Khuyết điểm: "Delayed flight for 2 hours, rude staff at the JFK airport and then v choppy flight, delayed even more by waiting for an arrival gate in FLL."

Khuyết điểm: "They have to take the prize for having the absolute slowest customer service in the world. When I booked my tickets, I emailed customer service to make sure I didn’t get a center seat. It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

This is insane for a 10 hr flight...worse on the way to Japan for a 13 hr flight. Also, not a whole lot of drink service. i was dying for water but it is very difficult to get out of the middle seat to find it. Would NOT book again on this airline."

My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying with ANA airlines and it was great. First the staff where we checked in we're amazingly helpful! They spoke great English and ensured me and my husband sat together during our 15 hr flight to Vietnam.! They had so many options on new movies and music that helped pass the time. The food was very tasty as well as there snacks and drinks! The entire staff were helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when returning to ASIA."

Khuyết điểm: "From Japan to other places they're always organised, but boarding in London was a little chaotic which is a common problem for ANA flights in other countries *to* Japan - they hadn't set up signs properly or made clear announcements for families with children, First Class, Business class boarding etc. The First Class/Diamond status queue (not for me!) was actually set up in front of a supporting pillar, basic organisational things like that. On balance though, still a top-class airline."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Khuyết điểm: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Ưu: "I’ve flown with a lot of airlines in every class. This was an economy class flight and still the food was better than I’ve received in business class on American. The seat was comfortable, the entertainment options varied and extensive and the cabin team were amazing. They clean the bathrooms between uses. Seriously how do other airlines still exist?"

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Ưu: "Heathrow terminal 5 is modern, clean and efficient. The BA 787 Dreamliner is the best and the crew were professional all throughout the journey."
Khuyết điểm: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."

If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

It was as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get me on the flight. I had to wait it 4 long lines to get it taken care of and the people working the floor of the check-in area kept directing me to the wrong places. Purchasing a plane ticket on your airline for a specific should be enough to guarantee a seat on a plane. It's absurd that I spent 900 for a ticket and that doesn't guarantee me that I'll be on the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "upon existing the airline, we were instructed to go to a certain gate, which ended up being the wrong gate and by the time we discovered that we were at the wrong place, we missed the flight! British Airways was unhelpful, not compassionate and completely oblivious to their own mistake! I had to purchase a new flight home and was stuck in the airport for over 6 hours! not to mention that they told us the air craft was smaller than the originally scheduled craft so they made us check everything including our carry ons. Thankfully I didn't need any of my medication. This was absolutely the WORST flight home!"

Khuyết điểm: "At the airport, we were told that we did not have seats together as te flight was oversold. Strange as we had a six year old traveling with us. After much discussion, they gave two seats in the economy plus for me and the child but down graded child's mom to economy. We were told that someone from BA will contact us but it has been 10 days and no call or email. BA doesn't care and is just like all other airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Toilets were out of order and only one was available for most of an eight-hour flight. Airline charged for drinks. Food (chicken stew in a brown gravy?) was repellant. Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."

Khuyết điểm: "Ancient plane. Worn and uncomfortable business class seats. iPad for entertainment was a joke - you balance it on the skeletal remains of what had been the video monitor. Cabin crew literally disappeared after "meal" service. I had to "disturb" them from under blankets playing Candy Crush to get a drink during this 7 1/2 hour flight. I usually fly Virgin, but for some reason this was cheaper this time - I will never fly BA/Open Skies again."

Ưu: "Boarding was quick and efficient and the crew was friendly and very helpful. The one flight was on time, but the other can be excused because of a technical fault on the plain. Safety is priority #1 so although a 3 hour delay was not nice, i'd rather be safe than sorry!"

It was an old sesame seed bun ,with a very thin, small slice of cheese which you could hardly taste on it. With that they placed cucumber, that does not add to the taste of the dish, but only makes the bread soggy. There is also a piece of lettuce on that is past its crunchy freshness it is supposed to have. The last ingredient is sun-dried tomato that was the only ray of light for a poor effort of a snack by BA. I can truly say that during the past year BA's in flight food service on local flights, are on a downward spiral and almost in the dumps."
