Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Several of the monitors/remote controls were not working. The lay out in the business class prevents you from getting up and out to go to the restroom when the person next to you is lying down and sleeping. The seats recline in a way that are not comfortable. The feet are still downwards. Overall, this plane's business class was not worth the money. I expect much more from Emirates."

Khuyết điểm: "1. I joined at Bangalore. The staff worked strictly according to the rules. While this is good it lends itself to passenger discomfort at times. Example: I had only 1 suitcase of 45 pounds, and I had a hand baggage of 13.7 kgs, because I was carrying all my precious crystalware back to Houston. The attendant kept insisting I lighten the hand baggage to les than 7 kgs. Finally he even suggested I send the hand baggage as checked luggage. He must be insane! I had a few thousand dollars worth of crystal in that hand bag and there was no way I'd send as checked luggage. Finally, I lightened the load to 10 kgs and called his manager and I was allowed to carry the hand luggage. 2. On landing at Dubai, everything unraveled. The airport was full of thousands of stranded passengers because 18 hours ago a plane had crash-landed at the tarmac causing flight cancellations. Obviously Emirates was poorly prepared for handling this this emergency. Many of the passengers, including myself, ended up standing at the customer service counters (there were about 10 customer service stations all over the airport), and every customer station had about 500 irate passengers and 3 or 4 agents handling them. Not only that, the customers were standing in stuffy atmosphere, no fod no water for hours, many mothers were desperate with children. Emirates had no idea how to handle this situation. I caught hold of a senior police official and told him that the least he could do was to give the customers some bottled water to keep them hydrated. Within minutes, in typical Arab hospitality - many cases of bottled water showed up, followed by cupcakes and then Mango Frootis. This helped to calm the passengers down. Then there was the chaos of everyone crowding the service desk. No lines, no semblance of order. After discussion with the policeman, we installed barriers for that passengers would stand single file. One thing that was very wrong and out of our control was there were only 3, sometimes 4, persons behind the desk, attending to more than 500 stranded passengers at each station. I reckon we would need at least 20 or 30 staff at each station. I noted that at each customer depot there were at least 10 computer stations at our service station, but only 3 were manned. Also, there was no one to advise the passengers on their status, what arrangements were being made, what the status update of the situation was...... nothing. We just stood in a bunch at the customer service desk and hoped for some attention. Appalling. Emirates needs to beef up their crisis management strategies. As a Crisis Manager myself, I was appalled to see how poor their capability to respond to a crisis situation was. I have many ideas based on my experience in crisis management. If you want suggestions call me. Besides this crisis, Emirates has always been a very good airline to me. Their everyday service is impeccable and a treat to experience. They wanted me to purchase a new ticket and pay full price instead of the difference. The flight ime on my itinerary was 12:15a on Sunday (instead of 00:15) which confused me. My flt coming to ABV, airline left my baggage in turkey too and had no representative at airport to inform us what happened. Seems airline treats flights to Nigeria this way"

She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

I'm used to domestic flights in the US which are no fun but as soon as I boarded our flight, the crew was so kind, I appreciated the pillows, blankets and extra care package provided with ear plugs, socks and an eye mask! It helped make the trip that much more pleasant to be able to sleep! I tend to get motion sickness and the crew on all four of our flights were so kind to give me water when I boarded the plane to be able to take my medicine. The flights were on time for the most part and the on-board entertainment helped a very long flight be more tolerable!"
Khuyết điểm: "I had an issue with a passenger on our plane from Zanzibar to Istanbul but that was at no fault of the airline or the crew. One crew member was so sweet to allow my husband and I to move further back in the plane once boarding was finished. We were coming home from our honeymoon and the rude woman wouldn't get out of our seat so we could at least sit next to each other! It was unfortunate, but again, at no fault of the crew or airline and we were so thankful for the crew member helping us find somewhere we could sit together! I wish I would have gotten his name but it was on flight TK567 on May 4th. To whoever he was, thank you!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "This flight was for my mother, who is an old woman. On her way back from Belgium to Chicago, she has a layout more than 14 hrs. In this case the Turkish airlines were responsible to offer her a stay in a hotel, however this time they did not offer her any."

Khuyết điểm: "Touch screen did not work properly although once I figured out how to use alternate controls it was fine, had an aisle seat center and there was no way to really stick my legs out withought them being cramped. Staff seemed hurried and more interested in talking with one another across the row I was in. They were not particularly friendly. My first couple flights with Turkish were much much better"
