Clean, friendly staff, and delicious food
Delayed on boarding and take off NRT-MNL, affecting my transportation in MNL. Work on boarding earlier and meeting or exceeding scheduled take off times.
Most of my selected seats were changed to seats I did not want.

One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

We took a flight from NY to Tokyo and felt like it was one of the best long haul flights we have taken."

One other detail: this is not Japan Airlines fault, but at LAX we had to sit on the runway for an hour because there was some confusion about the parking space for the plane. After a nine hour flight, to sit and wait for another hour was very uncool."

It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

Ưu: "What sets JAL apart is the quality of service both on the ground and in the air. As customers, even in economy, no request was too minor to be treated as the most important of the day. Both legs were on time, the meals were excellent, and the chouce of movies was more than adequate. I will fly with JAL again."

The agent tried her best to get me a window or aisle seat but was unable to. That didn't matter though. Airlines in the US should learn from them and treat their customers the same way."

Due to sickness I requested wheelchair but after boarding they just left us alone. They never comeback and i have to walk with my hand language. That was a poor customer support we received in dhaka airport.
Airport staff are good but no signage to help incoming passengers unless you know the airport in Doha.
While boarding at Qatar at Gate C1 there was a women called Samreen and I wasn’t even asking her for help, I was talking to another crew member and I just requested him for a window seat when he asked why I said I was claustrophobic so I would prefer. I just requested I didn’t yell at anyone but this crew member- Samreen yelled at me in front of everyone which was very rude and embarrassing.
Food quality was okay not so great and other things were very good.
Nice flight.. crew members were attentive all the time and friendly.. love to travel once again.

The bathroom is not that good.. dirty.. the sink is not properly draining.. (all bathrooms - all flights- back&forth) . There was no toilet paper seat either going to DC. Crew is not picking up trays/trash right away. Once, we even brought our tray in the back. Food should be mix of western& middle east. middle east food is a bit too much for some passengers- too smelly, spicy,— The crew are nice though. Very helpful and friendly.

I appreciate the need for security, but that was excessive and unnecessary. In the peak of the Corona virus craze, the security made all passengers take off shoes and walk without any protection. This is not Qatar Airways doing - New York JFK security B S, but I am sure airways companies have some say to change it."

She allowed a black male take 27.8 kgs but asked us to adjust our bags when we had 23 kgs. Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

I also never get good dessert :( luckily, the cabin crew giving out food still had some other food I could eat so I just gave back my special meal which was cold and unappetizing."

No headphones to listen or watch a movie. Tight seating area. Not much snacks they offer. Crew members are polite and courteous.
Poor guidance and communication at just about every level. We were given bad info from the people who should have had the answers we needed and this all but guaranteed we missed our connecting flight. An absolute waste of money and time.
The seats were very tight and uncomfortable compared to other airlines. Cabin crew served the first meal one hour into the flight. And then we got nothing for 9 hours until they were ready to serve another snack. We went to the back and ask for some snacks as my child was hungry but they said they ran out. They never walked the isle to offer drinks or take trash. We did not see them for 9 hours. We paid for the high speed wifi and it didn’t work either. Last time I would fry with Air France based on this experience
I was originally supposed to fly out on 2/18/22 and return on 2/22/22. I drove three hours to get to the Albany airport. While waiting Delta sent a message stating that my flight was delayed an hour so I would not make my connection in Laguardia. I waited 35 minutes to talk to a Delta agent in the Albany airport. She said there were no other flights until Sunday 2/20/22. I rebooked my flight for the following Thursday 2/24/22, but she could not book my returning flight on Sunday 2/27/22. She gave me a phone number to call. I stayed on the line with the Delta agent for 2 hours to book my returning flight. This was not optimal because I have to work on Monday 2/28/22. On my returning flight, the flight from Atlanta to Albany was delayed three hours. This placed me arriving in Albany at 2:30 am. By the time I found my car and drove three hours back to my house it was 6:00 am 2/28/22. I had to take a half-day off so I could sleep before work. In total, I took a half-day off on 2/1822 to arrive at Albany on time for my flight, drove six hours for nothing, and had to take a half-day on my returning flight.

That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Flight was cancelled. AA customer service is a nightmare. A lot of flights cancelled during the night we had to stay on a hotel until next day and pay for expenses Very disappointed
So many stories of flights going wrong, and our travel was outstanding.
Very friendly crew, but again had separated seats and had to swap.
There are not enough people working at this airport. Security took over an hour to get through. This should not happen - I ran from security to my gate and missed final boarding by 4 minutes.

