The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."

Most of us were not prepared for the very delayed flight and most restaurants had closed in the airport and flight crew waited too long to announce cancellation of flight. There was no organization on how the cancellation was planned and no special attention for business or emerald customers. Very disappointing and unorganized."

Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

When boarding they do security check. It's OK. But why don't they use business class gate even there was the one?"

Khuyết điểm: "It was freezing on the first flight and although I gave requested for a drink twice this was never brought to me. The Flight attendants were rude and not helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "Sorry to say the flight is always late. From Osaka to KL I had to wait 4 hours to connect to the next flight to Jakarta. Than on the way back from Jakarta to KL the flight was late again I just nearly made it for my connnecting flight to Osaka. Overall it was ok but something must be done for delayed flights."
Ưu: "Flight was smooth. Cabin crew was courteous. Seat was comfortable."
Khuyết điểm: "More thought should be given to the snack offering as it was heavily sugar laden. Flight was delayed by almost an hour to accommodate 1 family."
Ưu: "Flight was full ...so felt cramped. Towards back of plane so only 1 toilet. The Veg pie was slightly warm and unappetising , took 1 bite and left rest. Steward saw this and gave me extra peanuts instead. The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."
