Everything was wonderful but the only thing is the kids running around and screaming. Other wise, I am very satisfied.

The flight wasn't boring and we even didn't notice how time passed and we landed in Istanbul. We didn't need to wait for our luggage. Thank you very much."

Khuyết điểm: "Just don't do it. I've never been so mistreated. Everyone I met at the Istanbul airport who flew on Turkish was miserable and angry because of the way they were being treated."
Ưu: "Turkish Air has some of the best flight attendants in the business. The food is essentially gourmet (hot wrap, in this case), and the pilots are highly skilled."
Khuyết điểm: "This is not a Turkish Airlines issue, per se, but an airport problem. Ataturk is very spread out and there are far more planes than gates. More often than not, the plane parks way out in the back 40, and shuttle buses take you to a processing point. If you have less than a 2 Hr layover, and you're switching between Domestic and International flights, you will need to walk at top speeds, or run. Passport Control and multiple security checkpoints could easily cause you to miss your flight."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants weren't personable on any of the flights. I'm 6 months pregnant and randomly get hungry. There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

Khuyết điểm: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Literally was being dealt with for two hours personally while a couple employees typed and complained to reticket us after airline inexplicably cancelled our reservation on flight home. Until about 30 minutes before departure, no employee had assured us we would get on the plane we paid to be on. Just no concern for the anxiety we were dealing with - and Turkish caused."

Khuyết điểm: "I had to ask a neighboring passenger if her would allow me 20mins of my flight without his rear end in my face. He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Chaos at the Istanbul terminal. Connecting flight was literally a mile away. We had to run through the entire terminal only to miss our connection. No help/information from the airline. They made us walk even more to get us transferred to hotel for a night. Their crew repeatedly lied about how to get new boarding passes as they were busy and didn't want to do it for us. Sent us to another transfer desk. No veg. food option even after making a special request. They said sometimes those mistakes happen. You can't call the crew from your sit to get snacks. They make you get out of your middle sit and walk to the back of the plane to get a sandwich. The boarding process at the Istanbul airport is even more chaotic. They have their own security (after having done security at the o origin in Rome AND at the IST airport), which requires standing in an hour long line and getting profiled and judged by the airline staff."
