My seat wasn’t comfortable enough even though I paid for it. Seafood menu wasn’t good. I was left hungry throughout my flight because I cannot eat a lot of stuff :( overall it was a pleasant flight. Passengers are pretty well behaved and less noisy compared to Cathay Pacific. There are no toilet seat papers.
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.

True enough, the cabin crew did not help her to place her bag in the luggage compartment; the cabin crew did not serve water when requested, and on second attempt, the cabin crew told her to request at the ground. The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

I like the flight from Philadelphia to Doha but after that it goes haywire.They purposely overbook flight and then force you to checkin your carryon luggage. Same thing happened on my way back from Amritsar to Doha.I had my kids change of clothes,Medicines, Fragile articraft packed in carryon bagand the ground staff at amritar again forced me to checkin my carryon bag.She said we have a full flight and there is no overhead storage to store my carryon.we were 3 passangers with 4 checked bags(allowed 6 bags) all our luggages were 4 kg underweight .The lady still found a way to harass as by saying our carryon was 1 kg overweight and we have to get it checked.I refused after almost 10 minutes of argument. To make it worse she put my minor son on seat away from me and my daughter on the Doha to Philadelphia flight.As soon as we got on the flight my son spilled whole water bottle on himself accidentally and within first 6 minutes of the flight i have to change his soaking wet clothes.just imagine if my luggage was checked what could i have done.No change of clothes in cold, almost 4 hour long flight. Qatar ground staff at Amritsar to doha and Doha to Amritsar has been forcing and harassing ppl into getting their carryons checked.My family of 10 ppl traveled all from Usa to Doha and Doha to Amritsar between june 8th to august 18th faced the same issue on different dates/flights of Qatar Airways. The food was good and cabin crew was great in Doha to Philadelphia flight and Philadelphia to Doha. Qatar Airways, worlds one of the finest airlines can certainly do a better job on their smaller connection flights.
Everything was good, but at Philadelphia airport, immigration service was so poor.

Khuyết điểm: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

I didn't want to cause a problem, so I left it upright - later on, when I walked to the back, I saw her sleeping w/her seat reclined! That really was my only complaint, and like I say, that really has nothing to do w/Emirates."

Boarding at Dubai has become a mess ever since Trump instituted a restriction on carry-on electronic devices for flights to the US originating from certain middle eastern counties."

At one point she vomited and there was an attendant near us and granted that it was time for take off and no one can be standing up but after that she didn't even offered anything to clean up or ask us if everything is alright and she even had the look of disgust on her face while she was sitting down. All throughout the duration of the flight no one go for the extra mile to assist me as I was alone with a toddler. I have to ask for the bassinet 3x and it took them a long time. No one gave us the toddler meal which I ordered previously. I thought emirates was a better airline than qatar airways but I was gravely mistaken. Even China southern can do better than that. Horrible."

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.
Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Ưu: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Khuyết điểm: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Khuyết điểm: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Khuyết điểm: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Khuyết điểm: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Ưu: "Nice, turbulent-free flight. Food was good, service with a smile. Leg space was OK because Boeing 777s are usually better at this."
