Everything was excellent. Nice legroom, wonderful food for Asian Vegetarian. For entertainment, I wish there was some South Indian options. Another minor thing for the connection flight from Bangkok to Ko Samai, my meal preference didn’t carry over and they provided only non-vegetarian food which I could not eat because I am a vegetarian.
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
Our connecting flight was cancelled, then our luggages were loaded onto a different flight that came in after the day of our arrival at Philadelphia. We arranged that we would pick-up rhe luggages from the airport, but AA delivered them instead. So we got our luggages at the end of the day already.
Kayak messed up the scheduling of our canceled flight and set us back from departing for one whole day
Easy flight boarded late but they made up the time

Don’t use JetStar to go to Narita! Walking long distance to get to terminal. It’s like a some penalty or punishment !!!!

Delayed and hour talking off and delay the other end unable to get into the gate, had to wait on the runway for almost 40 minutes, not what you need on a 25 hour journey from Australia to the UK. No reason was given for the delay taking off, on arrival because we were late our gate was taken. Poor experienced.
They made everyone go through the same line weather it was wheel chair or not had to wait slot longer seats are also small hurts my legs when flight is finished

Experience in IAD could have been lot better. IAD is one of the worst airport ik n terms of service. Chennai is also equally worst with too many bureacracies.

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding this flight consisted of minimal organization on the crews behalf, the Gate's security machines were off, people scattered everywhere with not enough seats to fit everyone. When entering the gate (with security machines turned off keeping in mind everyone has already passed general airport security and is only trying to enter the gate. Staff would direct passengers towards an attempt at creating a boarding queue. Once passing the gate doors and walking towards the queue directed by staff, it seemed to be a normal occurance to have another staff memeber shout at you and redirect you another way. Getting scolded by gate employees and requested to remove all electronics turn them on and being requested to remove most clothing items at the gate while everyone is watching with security machines off while only selecting a few passengers seems to be a regular occurnace in Doha & with Qatar Airways. People standing all around, no queues were initiated by staff, instead staff would push through passengers to get to the front instead of propretly annoucing the boarding through an intercom. No matter how loud staff was screaming their sounds were drowned out by the passengers which turned boarding a full translatlantic flight into a chaotic scene. Once on the flight I noticed the headphones provided were broken, I politely requested a new pair...from 3 different employees...which took over 20 mins to replaced. Qatar Airways prides itself on quality unfortunately as an economy passenger I have yet to experience any of that other than when it comes to good on flight entertainment."

They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

The entertainment screen and power outlet was out of order on whole left side of the plane for the full ride- 6 hours. It was terrible to be crammed in and have no where to escape to.
I had to wait over an hour for my luggage. A baby’s car seat jammed the luggage system.
The mask policy is not enforced by the crew. Multiple people around us would not even wear the mask or have it on their chin. Flight attendants would walk past these people and not say anything. All they do is make overhead announcements about the masks being mandatory but they are terrible at enforcing the rules, very disappointing.

Khuyết điểm: "I hate having media flashed in my face. The srewardesses misses me when serving beverages, which is hard to imagine, and rarely happens. We had a particularly bumpy landing. I've flown a fair amount, and I thought our bouncing and jostling was unusual, but then weather is unpredictable - still... I've seen navy pilots stick landings of small planes in worse weather."

Khuyết điểm: "The terminal was a long way from the main terminal and accessible only by shuttle bus. Also we had to re-check our bags following our first leg flight and subsequently couldn't change our flights to an earlier departure."
Ưu: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."
Khuyết điểm: "Having to use communal screens for watching movies and shows, having no choice as to what was displayed, having trouble seeing everything displayed (too far and small to see nuance in dark scenes and print on screen), having only one bathroom mid plane."
Khuyết điểm: "delayed, missed connection, no assistance automatically booked for 24 hrs later connection, no accomodation travelling with infant, had to spend the night (total >12 hrs) at security post, no AA employee available to assist, horrible customer service actually AA does not know if there is such a thing as customer service exist!"
Ưu: "I gate checked in the stroller at LAX. When it was pretty much dumped in front of me at LHR with an unspecified apology, the sun hood was bent so it doesn't fold right anymore, there's scuff marks on the side, there's a part missing from the left wheel and it drags to one side now. Not happy. If I'd been told, we'll take this off you and damage it, I might have checked it normally. Our car seat was fine."

I'm 6'2", not a freak, and my legs were jammed against the seat frame in front on this new dreamliner Legroom AND seat width both markedly less than the short haul Airbus on our fist leg. To get one of the last 'extra room' seats would have been 179.00...rediculous. This was abuse."

There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice."

Customs agents wanted us to have our landing cards filled out before we got there but the crew on flight didn’t give passengers landing cards to fill out prior to landing and customs didn’t even have pens for us to fill our our forms. Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Thus forcing us to take a cab that was horrifically expensive. Super bummed on heathrow and British airlines. Would not travel through heathrow again."

Seats and leg room not big enough and giant metal box under the seat did not help. Yes, we could have paid extra for more leg room (I am quite tall) but that doesn't seem right (almost akin to discriminating against tall people). Booked the whole flight with BA including a connecting flight with JAL. Couldn't check-in online for the JAL flight and there was no clear information as to whether our baggage would be automatically transferred or whether we would have to collect (as was the case)."
