They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. The entertainment system worked well and had a number of good options for movies and TV shows in English. Korea Air served a nice lunch on the flight which was a mix of Western and Korean food."

When the flight arrived with a delay at HND, international transit pass angered were allowed to off board. We were nearly late for the domestic transient though… then when we off board, we were advised that we won’t be able to transit on time but we were not offered a hotel but hotel search help. Not a joke regardless the reason. 2,800$ ticket but hotel of 80$ can’t be paid by the airlines? It’s the government policy staffs told us kidding! I won’t fly with Japan airlines from now on although my wife is a Japanese. Cheap flag carrier of Japan. Shame on them.

It was good, better than most
We left in time, arrived on time but my luggages did not! I just got them the next day.
The in flight services is great. However, the planes do not depart on time if they are departing from other Airports except in Doha. If you have a small window with your layover, be prepared that you might miss your connecting flight. My luggage was delayed because their departing flight from a non-Doha Airport was late to arrive. Their baggage department is beyond horrible, there is no number to call and have to use Whatsapp and a reply can take more than 3 hours. I had to track the luggage by going the Atlanta International Airport and wait 3 hours for a manager with Qatar airways to first board a flight and then to get my luggage, since they do not have anyone in baggage services. For this I will never fly Qatar Airways ever again.

Again, being a part of the Experience and Innovation team, travel and tourism needs less human interaction, now more than ever. While we digitalized the obvious, the exceptions can remain humanized."

There was a huge box underneath the seat in front of me which prevented me from stretching my legs outward. The television was on but the screen itself wasn't operating. I reached for the remote located in the armrest only to find the entire piece missing. Only the base was there. I asked the flight attendents three times if I can move to an empty seat and they said "give me a moment". The moment never came. I really expected more from this airline."

At the airport in Doha the flight representative went above and beyond to accommodate better seating for myself and my son. I will definitely be giving this airline my hard earned money in the future for reservations as much as I can!!!!"

I usually fly with my family as I have a big family with couple of children and elderly. I will never fly Qatar again, this was the 1st and the last fly with Qatar airways."

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."
Ưu: "The staff was amazing! I started I get a headache- probably because of low blood sugar, and one of the attendant provided me with constant water, ginger ale, and chocolates. It was so sweet- she didn't have to make sure I was okay, but she chose to our the kindness of her heart!"

It left no room for me to use the table for my laptop. I was fortunate that no one sat next to me on my first flight, but for the second one I was not so lucky – so I couldn't work on my schoolwork."
Even after posting extra for comfort +, the seats do not recline!
Everything went smoothly and all staff did a fantastic job taking care of passengers and their carry-ons that didn't have enough overhead compartment space to put into, but did well taking care of everything.
Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

Everywhere the service was impeccable except for Nashville I never did get the wheelchair and had to walk to the gate My back hurt me for most of the next 24 hours. In my own country I was treated the worst."

Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Khuyết điểm: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

It took the CUN counter agent about 30 minutes to correct their mistake. Then, as we boarded our flight, the bar code reader at the gate indicated another error that the gate agent took about 10 minutes to correct. CUN Delta staff was great and we appreciated the efforts they made to direct us around the airport."

YOUR price for what not much more then a premium class seat AND ALL YOU OFFER IS a can of coke and a pkg of Fig Cookies ? Seriously. All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. Jet Blue I will fly again, they act are a good and ran and they know how to take care of their guests AMERICAN AIRLINES JUST SUCKS Cathay pacific, Eva Air, Air Asia, Asiana, Korean Air, ANA, Thai Air ways and many more, I fly business class and every one of these airlines blows away these Sad Poorly ran US CARRIER'S, ,

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. Each time was a delay of a couple of hours causing us to miss both of our original layover flights. As a result, we missed TWO very important business meetings that ended up costing us over $10,000! We were unable to provide paychecks to employees! After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."