Nothing gets you ready for a flight like 2 hour delay because of a broken seat then not completing the paperwork properly
The boarding process went very quickly, faster than I’ve ever seen boarding occur. I understand the need for efficiency, but the groups were called so quickly that there was a lot of chaos at the gate and people running through the airport. Then we all sat on the plane for a while, which seemed silly.

Khuyết điểm: "4 gate changes, delayed delayed delayed. UGH. Sirens going off at gate no staff around to turn it off or talk to. Lady at counter very upset with pilot. We had a plane at the 2 gate but no flight crew. Next gate no plane but crew. Who organizes this? American airlines has some work to do!"

Ưu: "Great seats w no annoying entertainment console."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane late. They had no food aboard shown on the regular menu apparently because the crew changes were delayed they did not stock the plane with food.."
Khuyết điểm: "3 hours late leaving Dublin, with poor communicstion on the monitors as to gate info. not to mention the lateness."
Ưu: "Pilot kept informing us what was happening..."
Khuyết điểm: "Plane already late, then 15 minute taxi, then they could not drive the walkway up to us correctly so another 10 minutes wasted. We missed our connecting flight... rescheduled with different airlines much later. Missed a whole day out of our three day visit. Airline travel at its normal worst!"
Khuyết điểm: "3 boarding doors less than 50 feet apart with departures leaving within 15 min of each other created a difficult to penetrate gaggle."
Ưu: "staff was very nice. boarding was on time and efficient"
Khuyết điểm: "no screens to watch movies. the plane was delayed for a repair and we had to sit on the plane for two hours before we took off. they should of let us off the plane during this time. because of this the flight felt longer. there was no choice of movie because there was only the screen in the isle. the food was horrible for dinner. the smell made me feel sick and the taste was worse. a sandwich might of been better than that disgusting hot food."
Khuyết điểm: "The Crew Tried to take us from our seats so they could sleep in our seats. They tried to relocate us to the last row where the seats don't recline.they were very abusive and rude, we have it all on a body Cam and we'll lodge formal charges against American Airlines once we return to the States. Worse Trip EVER."

Khuyết điểm: "We were delayed because of a broken tray table and then the broken tray table was mine. But we made it, and the flight was good, so it was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "Packed like sardines; the seats are getting narrower and the seat pockets are ridiculously small."
Khuyết điểm: "Food could have been better. Plane was 1/2 full. WiFi was not giving all the movies. Only 6 or 7 to choose from."
Ưu: "This was a completely hassle free trip. No aggressive, angry flight attendants. The usual United Airlines features that I have become numb to were entirely a absent. The 2 hour delay did not happen!"
Khuyết điểm: "The attendants could have come down the aisles a few more times. I got pretty dehydrated & had to get up & ask for water."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew announced we would not receive beverage service without a reason. Also there was very little air coming from the vents, so not to receive a cold beverage on a hot airplane for a 72 minute flight (should've been 52 minutes; however we were delayed on tarmac) is not logical."
Khuyết điểm: "On both flights fo/from the America to France the tv's did not work. Made for a very long and uncomfortable flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "There was terrible service. And we missed out connection because an empty plane was sitting at our gate. There is no way the airline did not know this plane was at our gate. They also did not play for our hotel to stay the night. Never flying American again. Not a single employee seems to know what's going on."

Ưu: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."

Khuyết điểm: "had to take a shuttle to depart from a remote terminal. Had to climb up a long ramp. Seats were very close to each other (no knee room). No food. not enough overhead space for luggage. Very tight and uncomfortable seating."
Ưu: "The professionalism of the pilots in handling the extremely rough weather during the flight"
Khuyết điểm: "The meal of a turkey sandwich on dry bread was forgettable . They are co - shared with Qantas and could learn a lot about providing a decent meal on a long expensive flight"
Khuyết điểm: "Lost my luggage. Very difficult to get information and long process to give my info on where I was staying. Was told it was on the next flight and should be arriving by 1-2:00pm depending who you talked to. I was told they don't start delivering lost luggage until 5:00pm. At 6:00pm I call for an update. No update available other than its on it's way. I called again at 8:00pm, 9:00pm 10:30pm & 11:15pm. Still no update was given. At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"
