Movie selections very poor. Lots of talk about social distancing before boarding and then in economy class we are packed in like sardines.

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

The seat cushion was worn out. It was very uncomfortable. The service was very good.

It was very frustrating experience with Kayak and Japan Airlines. Chatdeal with Kayak has handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner. I had booked japan airlines from San Diego to Bengaluru via narita on Nov 21. While at San Diego airport , I came to know that japan airlines flight from Narita to Bengaluru was cancelled 2 months ago. The airlines asked me to check with Kayak as they were the primary ticket issuer. Now the issue begins from here : Chatdeal in association with Kayak was my primary ticket issuer. Firstly the customer support number that they had issued was of no use as it would always ask me to connect to representative via chat. So I went over chat over. Now in the chat, the representative were very slow in responding. They took almost 30 min for 1 response. All this while I was at San Diego airport having nowhere to go. Finally after hours of discussion, they said that this matter will be taken care by CHANGE section of chatdeal and they would require 24 hrs to come back. I objected as I was in San Diego airport with nowhere else to go. I decided to book a flight myself at 2.5 times to original cost. Finally I agreed and waited for 24hrs. But they never got back. After couple of days and after multiple attempts to get response over mail, finally they responded just to wait for some more days and its Still on going after 1.5 months. This was one of the worst case of professionalism

I flew Chicago to Tokyo in JAL and then from Tokyo to Manila again on JAL. The service on first leg was very good and friendly of my JAL flights, food was good, seat was comfortable. Then on my second flight from Tokyo to Manila I was shocked but thrilled that I had been given an upgrade to first class. The whole experience was outstanding! The seat was incredibly comfortable and the food was phenomenal. The only problem, not that you could call it a problem, was that I was so comfortable with my fluffy pillow and fully reclining seat that I couldn’t stay awake to finish my movie! Thank you!"

Both I and another passenger who flew JAL the weekend before found the vegetarian food poor - very bland and too salty. The exact same menu all four times we flew. A pity as the rest of the service wa excellent. If JAL wishes to attract more international customers it would be a good idea for it to broaden its global perspective and provide better vegetarian options. I know others who've had similar concerns about other types of special meal."

When I had the flight attendant (her name is Sako on flight JL736 on Jul 26) over to discuss (in English) she went to the guy in front of us and started apologizing to him. For what??? She then came back to us speaking in Japanese and brushed the issue away. Sorry, no this was not acceptable, even though my fiance was okay with the situation."

It was comfortable, the plane was awesome with high ceilings and it actually felt quite spacious. The entertainment was also perfect with tons of stuff to choose from. The best part, though, was their exemplary customer service! I needed to transport cold insulin, so at the gate counter I checked with the gate agent to see if they could refrigerate my insulin since I had a long travel time to my home destination. She promptly found out for me and talked to the flight attendants and told me they would take care of it when I got to my seat. She even checked to see if I needed a special meal or not after I finding out I was diabetic. They were so kind! They even let me refreeze my cold packs in their freezer before landing so I could keep my insulin cold after we landed. It was a huge help and they seemed genuinely concerned for my well being and what I needed. I will now fly JAL whenever I can!"

First time flying AA from Greece. Great job

Great, easy, and quick flight

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

I didn’t have TSA precheck although I have Global Reentry. My husband did. My flight home was changed twice. Ended up with a 7 1/2 hour layover coming home to Ohio from Hawaii which is already a long flight. Our seats were changed at the last minute so that we were not seated together.

Then had to transfer to new terminal. Trains out at ohare so buses. Waited another 30 minutes for a bus then 15 bus ride. Missed flight and had to set around for 4 hours for next. Totally unorganized. Not this way in Japan."
Khuyết điểm: "8 hour delay on a 2 hour flight. They would not book us on another airline and could care less that we would miss our flight to Buenos Aires. The desk staff made it worse by being indifferent and called the police instead of listening to passengers. I will not fly again."

The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."

These same people bring in large over sized bags that will not fit in the above compartment or underneath the seat. Charging these individuals for these violations would deter them from engaging in this behavior. You might also want to add to your instructions how to disembark the plane, some individuals think their schedule is more important and rush up the isle in front of others who are trying to get their carry on luggage from the overhead compartment. Losers!!"

Ưu: "The in flight entertainment consoles were nice with a great selection of recent movies, which was nice since the flight was 12 hours. The food was alright but nothing to write home about."
Khuyết điểm: "The seating space was much more cramped than the JAL flight I took over to Japan. It was awkwardly close to your neighbor when getting adjusted with seat belts and such. This would have been OK for a shorter flight but a bit too close for comfort for a 12 hour one."
Ưu: "The flight was early morning so the plane was basically empty. And the flight was short due to short distance and tail winds. Crew is always friendly and helpful."

Ưu: "After missing my flight and zero empathy from AA employee who reassigned a new ticket - I was given 3 new times and an explanation that no pilots were there yet. Flight was short and painless -- but the scheduling was totally frustrating."
Ưu: "Great team of flight crew members but boy it will be a long time before I want to travel through London Heathrow again."

