Ưu: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Flight Attendants were pushy, asking me to put on my mask when I had just woken up from sleep in the lay flat bed in business class. Had one flight attendant rudely ask me to shut the door to the bathroom when I had literally just opened it to go in. Business class seats were really not any larger than coach/economy seats, so the lay flat beds were like a coffin, and not comfortable.

Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."
Ưu: "The airbus had plenty of storage room in addition to leg room. The compartment underneath the window was big and allowed two big purses to fit with additional space left. Plenty of space between seats in front even when reclined. The crew were friendly and ready to assist. So far, this has been the best airbus I've flown in."

I complained about it and they asked if I wanted to purchase the same tickets from the same flight and seas for $1,500.00. Because I wanted to save $50 (Air Canada was $1,050.00 through Travelocity at the time), I had to pay $1,400.00 for Air Canada ticket 3 weeks later. I will never fly ANNA or deal with travel one. Even though it is a little more expensive I will only deal with reputable company such as travelocity."

Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."

Entertainment: excellent. Food: poor
first of all you guys delayed my first flight 5 hours, then I missed the connection to London, placed me for one night in texas in which you did not allow me to take my check in bag. I had no extra clothes. The next day my flight to London was at 4pm and you guys only gave me 12 usd food coupon, totally unacceptable. Then I asked the boarding personal that I hope you guys will not lose my bag, as you guys did not allowed me to take it with me and re checked it back to London. Then when I arrived to London my bag was not in the baggage claim. You guys told once it will get located will send it to my hotel. I waited 3 days and never happened, I had no clothes nothing, you guys made me paid extra stuff and said your will refund, I am still waiting for that refund. This is the worst airline customer service I ever experienced in my life.
Crew are clearly stressed, not the best group on our flight.
Rude crew, there was no choices in food. For breakfast or lunch it was only one choice. I asked gor a vegetarian option for breakfast since i dont eat pork but they said no other options. Take it or leave it , when i complained how come they don’t have vegetarian options they said i should book it 72 hours before hand. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t seem to care or accommodate me for breakfast. Didn’t try to find an alternative and walked away leaving me hungry with no breakfast.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

Lots of turbulence on this flight, which limited beverage service. Despite the length of the flight, there was only one beverage service, and the "snack" they handed out was a single packet of Biscoff cookies. It was a newer plane with outlets for plugging in devices and a shelf for placing a cell phone to view -- all that was great. The free entertainment was also great and much appreciated, as my husband had finished his book and needed something to amuse himself during the long trip. But if the airlines could just give us passengers a bit more seat space, it would improve things immensely; the guy next to me was well over 6-feet tall, and he couldn't help but extend his knees into my space.

I’m so very disappointed"

I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

I also have trouble sleeping on flights and thought there would be the opportunity to watch TV/movies but this was not the case unless you wanted to pay extra. Most international flights already have this built in for free and should be included in the cost. What a disappointment flying on American was. I will take LAN or Copa from now on as my other options."

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was changed 3 times-- always pick a window seat and was changed to aisle seat. The attitude at the ticket counter was "you're lucky to get any seat", flight was overbooked, the boarding process and deplaning were absurd with all the people bringing on way too much carry on luggage !!! It takes almost 30 min to get off the plane!!"

We should have received notification as soon as the flight was canceled so we don't have to spend all day at the airport thinking it's just a delay."
