Khuyết điểm: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."
Khuyết điểm: "It was a struggle to get our hotel from the turkish hotel desk crew. We were travelling from Cape Town to Toronto with a little baby and had a layover of approx 10 hours at Istanbul. They claimed that our layover was 9 hr 40 mins (and not 10 hours) and I had to argue before we finally got a transit hotel. Their customer service is poor."

One of the flights did even give headphones. The staff wasn't rude and not helpful, and didn't make the flight comfortable. I had high hopes flying with Turkish Airlines for the first time, but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything."

Khuyết điểm: "This flight was a terrible experience and the longest day of my life!! That having been said, Turkish airlines had little control over most of it. I could tell the staff was just as tired of the long day as I was, but they held it together and performed adequately. I thought we were all going to die on the landing! I don't know what happened, but I was waiting any moment for the 777 to just roll and go up in flames! It took 1 hour and a half to get our checked bags. Don't know if there is a way to speed that up, but it was the icing on the cake after having spent 16 hours on the plane."

Khuyết điểm: "Crew was disorganized. Half the plane didn't get the bread that was supposed to be on the breakfast menu. Service was slow and not enough crew. Also had to wait 30 minutes to use the bathroom because the crew told me I couldn't go into the one I was already in line for and the other one was being cleaned. Seats were more cramped than most airlines (and I'm short)."

There's no point requesting a special meal if you have dietary restrictions, because they don't seem to have a way of knowing you've made the request."

Khuyết điểm: "Unfortunately, I was rerouted and flew from Istanbul to Dushanbe. (instead of to Khujand) This meant that I needed to take a taxi 6 hours through the mountains to get to Khujand. I hope the flights to Khujand resume again shortly."
Ưu: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."
Ưu: "Best menu vs. previous 3 Turkish Airlines flights on this trip. Great movie selection. Accommodating crew. Comfortable chairs. Nice travel packs."
Khuyết điểm: "Bathrooms were very dirty by half way through the trip. Crew should keep them cleaned. Free Wi-Fi should be the standard on such a long flight. More leg room needed for Americans & Europeans above average height. Larger water bottles should be passed out before sleeping hours. Each passenger needs a personal fan. Temperature was too warm. Gate agents in Istanbul had a very confusing set-up to get on plane. Gate agents not empowered to help passengers with all issues that arise. We left item at gate in Catania, & gate agent unable to offer any help or detailed guidance to help us work to get it back."
