What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

Smooth boarding take off before time and arrived 23 minutes before TIME.
The boarding flight is painful experience, starting from entering the airport (poor training to staff to verify the identity and ticket details), standing at the counter to check in the baggage (extremely slow). Once boarded, it’s a pleasant experience. The crew is polite and patient.
Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.

This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Khuyết điểm: "It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before."

Check-infamily with just computers is terrible, didn't worked properly. Included food in package but can't choose, both legs the same food. Baggage damaged. Long walk in DMK to transfer, inefficient. Overall just a shitty experience!"

I've flown many other reduced fare lines that still offer you a beverage and a small snack, even if only peanuts or pretzels. That this flight offers no beverage or food without payment is disappointing."
Khuyết điểm: "Told only one carry on bag of 7 kg so I checked my other 13kg and I was charged as much for my baggage to HCMC as what plane ticket cost but, others were taking two or three carry on bags. Budget flight but they rip you off for baggage. I would do anything to avoid this airline in the future."

Khuyết điểm: "There were hundreds of mosquitos on the plane and they decided to spray bug spray after they closed the doors right before take off!! Hands down one of the most disgusting experiences of my life. They also ripped us off with our checked luggage. Not pleased."

Ưu: "What more can you ask for? The flight was on time and seats were decent at good price. Flight staff personally took us to boarding gate to ensure we got on the flight (because we transited in Bangkok to HK) They didn't check the weight of carry on luggage so it was good!"

Ưu: "The crew was smiley and nice. Boarding went smoothly. Purchased meal was decent and not terribly pricey. Takeoff and landing was very smooth."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding started 10-15 minutes late without any apology or announcements prior. Seats were very close together from row to row. Zero leg room. The seat itself was very uncomfortable and barely reclined. I'm also not very tall (5'8) so I can only imagine for taller people. The was no inflight entertainment or wifi whatsoever."

We didn't purchase our bags from before hand so they took advantage and over charged us to check these bags in. I will never fly with this air line again. I would not suggest anyone to fly with them."

Khuyết điểm: "There was a 40 minute delay. No information for other passengers for flight after us. So hence chaos for our flight."
Ưu: "The extra baggage fee $ 14.00+ was only negative surprise. I will book flights with them again."

Ưu: "Check in was very quick in Phuket, From the start to finish, it only took about 5 minutes."
Khuyết điểm: "This was a short flight from Phuket to Bangkok, a non stop, and the airline managed to lose one of our bags. What truly irks me, is that they charged extra for the extra baggage, and then when we arrived, they could not even track the bag to tell us where it was. When I asked what their procedure was, I was informed, they would search for the bag for 7 days, and then if not found, they would search for another 7 days. Sounds like 14 days to me...Then if they did not find the bag, we could file a claim. Fortunately, they did find the bag after about 1 week. To find out that they had located the bag, we had to keep calling them. Not at any time did they give us a call to inform us, or give us an update. With so many other airlines flying this route, we have decided it would be better to choose another airline"
