice.

Khuyết điểm: Food was bland and small. No TVs in seats only on phones. Little leg room. Customer service in Manila was horrible. They told us to transfer to a different location for lounge access then we were denied after we paid for it. They didn’t do anything to correct the mistake. Very unfortunate despite speaking to many managers.

Ưu: Top notch service and experience. Up there with EVA Air as the best I’ve ever seen.

Khuyết điểm: Baggage delivery took very long in Hong Kong. Bags were coming off 35 minutes after the first bag came off.

Ưu: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.

Khuyết điểm: Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again....

Khuyết điểm: Entertainment was pretty lacking. No paid WiFi service on the airplane for a modern country’s air fleet... only texting.

Ưu: Boarding was efficient, crew was exceedingly polite, helpful ground staff.

Ưu: The flight attendants were so awesome and beautiful! Food and snacks were great and the amount of time we were fed. They came around in a timely manner to get trash and ask what we wanted to drink.

Khuyết điểm: More variety of options for the vegan meals...

Ưu: Excellent service from the cabin crew.

Khuyết điểm: The Japanese (Washoku) breakfast was not as good as I expected.
