The plane stopped in Honolulu at 6:00AM in the morning and no staff was able to assist so they made everyone go through the run-around to have the luggage scanned for agriculture. Then they stated that even though we had pre-check, we did not qualify and the boarding pass was not issued with Honolulu to LAX. Over 5 hours delay and did not know that we could have stayed in Hawaii free room and meals. Terrible and one of the worst vacations ever for returning to the US. The food was not great."

It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

We were told that it was done and just call back on 3/7 to confirm flight. When we called back on 3/7, they said the flight was never rescheduled and could not find a voice recording of the request. Despite our offering of evidence of our other ticket from Osaka to TPE (3/3-3/8 round trip) showing that it was not a no-show, and we have phone records of calling JAL on 3/1. Nevertheless, their customer care center in CHINA was firm that it cannot be done. The money has been wasted. Ridiculous service for a 3,500 business class ticket."

They wouldn’t let me board because Japan changed their entry policies and I did not get notified. Had to wait another day, pay rebooking fees and miss my family that I haven’t seen in 4 months. TERRIBLE!!

Later I took my things and this time another FA rudely said I cannot move because the empty seats were required for FA's to rest on this 14 hr flight. Fair enough. But not once did they sit at those empty seats at all. When I had to continually get up to allow my window passenger who frequently uses the toilet. Why lie?"

They are just more professional, have better service and are cleaner than American airlines. I will always fly Eva or Korean. I don't know what some of these people are talking about. EVA always offers tea, water, apple and orange juice."

Horrible Airline. They kept me in Lagos for 2 days after I was scheduled to fly. Reason, flight has been overbooked. I am never using this airline again.

The three people behind us continued kicking our seats and after two attempts to resolve, they got aggressive and loud. Very uncomfortable and frustrating for 15 hours flying.

I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

Ưu: "Overall, an excellent short flight. I was flying with oversize luggage (bicycle), which is offer a hassle. The ticket agent took care of it without issue, and it arrived safely. Food was OK. I would try Qatar for a long flight if the opportunity arises."

Flight was onetime plane was clean and the staff was courteous.
Everything was just wonderful and was worked out amazing, specially the " ON AIR" wifi..at times it was little slow but for the most part..It was amazing.
They used be great airline but no more.
The crews are not friendly and not attentive. I was waiting for toilet for a sometime and the crews were distributing food. They passed me as I waited for the toilet and asked me if I want a pizza and a drink of my choice. I said yes, pizza and a water please and I am seated at Seat 17G. The crew noted and said will give me a pizza later at the seat but at the same time she passed me a glass of water as I still waited outside for toilet. My seats are not near to toilet and the air stewardess expected me to hold the glass of water while waiting for my turn outside of toilet clearly demonstrates a lack of common sense. I also indicated that I wanted the drink to be at the seat but she hurried away with the tray. My flight at Emirates was booked by KLM due to flight delay from Zurich to Amsterdam. In my original flight with KLM, I had clearly indicated and chosen vegetarian diet but such option was absent in the Emirates flight. There was a crying baby throughout the entire flight seated at the row of 17 at flight from Dubai to KL. The cabin crews did not do anything or try to control the situation with the crying baby which was already bad with parents who did not control the baby. We heard so many good reviews about Emirates and was excited to experience Emirates for the first time but it turned out to be a bad experience.
Liked food. Service could have been better. More water trips would have been good.
Ưu: "The flight was SO OLD and uncomfortable which is absolutely ridiculous for a 16 hour flight. My screen did not work the entire time despite asking flight attendants to fix the issue. The flight attendant would not attend to me despite me pressing the button and twice skipped me while giving out meals. I had to call them back and ask for it. The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE."

Please see to it that the cabin crew who serviced this area are well rewarded. If every flight had crew like these guys and gals then flying would be a lot more enjoyable."

The crew found me another seat and were extremely nice about it."
