Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Ưu: "Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us."
Ưu: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Khuyết điểm: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."
Ưu: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

Khuyết điểm: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Khuyết điểm: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Ưu: "The crew were very friendly and accomodating, plane was clean and boarding amd disembarking was efficiently handled."

Ưu: "Flight unpleasant. Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Ưu: "Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!"
Khuyết điểm: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

Khuyết điểm: "Unable to pick seats in advance,, were assigned seats that did not recline for 11 hour flight. One bathroom not functioning. Very limited movie choices for inflight entertainment. Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."
