Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Could have paid online prior to boarding for 30 pounds, but because we did not know, had to pay 65 pounds in order to check a bag at the airport. I am extremely dissatisfied with this flight and with British airways in general. I wish I would have known about the baggage and I could have saved myself a LOT of money. British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again."

I didn't like the length of time I had to wait at Heathrow, however, due to the canceled flight. It was several hours! My apartment rental landlord and I were both inconvenienced somewhat by the late evening arrival when an early afternoon arrival was initially scheduled."

The "lady" on the counter made me remove one jacket and one pair of boots from each suitcase because it was GRAMS over the limit. Grams those that my hand scale did not accuse at all. The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."

As she required a wheelchair to get on and off the plane they should have reseated her somewhere with more leg room and easier access to the restrooms"

Khuyết điểm: "British Airways overbooked the flight so we missed it and the next one due to system failure. We then were trapped in the airport (Heathrow) for the entire day. They 'allowed' us to leave the airport nine hours after we got there but unfortunately there were no trains, planes or buses going to Milan until midnight. After we searched for two hours to get to Milan we found one but had to spend nine hundred pounds to get a flight with another airline to get to my friends wedding. They lost our bags so we had to borrow clothes for the wedding from friends which was so embarrassing! We then continued our trip and they still have not returned our bags seven days into what was going to be the holiday of a lifetime. Not only have they ruined the trip for us both, they have cost us a bomb as we have had to buy clothes as we go."

Ưu: "This was maybe a regional carrier, the flight was a bit more mundane compared to the wide-body crossing the Atlantic, however, there was nothing to really complain about. Boarding was a bit of a madhouse, but in the end not too eventful."
Khuyết điểm: "We booked a wheelchair transfer from the connecting flight, and BA refused to provide the service. My elderly mother in law with limited mobility was left alone and stranded at Heathrow and was only assisted by fellow passengers (NOT BA staff). Unbelievable."
Ưu: "BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."

Khuyết điểm: "None of them reminded me of the fact that I need a transit visa for the UK (I mean, isn't it rediculous? I am just staying there for 5 hours). When I called in for cancellation at the airline, they told me to talk to my agent company Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets simply told me that I can't get any money back, and was extremely arrogant and impatient. Later (for a week I was trying to save this ticket by talking to the British Embassy to see if I can get the visa done and they are just "we can't help you") they told me that I can get a refund of like 30 SGD and they promised to send me an e-mail about it. They never ever did. I also tried to change the dates and the handling fee + fair difference was like 1200 SGD (are you joking?) they simply told me, prices fluctuate... Finally I went to the check in counter desperate. The staff even refused to talk to me about my situation because simply, "there is no BA ticket office in Singapore" and told me to call them. I said the office is closed, but they are like, yeah just call them. They swept me off like a moron. Extremely arrogant, impatient, insensitive. I paid 900 SGD for nothing and a whole week of anxiety and regret. I will never take this and I will never use Cheaptickets or Kayak"

Khuyết điểm: "it was an overnight flight so people wanted to sleep. took the crew till like forever to finally turn off or dim the lights..but soon after, people opened their window and sun was coming it. not sure what these idiots tried to see outside as there was nothing. sun made it hard to sleep because it was way too bright. other airlines make sure that windows are closed during overnight flights to ensure everybody will have a good sleep instead of getting woken up by the sunlight in their eyes. wish british airways would do the same. everything else was good, excellent service too"
