Ưu: "I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great."

Even if passengers are mostly asleep, a crew member can walk down aisles with a tray of snacks. This will help some people wha mught not like the food or type 2 diabetic people who needs to eat n drink every 2 to 3 hrs. Signage on boarding gate is not clear. Your flight number and boarding time was in small projected sentences under a huge lettered former destination place."

Ưu: "Cathay is a good Asian airline, and if you compare it to any American-based airlines, Cathay is exceptional. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Seats and food on economy are pretty good, as far as economy goes. Entertainment system is updated and offers a good variety of options."

However, when the person in front of me reclines for the ENTIRE flight, my screen is too low to watch, I cannot use my try to eat and its like having someone laying in your lap.........it should not be allowed ( reclining)."

I was able to get to the connecting gate on time. Cathay representatives in Hong Kong were rude and unhelpful in re-issuing my boarding pass for my originally scheduled flight to Taipei."

I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe? Ground crew clueless, delayed flight gate change without communication. Horrible experience. Will not fly Vietjet again.
The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc

Her colleague apologized and said I’ll get you a glass of water. She returned after a good 30 minutes with a paper cup of water. There was no enquiring how I was or if I needed anything. Will NEVER fly them again!"

I would never recommend Viet jet to my worst enemy"

Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays."

My wife and I have been traveling Asia for the last 7+ month and taken 35 flights to 10 different countries. This is the ONLY time we were told we needed to check our bags (which are both soft-sided and weight ~7kg). Apparently our small backpacks also counted toward the carry-on limit, which would have been fine if not for the following two contradictions: this was our THIRD flight with VietJet Air (one from Siem Reap to Hanoi, Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh) and we didn't have to check baggage the first two. We also saw at least half a dozen people get on our flight with either bags larger than ours, or carrying three pieces of luggage. Either enforce all the rules for everyone, every time they fly the airline, or not at all."

I had to pass immigration (exit the country), then reenter. Luckily Korean citizens can enter Vietnam without visa; otherwise, I would have lost my luggage. Terrible service."
Ưu: "Uneventful flight. Nothing worth writing home about. No food, no entertainment, no hassle either."

It was funny to see the billboards announcing: "On time", then "Boarding" when there was no aircraft in sight. On the Arrivals billboard, it showed the in-coming flight as "Landed", when it most obviously had not landed, and there was no information about when it might eventually arrive. With slow operations, we boarded 40 minutes mate and arrived a full hour late. The schedule had been 9:00 PM; days before flying it was pushed back to 10:00 PM. We actually were at the gate at 11:00 PM. VietJet Air is unfortunately the only airline operating a late flight from Pleiku to Ho Chi Minh. No competition means no pressure to be on time."

Khuyết điểm: "1) I had to check in my bag (which in any other fight I took was a carry on) 2) I booked thru kayak via kiwi and it was impossible to make a change even though I requested the change 1 min after my booking (I called and emailed them several times without success) 3) there was a delay in the gate and we were not kept up to date"

Ưu: "I waited 30 minutes in one line just to ask a question about luggage weight. A staff member told me to switch to another line next to me. I asked her three times if she was sure I should change lines. She insisted I move, only to wait in another line for 20 more minutes! There WAS NO ONE WORKING AT THE COUNTER! I found her again and she told me to switch. To another long line next to me and I had enough. I had to yell at her and make it clear that I was not going to wait another minute. I said I am going to the front and I’ll be next. I asked my ONE question about weight. It took 15 seconds and she should have handled it for me from the start."

They are generally very smart and have a valid question. Learn to LISTEN to your customers. A customer complaint is a gift. It’s up to you what you do with it."
