Rude gate staff, not much service on plane
The crew/flight attendants should not participate loudly with friends while working. Others are tired from long flights, it is inconsiderate. Thank you.

And the poor Stewardess' (they were SO wonderful) had to clean up the mess. Then the lady had to clean up more pee and poop and left all that mess right in front of my feet and handbag (which I put under the seat)! I had to hold onto my handbag and shoes the entire trip bc it was touching the pile of dirty paper towels! I couldn't eat the meal due to the gross situation, and I was very upset about this situation all bc of this one lady who had no regard for the ppl around her and behind her! I don't know what your policies are concerning bringing a dog on a plane, but it ruined my flight. I love Korean Air, and love the service and the stewardess' professionalism and attentiveness, but this has made me think twice about flying anywhere on Korean Air!"

Also not knocking it, if it's airline policy, but I had 1 beer with each meal (3) during the 15 hour leg, and with the 3rd Hite I had 3 attendants come up and verify my order of a beer and said they were cutting me off? But it's ok to walk around the aisles with wine bottles and fill up cups left and right the entire flight? Just kind of a weird stigma is all."

The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."

Ưu: "Seats in economy was exceprionally wide. For short flight they actually served a meal. Flight attendants were friendly and coutrous."
Khuyết điểm: "Seats didn’t have monitors. Instaed had “old fashioned” overhead monitor. Wasn’t that portant since flight was only 1.5hurs long."
Ưu: "Overall, this is a short trip. Everything is ok."
Ưu: "Kind attention and assistance with checkin, given priority as an elderly passenger needing a wheelchair."
Khuyết điểm: "There was no food offered for this 80 minute flight, and the only drink offered was a choice between cold water and s Coke-like soft drink. I get a wheelchair assist (elderly woman with some mobility issues). The service person who brought me to the gate never showed up again to help with the boarding. Instead (??), the airline had me boarding LAST (most airlines have had me board among the first), and then sitting at an aisle seat (most airlines have me at a window). They asked me to wait to deboard until all passengers were off - that is standard. But because I was sitting on the aisle I had to get up and wait standing while the two other passengers on the row got out, and then go back to be seated. Very awkward"
Ưu: "A modern aircraft - the Boeing Dreamliner with plenty of legroom in economy."
Ưu: "The evening meal was far better than the mystery cold cuts and drowned slaw on the daytime flight out of Hanoi. Crew were pro -- if a little terse at times. Pilot launched and landed the aircraft successfully, always a big plus in my books."
Khuyết điểm: "Seat was hard and somewhat uncomfortable. I wanted bottomless refills of white wine but the stewardesses had other ideas. Pours were on the skimpy side, too. Passengers were fiddling with their damned devices during takeoff and landing, and the crew shoulda laid down the law there."
Ưu: "The food was the best i have had on an international flight: i have flown EVA, KAL, Cathy Pacific, and Asians. by far Vietnam Aur has the best."

Ưu: "Aircraft state of the art (A350). Economy Premium cabin is standard, but definitely above some other companies. Cabin crew do an excellent job, with a business-like attitude. Food service quick and efficient. The food is good. Will travel with them again, if they keep the low prices for this Premium Economy cabin."

Ưu: "Lined up, crew took our tickets, we loaded on the bus to bring us to the plane, but the bus just stayed there for 10-15 mins. Then they told us all to get off the bus and go back into the terminal and wait. No explanation or apologies. Waited another 30 mins then everyone lined up again. They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

Ưu: "As a Delta Platinum member we got to us the Lotus Lounge, which was very nice."

Ưu: "Ample leg room, though a little less than on previous VN flights. I don't know which plane this was, but a 2-4-2 seat configuration."
Khuyết điểm: "As we were boarding from the gate to the plane, we were stopped by crew to ask how pregnant we were. With a tired, grumpy 2 year old, we had to dig through our carry-ons to find the form we had just filled out at the check-in counter. Totally unprofessional and disorganized."
Ưu: "Crew was helpful and stern when necessary. Due to the short flight (45 minutes), a bottle of water was handed out."
Khuyết điểm: "By no fault to the airlines, the domestic terminal is incredibly inefficient and unsympathetic to travelers with special needs (like tired and hot pregnant mothers). On top of this, you get grumpy and crotchety travelers pushing and complaining."

Ưu: "Was able to change seat to exit row; not crowded; A350 is a really nice plane. Vietnam Airlines has amazingly friendly and helpful crew, extremely pleasant. Catering from Japan is edible. Delta Platinum gives you lounge access in Osaka and HCMC."
Khuyết điểm: "A/V system was on the fritz for the whole plane; was not activated until 45 minutes into the flight and then kept cutting out for all passengers. I just gave up and slept."
Ưu: "Cabin crew are great. Vietnam based catering is always really good: excellent fruit and I enjoyed the Vietnamese beef stew."

Khuyết điểm: "Ticketing desk chaotic with apathetic staff; no sense of first-come-first-serve; you have to be firm about people cutting in front of you and be sharp when they open or close the stations. On the plane, crew performs responsibility checklist, not a smidgeon more; no sense of hospitality or gratiousness; cattle car mentality. Blanket received not in a wrapper and smelled of another person. Plane from Singapore late. Bus transit instead of jetway. Bus late; long time standing on plane waiting to exit."
Ưu: "Vietnan Ailrlines is the best and most reliable in-country operator. However, that isn't saying much. Overall, the company, its equipment, and employees are the most professional."
Ưu: "Airline was able to move us to an earlier flight after we arrived early! Thank you so much Vietnan Airlines!"

Ưu: "The staffs on China airline were very attentive and friendly. Love the new Boeing 777 plane. The food overall were decent. Smooth flight the entire trip. Definitely will fly China again."
Khuyết điểm: "I received at least 4 emails from Vietnam Airlines prior to my visit informing me of changes in our booking. All added time to our layover in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh on our return. Once we arrived in Hanoi we were informed of 2 more delays in our departure. I am traveling alone with 3 children all under 12 yrs &I make a concerted effort to book flight with the shortest layover possible. What would have been a 10hr door to door travel time turned into 16 hrs. Needless to say, I will not fly Vietnam Airlines by choice again."
Very disinterested crew and poor service throughout flight.
Missed the flight due to delay of gulf airlines .. and there is no representative in London to discuss about the problem .. we waited about a day no one responded from airline , they rebooked us 2 days after and didn’t have accommodations.. worst behavior ever … expecting atleast a response either positive or negative from airline … it would be serious issue with AA and gulf haven’t resolve this issue … impact would be on gulf
Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!

Ưu: "I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either."
Khuyết điểm: "Check in was fine and very friendly but boarding could be better particularly in business. At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha."

Ưu: "I was rerouted entirely to fly with Austrian Air, and only landed 2 hours later than scheduled, which was nice."
Khuyết điểm: "My Gulf Air flight from Bangkok to Paris was delayed 7 hours which would make me miss my connection to Paris in Bahrain...and they wanted to put me on a new flight that would have me layover in Bahrain for more than 18 hours, and landing in Paris 24 hours later than planned. I politely said no and asked them to find me something else, and they did--so that was good. But the suggested alternative for a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous. Also, the 7 hour delay was never explained and no other flights were delayed, so I guess it was something wrong with the plane?"

No leg room in your Isle, you must become a stick and not move, become one with the plane. In Bahrain they force us to cancel our flight and charged us extra 600+ USD to move the flight to the next day. Even though I paid for insurance, then I had to pay an extra 20BD for my wife to leave the island, and it took 2 hours to tell us we owe 20BD... Bahrain is a place I would not like to return."