Ưu: "The people were amazing. They were the sweetest people and were so eger to learn. I have never been so neverous. We experienced a place where I need to help the ppl of the island and hopefully make the experience better. Fijians are so generous and amazing I will be back"
Ưu: "The crew was very helpful on the plain. There was a bit more room on the next flight than the one from Dayton to Charlotte"
Khuyết điểm: "The isle was way too narrow People were bumping into me as they went down the isle and I had to carry my cane and carry on bag . I could not understand to pilot when he spoke at all."

Khuyết điểm: "They moved me to a flight on the other side of the airport departing 10 minutes from when they made the move. Instead of my 38 minute flight to Houston IAH from DFW I spent an hour on my way to Baton Rouge, LA. from there- I was transferred to a different airline w/ a half air layover and spent another hour on my way to Houston. Then I had to find my luggage which was not sent on the flights w/ me. But on the next flight from DFW to Houston. Which arrived before I made it to Houston. Each plane I was on was smaller than the last. And the second plane sounded as though it was about to fall apart. I never received any explanation as to why my original flight was canceled. Nobody offered any vouchers or compensation for the immense inconvenience. I will never fly American /American Eagle again."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight cancel, next day 5 gate changes and 5 delays, got home 23 hours late. Some suggest that once you r having a bad experience the airline does not work that hard to make it better, priority given to keeping the other passengers happy."

Ưu: "I especially like the agent at the United Lounge in Denver who changed my flight to one that left 3 hours before my original flight. Also, she arranged for my checked bag from Dayton, OH to be transferred to the new flight. I was concerned by happy to get it in Denver - actually, it was one of the first luggage to arrive."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."
Ưu: "Met chief pilot at Wendy’s before flight. He was friendly and gave us confidence"

Ưu: "Plane was delayed 87 minutes because the plane had maintenance issues that the air and did not organize and plan better. For their error, I missed my client and got fired."
Khuyết điểm: "The airline not getting me on the Dayton-Newark then Newark-Rochester flight so I could get to my destination on time. The agent at the airport was not helping or listening. Now I miss my client loss a lot of money for the day and I got fired."
Khuyết điểm: "I think if you over 6”7 you should not be charged for an exit row on commuter planes"
Khuyết điểm: "I purchased my ticket in March with seating assigned to me and then when I travel from Chicago to San Jose my seating was changed and I had to sit back in the 22nd row now I walk with a cane and so this is very was very painful for me, my itinerary said that my seating was row seven for the whole trip but when I got ready to fly home from Chicago to San Jose to- day ,so I was very uncomfortable. I did not know my seating had been changed."

Khuyết điểm: "Being in middle seat Stewards rude Everything (food and snacks, enertainment- wifi wasn't working so we couldn't view on our personal devices) needed to be purchased. Even delta and Hawaiian airlines give free meals. Didn't get seat assignment till I got to gate. Not allowed to say if I wanted window or aisle seat."
Ưu: "I ultimately arrived at my final destination on the same day that I left, and 12 hours later instead of 36 hours later that it was looking like it'd be at the time. Crew at the gate and on the plane were wonderful. Personnel at the airport were also wonderful aside from the fact that I couldn't seem to get on the official standby list until my mother-in-law got me on by talking to personnel at a completely different airport."

Lines and phone hold times for rebooking took an hour each time I stood in line, which was four times.Thankfully, I was on standby for this same-day flight and was able to arrive at my destination 12 hours later than planned instead of 36 hours later than planned."

Ưu: "I checked in online and got free TSA precheck so I didn't have to unload my bags or take off my shoes. Everything went really fast, and I was back home to my family in no time!"
Khuyết điểm: "There was no way of knowing if my baggage was in the claim area as several flights were unloaded onto one belt at a time."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed approx 7-8 times, 7.5 hrs. I arrived at 7:15 am for a 9:20am flight to find that it was delayed. Wasn't notified before leaving home of delay. Was given a 2 food vouchers but very late, 30 mins before boarding time. Paid for two meals already by then. My Friday to Monday trip to see my family was shortened by almost a day. I hadn’t seen them for 3 years. Don't know when I'll be able to see them next. Not happy..."
Khuyết điểm: "I had to interrupt my flight and book another flight from Denver to Phoenix. Mass confusion to simply guarantee my checked bag would no continue on to Maui. I was told to keep my bag at the ticket desk in Dayton....scolded for doing so at the gate....then again scolded for same thing at gate for Denver to Phoenix. At least I kept track of my bag through it all."

Ưu: "I missed my flight with Alligent due to an overturned tractor trailer and they couldn't do anything to help me (I'll never fly with them again) and I had to book a last minute flight with United, very easy just pricy due to last minute. Thanks!"

All United passengers arriving in Canada MUST manually gather their luggage at baggage claim in Toronto and clear customs manually. ONLY Air Canada has this automatic option. Even if the United flight has an Air Canada code share United passengers MUST clear customs manually. How hard is this for flight attendants to understand?"
